The two technicians were great! They took the time to do the repair job, clean up after themselves and explain things to me. I highly recommend this company. Great job done for my fridge.

I specifically stated that my water filter was cracked and leaking. I provided the model and was prepared to give the serial number, but was told it wasn’t needed. My purpose for providing the serial number was to prevent exactly what happened, the technician arriving without the necessary part.My appointment was set for between 8-11a, the technician arrived at my home at 11:10, then sat in front of my home in his car until 11:20. I noticed that he was on his phone, so I called him and asked was he coming in, he stated that he was finishing up on a meeting.Three and 1/2 hours and 75 dollars wasted. I cannot recommend this company at this time..

Hard working group of people! I got a schedule right away for the oven. The repair was done faster than I expected and it was great.

I called the number and they answered right away. They gave me a next day schedule and the man came in on time. He was fast in fixing my microwave and was great. Will use again!

Receptionist/scheduler was extremely rude

Tech was so knowledgeable about the issue we were having with our Amana range. Tech ordered the part and I got a call to schedule installation before the part of the range arrived. Tech guy was prompt and efficient with his repair. I will use them again and will recommend to all.

A major ripoff! The tech did absolutely no checks or troubleshooting! Do Not Use!

I cant give you a review of service because i cannot get a person to come out service my issue. I called made an appointment between 2-5pm yesterday which was missed then we arranged for an appointment for 10-11 today which was also missed and they charged my card $75 for prepay visit and they have failed to arrive in both situations.I dont know why businesses believe that their time is more important than the customers time. But your not gonna be in business long if you start wasting other peoples time.
