Completely messed up people. Asked for the premium oil change.. Did the regular oil but charged me extra... They put on a damaged filter.... Pathetic... They have one job to do... And instead they chose to rip people off.

Brought in my wife’s Yukon for an oil change, got all my maintenance done and flushes, and my truck running A1, make sure you ask for Hadi, he will go above and beyond and take care of you!!!

Be Aware. The workers mix Exspensive Mobile 1 brands of oils and different less expensive oil weight. I dont trust this business. Generic oil with name brand oils .

I called for the price of an oil change for my car, gave them the make, model, and year, and they told me $27. When I came in, they told me my car needs synthetic and it would actually be $60. Which admittedly isnt terrible, but is still twice the price I was given on the phone. While changing my oil, they tried to push 6 other services on me that ranged from $20-95. I understand the need to upsell a bit, but this was excessive and frustrating. This was the first oil change Ive ever had that my break lights and turn signals werent checked. I will absolutely not be returning here.Edit to add: Thats why I told you what the car was on the phone... Why would you give me the price for oil that doesnt work for my car? 🤦🏻‍♀️

Do not go to this place! Ever! They told me they fixed and changed my entire brake lines for $550, but only ended up changing one and also used compression fittings to fix the rest which is ILLEGAL! to use in state of michigan and many other states. Never ever go this place! I was notified of this by another repair shop i visited who knew exactly what they were doing. You have been warned. Dont get scammed. They didnt give me any refund either when I requested it.

They change the oil fast and my car has continued to run. Been going here for a little over a year now. They will upsale everything though but once you decline they will politely leave you alone

Total rip off they charged me $115 for a oil change saying i needed to replace my filters and said i had a oil leak even worst is they didnt top off my transmission fluid and i had to go buy fluid and put it in myself

Everything was going very well I was even waiting patiently in line for a brake light change as I was waiting in line they insisted they do it immediately as the person in front of me was also being assisted... at first I thought that was pretty cool the gentleman comes back and says did they quote a price I replied no, not yet he replies very quickly and says $20.00... I then said are you kidding me I am a normal member and its usually around 11 $12.... he says this is privately owned fine 15... never will I ever go back to that place Id rather get a ticket and shot at. Still the fact that he negotiate if it privet owned why not the normal deal instead of high price FK this place poorly owned if its necessary to negotiate by shrugged shoulders. Is the oil change 500.00 or 200.00? They will rob you

Ive been going here for years, they dont treat me as such. The parts they sell dont last. They offer you every single thing to sell until you say yes, regardless if thats the part you need or not. They seem money hungry, not good for business. They go up on the price everytime i go, I will not be returning with either of my cars!

GREAT PLACE FOR OIL CHANGE AND CAR REPAIR!!I have been coming to this place since they have opened. My car has 324,00 miles and it runs great because, the oil change and mechanic do the job rite!Whenever I do go to get oil change or mechanical work done on my car they are usually busy and thank goodness for that because that says much for their business. I recently got an oil change at valvoline quick lube. They were polite and attentive. Very inexpensive as well. Did not try to sell me anything I did not need. The gentleman showed me everything that needed to be changed. Also, I had a leak coming from my car and they had their mechanic check it immediately to make sure that my car was safe on the road. I highly recommend this oil change. These men are experienced!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! Drove up for a full synthetic oil change, they used the nozzle that said “conventional”. When I asked about it they said the sign is wrong. Went back with a different car for a conventional oil change and they used the same nozzle...

They dont stand behind their products. All they care about is the money.

Never ever ever will I go there again. My car was not having over heating issues before going there. Against my gut feeling I let them change the coolant, they mustve just drained it. Not more than a week later, engine completely overheats and smoke pouring from under the hood. I let the car sit for a few days, checked the coolant reservoir and it was bone dry. Theyre lucky I dont file suit against them.

This place use refilled bottle oil mobile 1 they are over priced. I just got my transmission fluid and filter replace at the dealership two weeks before and they told me I need a Trans flush they also told me I needed a radiator flush when indeed I had that done a month ago. They just try to upsale everytime I go there. The guy Sam has bad attitude. Ill never return there and I advise others not to go be careful.

I went there for an oil change. There was only 1 car ahead of me but I waited close to 40 minutes for an oil change. No one came out to say why it was taking so long. Cars after me came and left because of the wait. I ended up leaving before I had any service done.

Ive been going to this shop for years they are going down hill. Recently I took my car there for other issues they claim to have fixed it but after paying $186.00 Im back 4 days later Im having the same issue. When I talk to the guy Sam about it he was very rude and didnt have much to say.
