The thing I appreciated most about my experience at Jacks was the transparency that I was approached with from the beginning. I brought my used car that I recently purchased to the owner James to repair some rust that was on one of the panels. He explained to me that this particular panel was an aftermarket one that one of the previous owners of my car must have had put on after an accident. I would not have known this but it seemed to make perfect sense in the context of why it was the only panel on the entire car present with rust. He told me this to allow me to make the best decision for my vehicle which was to replace the entire panel with one from the original manufacturer. He did this for me and the final product turned out fabulous! He also gave a reasonable price and provided me with some additional services (touch up paint on the plastic front bumper, removal of rust he had discovered on the adjacent panel) at no additional charge. I will be going to Jacks in the future for any of my collision needs and recommending them to friends. Take your car there, James is genuine and cares about his customers and their vehicle. He will take care of you!

I came in for a full body wash, paint correction, and premium ceramic coating. Jacks Auto did a great job with good quality and attention to detail. The process took a day longer than promised, but still maintained good communication. Overall a very nice job with good service.

Wanted to revive an old pickup truck, key issues were some relatively minor rust areas and general body paint/rims in weathered condition. Reviewed situation w James... he was very knowledgeable and honest about extent of work he thought would be really needed. He was right, rust was deep. I gave him the job and he did the repairs, polished the exterior and even did the interior for free because his work took a little longer (he asked me first). Overall James did a fine job and I took my truck to Florida to leave at a new place... everyone comments how great it looks!

I took my sons car in to have a drivers door replaced. No only was it inexpensive but the service was great. We drove up and saw the car looking beautiful. They did an amazing job and didnt overcharge or try to upsell at all. He also had the car done earlier than expected. I highly recommend them!

Im eternally grateful for the work that was done to save my car. A rat crawled in my Fusions front end, and died unnoticed. When I went to drive my car there was an infestation of maggots on the exterior. They couldnt get in the car yet, but I was horrified to drive it. Jacks removed the rat and the bugs, and made everything look nice again. Amazing job! You are miracle workers.

I took my 2000 Jeep Cherokee to get the windows to work correctly. I also mentioned the doors wouldn’t lock. While it was there I had them detail the interior. They went above and beyond what I expected to be done. I have priced out getting it painted. But I liked the service so much I’m using them. They got the windows fixed and the doors to lock. The interior looks new. Great job.

Took my 2019 Buick Enclave to be detailed inside and out. They got me in within two days. I got the platinum package and it is definitely worth it! Inside and out are probably cleaner than the day I got the car. I definitely would recommend going to Jacks.

I hadn’t had much luck with local detail shops in the past, so I was reluctant to spend the money again. I just bought a used 2008 Volvo with a rough interior that I knew I wouldn’t be able to clean myself. After reading reviews and stopping by Jack’s shop I decided to give them a try. They did such a fantastic job I couldn’t believe it. Between the fine detail work on the carpet, dash, and vents I would have been more than satisfied at that point. But I couldn’t believe the work they did on reconditioning the leather on the seats. They were able to get the interior as close to “new” as possible.James was easy to work with and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

I went in there 3 days ago he looked at my car and all that I needed done. Not long after my car was ready, when I saw it I didnt even requnize it. He went far and beyond and got a nice car wash at that. They really know what they are doing. Jacks Auto Detailing made my car look like it had just come off the Mercedes Benz Line. I have a 2016 I bought used and it had surface scratches everywhere from the car wash and dry towels. Swirls in the paint. I was going to get the whole car repainted, but you know that quote was ridiculous. I Google best car detail shop near me. Jacks Detailing pop up. I asked the paint shop for a recommendation for detail shop....they said Jacks Detail. I knew then it was a sure sign to take my expensive luxury car to Jacks Detail. No appointment, drove right over. Very professional, came out, took a look at it, and even showed me deeper scratches i didnt see with the naked eye. He brought a special light out, shined it on some areas of my car. It was in bad shape. He then took me in the office and explained in detail what was needed, a cheap fix for my budget or a professional fix best for my investment. I was educated and sold. I did what was best for my investment. WOW AND I AM GLAD I DID. MY CAR LOOK BRAND NEW IN AND OUT. ITS BEEN A YEAR NOW AND STILL LOOKING GOOD.THANKS JACKS AUTO DETAILING KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. I WILL BE BACK FOR MY TOUCH UP CAR CARE.

If you want to get ripped off, this is the place for you. I had minor damage to my car and they quoted me almost $5000. Whats funny about this quote is that they quoted me more than what my dealer wanted AND they literally told me how they were going to cut corners. For example, door had a small dent and the dealer said they would take it apart and fix it and this place said they wont do that and if they did, theyll charge almost double. I had 4 other quotes and none were over $2000 and I picked someone who actually did it for $1500 and it looks brand new. Again get several more quotes so you can see how bad this one is.

Jacks was the absolute best today and I cant thank them enough. After an unfortunate incident left milkshake in my car air vent, I was rushing to find someplace that would be able to detail my car on short notice as Im leaving for Chicago in the morning. Jacks not only got my car absolutely spotlessly clean (Seriously, I dont think its looked this good since I bought it.), they were incredibly kind and helpful and even took care of all the dog hair in my backseat. We had just returned from a 22 hour drive to and from Charlottesville, VA with our 120# dog in tow and four grownups. My black 2017 Subaru Outback had fawn-colored dog hair from one end to the other. After Jack sold the shop, I wasnt crazy about the quality of service. I had heard there was yet another new owner, so I decided to give it a go.James (and co.) did one of the most fabulous detail jobs I have ever had on any of my vehicles. You would have never guessed my car ever had a dog inside of it. There was not a trace of dog hair or anything else for that matter.They did a terrific job, and I would not hesitate to recommend the shop to anyone. Worth the cost $$.

I can’t speak About his detailing or collision work. But I thought this guy was honest at first. I bought a fleet vehicle off him for full price. I was even going to buy 2 more off him. A few hours after I bought the truck the drivers key snapped in half in my pocket. I had literally only drove it back to my shop had not used the key at all. I brushed it off. Things happen. He told me he was having issues with it. So I spend the few extra hundred to get a new key made. And literally the next day the transmission goes out on the truck. I contacted Jack told him what happened. Even expressed how I was going to buy another vehicle and Jack never responded. This truck was significantly cheaper then the rest which leads me to believe he was aware the transmission was no good. As someone selling vehicles in front of their establishment. This is horrible business practice. And I strongly urge anyoneto not engage in business with this company.

Being a first time customer, I didnt know what to expect, I brought my Harley in anyways. Competitively priced and with a quick turnaround James made my bike look better that it has in years. Actually went above and beyond my expectations, I highly recommend them.

Needed my van done same-day, my man started on it first thing in the morning and stayed 2 hours past his normal closing to knock out a stellar detail job. Kids had annhiliated the interior of that ride...after I got it back from Jacks, youd have never known it. A++, come see these guys for any and all detail work you need done. Detail work was done as promised, but $250.00 is a bit ridiculous. Admittedly I agreed to the $250 as I hadnt done my homework. After looking at various websites, including theirs, (jack platinum Detail PackageWe can bring your car back to that shiny exterior and clean interior, protect your investment and feel good about it.Car - $170 Small SUV or Station Wagon - $195 Large SUV, Pick Up, or Minivan - $225), but I had agreed to the price so I paid. Next time I will do my homework.

I recently purchased my mom a 07 Saturn vue from a auction and the car was filthy, my friend recommended Jacks. After dropping my moms car off I received a call from James the owner 4 hours later that due to the car sitting at the auction mice had gotten in the trunk of the vehicle. He informed me it was mice urine and feces in the car and to clean it it would be a extra $70. I informed him I didnt have it to pay so just clean what I was quoted for and Ill have the urine and feces cleaned another time. He informed me that with my mom being on dialysis he wouldnt feel comfortable returning the car in that condition due to the immune diseases that come from inhaling the fumes from the mice. He told me he would clean it for FREE but would need a extra day because he had to get special equipment to clean it. When I picked up my moms car it looked and smelled amazing. James also replaced my outside door handle without me asking. You seldom get customer service that is over and beyond what you expect, but I got just that at Jacks. I am forever appreciative for what James did for my mom and he has a forever customer. Take your vehicle you wont be disappointed.

I called to get a quote on my malibu and was quoted $125 but they had to see it. Now mind you there are some satins on the front seats....when i took it to be looked at they told me it was going to be $450 and my car looked disgusting. Would not recommend them

They worked around my schedule and let me drop off my vehicle. When I picked up they had gotten my old truck cleaner than I imagined possible. Several scratches were completely buffed out and there was no sign of the dog hair / dirt that was in the back seat. I would definitely recommend Jacks.

2013 Kia soul. Was GROSS inside. I have dogs and run a wild bird rehab center so there was bird poop and seed and dog hair all over, not to mention im a coffee addict and we all know coffee spills are common. I was told thstbmy car would take 2 days to do, but they got it done in 2 day, even staying late to finish. Im impressed. (Only concern is I cant tellbif they washed the outside? As it was raining so the spots on my car may be rain, not concerned enough to Dr value the work they did. Its cleaner than when I bought it!
