I have a history of terrible Anxiety when it comes to dentists/oral surgeons. I am not even welcome back at my dentist for how bad my anxiety gets. Because my dentist did not work with sedation, I was advised to find an oral surgeon to assist me for I was having a hard time being awake for any procedure. I found Dr. Falcone and he set me at ease and was very gentle and patient with me... If you have anxiety issues like I do, I highly recommend Dr. Falcone. Way to go Doc... you cured me!

Im leaving a honest 5 star review... let me start off by saying Im very anxious when it comes to dentist work!! The ladies in the front office were able to answer any questions I had, or were able to relay a message and get back to me promptly. The first visit was smooth when the xray was done.. all of the nurses were kind and professional to me. When the day of the surgery finally came I was extremely nervous. His assistants genuinely cared to make me as comfortable as I possibly can be. They dealt with me very well for how anxious I was. Dr. Falcone was also quite patient with me for how hard I was making his job! They work well as a team. They made sure to inform me of my pre and post opp instructions. I had 5 teeth removed and bone shaving done. One week later and I have no pain or discomfort and no swelling. The doctor is one of the best in the whole area and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing dental surgery!

I can’t say this enough I was extremely terrified to get my wisdom teeth pulled but when I tell you his staff is amazing they literally made me feel welcomed and the entire procedure felt like a second long I was so amazed by how fast everything was and I honestly recommend him to anyone, I have anxiety and a fear of dentists so the fact that his front desk and nurses were so nice to me made me feel better so thank you guys!

The service here was by far the worst we have ever experience!!! The receptionist and nurse defiantly lacked customer service. When i asked if i could come back with my daughter i was told no rudely. Then not even 10 minutes later my daughter was coming out in tears from the doctors waving in her face telling her to leave because she had piercings in her ears that dont come out. There were defiantly better ways of handling the situation and he by far did not do it professionally!! Very disgusted by this behavior. A grown man treating a young women like this! Dont even deserve the one star in my book. :)

Well like moat people afraid to go to dentist or neglected to go so I needed teeth removal first visit was paperwork and my referral than they took xrays Dr.Falcone is wonderful started me on low grade antibiotic treatment I have sinus infection he also discovered my sleep apnea we scheduled surgery in two weeks Sept 16.I didnt have any pain whole time of procedure he was patient understanding staff was wonderful. Went home with antibiotic nose drops pain relievers .I still had soreness and pain after a week so he gave me another script called to see how I was doing a few days later.I followed all of his instructions and I had a great experience with him.personally want to say thank you Dr.Falcone JrI would recommend him and his staff all very nice dental assistants were very supportive as well thank you all for making my experience not as bad as I thought it would be.SINCERELY DOREEN L. The face of a bussiness is their staff. Unfortunately the staff lack listening skills, raising their voice and then to say that I dont have be there. Yes I will take my bussiness somewhere else that cares for the patients and their bussiness no wonder you have so many bad ratings if i can give you less than a start I would have.Im so glad you responded, the most complaints here its about how rude the staff is. What makes you believe that is right for a staff to say when staff YOU DONT HAVE TO BE HERE in front of other patients so truly YOURE CAUSING THE SCENE, youre right I can take my bussiness somewhere else and have the BEST treatment for my kid that I know you lack to provide. Best of all is that other patients where complaining as well in the waiting area on how RUDE the staff is, I will not support anyone that mistreats patients.

I had 16 teeth pulled at one time it was my first getting teeth pulled. They were understanding and patient with me. The nurse Alicia was very kind and curtious. I didnt wait very long either. Went back for follow up check up came in office signed in and they took me right in. Got to say very pleased and would recommend to anyone.

I had a tooth break and was very glad to find an oral surgeon who accepts my insurance, plus he has good reviews to boot! So I called on Oct 11th. Asked to make an appointment. Was told specifically we dont have any appointments until october 28th. So I was surprised and said thats reasonable and that I would take it. Thats when the receptionist said we dont start BOOKING appointments until october 28th. I was not told they only make appointments the last monday of the month. I was not told that its first come first serve. I was not told you can usually only make an appointment on that day if youre lucky. I was told that they dont start BOOKING appointments until october 28th.Having never been there, I thought maybe they were at a new office location, or dealing with a full schedule, I didnt know. But I said I would call back. My doctor prescribed me antibiotics already and the 28th wasnt too far away. However a friend passed on the 24th, and I wasnt able to call on the 28th. When I did call finally is when I first heard the recording about the last monday of the month deal. Im not sure for what reason I didnt get that recording the first time, or why the receptionist was did such a poor job conveying it. It was bad luck that I didnt get the recording I guess, but I know I didnt mishear her, and had I known about the monday deal then at least I could have been prepared and planned accordingly. Bottom line is that the office staff cant effectively communicate and it left me in tears and a great deal of pain.

I’ve never in my life have been told to call at the end of the month to make an appointment. I did. Today is the first day of the last week of the month. Tried calling for hours, it was like their phone was out of service. Finally got through to be told “oh we are all booked up already, try again in a month” I can’t wait a month. I can barley eat, sleep, even swallowing is difficult. My dentist won’t do anything because I’ve been referred to a oral surgeon. I don’t understand why you treat people who are on assistant so bad. That’s discrimination and I will be filling a formal complaint. I will say, the person who answered the phone was very very nice.

I had surgery they gave me a ice pack for my face my husband had surgery that was more serious than mine and they didnt give him anything. I felt so bad. Dont worry i went out got it myself but idk how you people could treat one patient great and another patient completely different.

I took the three hour ride in to have three teeth pulled and an implant done and iI couldn’t be any happier. Considering what i was in for the pain was not so bad nor was the fees for the work! Highly recommend if you need work done !

I called the last Monday of the month (jan 28). I started calling at 7:30am (when they supposedly opened) and the line was busy. I finally got through at 7:45 only to get an answering machine (so why was the line busy?). I called Feb 4th to see if the appointments were all filled and got the answering service who didnt have access to the schedule and they told me everyone wouldnt be back in until Feb 11th and to call back then. I have an infected tooth and need it out. Now Ill have to find a someone to take me an hour to another surgeon instead of 30 minutes to this one. The office staff should really tell you they only take about 5 charity cases a month so youre not wasting time waiting to hear back. How were ALL of the slots filled in 15 minutes when the line was busy for the most part?

Great experience! Nurses were awesome! And Dr.falcone did a awesome job..8teeth I had surgically removed..no pain after...I would recommend this office to anyone!!..many thanks to the staff & DR!
