Traveling from out of State on Monday of Memorial Day Weekend 2021, and had a flat tire that required repair before proceeding. AAA road service tech recommended Kolar & Tire as almost all other shops were closed for the holiday. The fine folks at Kolar took me as a walk-in, repaired the tire, and had me on my way in less than an hour, and only $25 later. The small extra fee was due to the wheel lock lug nuts I have, but I did not have the key. Excellent, friendly and competent receptionist and mechanic, got a worried traveler on his way fast, and at a fair price. Very impressed and would highly recommend. Those of you who actually live in that market (Helena) need to consider your self blessed to have access to such fine folks.

I am finally able to get my car that was stolen fixed. They have worked hard to find the parts or find parts that will work.Thank you for going the extra mile to help me get back on the road. I plan to get my car this weekend.

Great Customer Service!!! They are fast, friendly, knowledgeable. They put my mind at ease after buying a used car and they did more than just tires!!!! Super helpful. I called ahead and even though I didnt leave a voicemail they still returned my call promptly. I need a flat tire repaired. The flat was too damaged and the employee took the time to explain the damage and why it was unsafe to drive. He went over the options available and helped find the best solution for our situation. I woke up to a dead battery one bitterly cold morning. I arranged for roadside assistance through my insurance company not knowing who would be sent. I had arranged for them to respond to my home after I got off work. Justin met me there and had the battery replaced in no time. They charged me a very reasonable rate for the battery. Justin is a wonderful young man. I hope you will give him a raise.

Had a problem with my tire and required roadside assistance. The gentleman who arrived was professional, knowledgeable, prompt and made good suggestions regarding my tire situation. Furthermore he was aware and thoughtful of my passengers and made every effort to make the process as seemless and painless as possible. He even called to follow up the next day!!! If the people i care about needed a tow or roadside assistance, this is my only recommendation.

On my way home from work I slid into a deep snow bank and high centered my car un able to move at all. I was stuck in the 14 degree weather with nothing to help me get un stuck, I phoned a few friends. One of my friends suggested I call Kolar tire on Euclid Avenue nearest my mishap. Not only did he have great experiences with them but he thought they may be willing to help me in my situation. We contacted Kolar Tire & Auto and explained what happened but in addition to being stuck I was also completely broke until my next paycheck. After hearing my position they were able to work things out with me and get me out ASAP! I was able to wait comfortably at their facility until there was an available driver, Thank you so much! I really liked my experience here due to a couple of factors. The first thing is that every person I interacted with, including the few technicians that were doing busy work around the shop, was kind and courteous. I knew to expect this but it was over and beyond! The technician answered all of my questions about my alignment and it was completed within an hour! I was pleasantly surprised at the pricing as well for my Toyota and I will consider making this tire shop my go-to place for anything and all tires when the need arises! Ejay from Kolar Tire couldn’t have been any better during my emergency flat tire. He was prompt and friendly coming to my rescue, and even went the extra mile to put air in my donut when we took it out and discovered that it was low. I then had to have my tire patched at the 3398 US-12 location, where the employees couldn’t have been more professional, welcoming, and fast. My vehicle type is apparently notorious for broken lug nuts/lug studs, and I had to drive over to the Euclid Avenue location to have new ones put on after two broke during the tire change. The service at the Euclid location was equally quick, friendly, and professional. Even though there was a little travel involved (through no fault of Kolar), I was happy to do so in exchange for the awesome service. Highly recommend this talented group of individuals- you can rest assured you are in good hands with Kolar!

Gave me a tow after my car had been jacked up in an accident. They worked with me to make sure I was aware of what they were thinking and what the costs would be and were super respectful of my particular needs. Being that I was from out of state, they really came through for me and my car has worked perfectly since they worked on it!

Very honest, professional, and reasonable. Wont ever try to take advantage of a customers lack of knowledge. Twice Ive taken in a car because of a noise, worried that its something serious, and both times they didnt even charge me for the diagnosis since it was a simple quick fix. Needless to say, I now go there for all my repair needs. Theyve also come to unlock a car with a broken handle and had it open in under 5 min.

They were sent to tow me back to Helena from the top of McDonald Pass via my road side assistance. Guy arrived promptly, was courteous, empathetic and kind. Best and most honest place in town!

Kolar tire is great. We needed a tow and it took about 20 minutes for the truck to come. The driver called me right away and let me know he was on the way. He also waited until our ride came to load the truck so we were not standing in the cold waiting.

My car broke down on Boulder Hill on Friday. Kolar tire promptly responded, towed my car back to Helena, and repaired it, even though it was was a Saturday, when the mechanics do not usually work. The final bill was much less than they quoted me! I do not live in Helena, but I highly recommend Kolar Tire and Auto!

The west side Kolar tire is the one I went to and by far one of the best experience iv had hands down. Extremely professional and down to earth. took the time to help me choose the tires that would work for my truck with the things that I do. And they where fast at it too. In my experience they went above and beyond when my truck was making a strange noise to find out what was causing the noise. I didn’t expect them to actually care but to me that shows me that I’m not just a paycheck to them. lutisha and Taylor both went out of their way to help me.I can not say I had a good experience at the East Helena one because they seemed to talk down to folks and treated me like I was ignorant. Iv worked for tire shops before and that was a “turn off” for me. Instantly tried to sell me the most expensive tire they had. But I’m the type to see just because there is one bad apple doesn’t mean you cut the tree down

I locked myself out of my camper. I called my insurance company and they in turn called Kolar tire to come help me. When the tech called I explained that I believed the best way to get in was to pick the lock. He replied that he could pick some so I gave him the address. When he showed up he let me know that he doesn’t pick any locks. We then decided to try and open the emergency exit window. I was very clear that I did not want to damage the window. He proceeded to bend the frame before I ordered him to stop. I ended up dismantling my own roof vent which allowed me to use a metal rod to unlock the door. I paid $116 for him to mess up my window and watch me work on the vent. In his defense the insurance company did not tell him it was an rv. Unfortunately I did tell him long before he showed up. I’m disappointed that I told him the situation and he led me to believe he could do something he could not.
