Tried to call them 3 different times. Left messages each time. Even left a message letting them know I wanted to stay local so please call and let me know if you can do job? Called back again still no answer and no call back. So, I have to assume they have no interest. Don’t waste your time with these clowns.

The repair man came out within the approximated timeframe. My washer reached the end of its life, but he shared valuable information about the maintenance of the machines. Very professional, and very informative. Rons will be my first call next time I need appliance help.

Hired to reattach refrigerator doors and handles after my move. Also to connect water line for ice maker. Charged me double for what I was quoted for one appliance. In addition job was not done well. The lines to the icemaker leaked water on the floor. I had to figure it out. He did not push the lines in securely, hence water leak. So frustrating. Will not use again or recommend.

These technicians, Ron and Kirk, are the best. I felt like I won the lotto when I found them. The most reasonably priced repair technicians I have ever hired, the most efficient and honest, and friendly.

He didnt have the part for my older washing machine, so he ordered it. I got a call on a Saturday that my part had come in. We set another appointment.My washer is fixed!I am so thankful!These men are professionals.

These guys are super shady. Called them out to repair our squeaky dryer. The guy took it apart, struggled to get it back together, and once he got it running again the squeak was twice as loud as before. He said he had to order a part and that he’d come back with it. Now he will not return our phone calls. We paid him $120 for the diagnostic, which is absurd. I run a plumbing company and my diagnostic fee is only $79, and I’ll return your phone calls too. So now our dryer is louder than before, we’re out $120, and now we’ve got to call another company. If your appliance needs repair, call literally any other appliance repair company other than this one.
