Called on a thursday for a Fridge that went out on us while we were gone for 2 weeks. They showed up early on Friday and got us back up and running. Clean, professional and well prepared. I will only call this number for future repair needs!

Its called Healdsburg Appliance Repair, with a Healdsburg Address and Healdsburg phone number. When I called to request repair they asked for zip code, I live .4 miles from their supposed office. They said We no longer cover that area, sorry. End of story...they need to update their online information as its clearly incorrect and misleading. Person on the phone was rude as well. Placed a call re service...questioned if this was a Healdsburg business...I like to use my hometown owned businesses. The young man was rude and defensive...If I was uncomfortable I should cancel appointment and call another company...HE said he was calling from a central office...this concerned me.

Call to get a technician and the call center hung up on me twice on purpose with no explanation!Maybe dont they dont service my area but they could at least have dignified me by letting me know that.
