This company suffers from every thing that makes ABA terrible. Purely profit motivated. No one over the age of 30 or who actually has kids works here. They charge insurance as if sending a college kid with two weeks of training as if they were a surgeon. The admin is rude and highly oriented towards getting as many hours and heaven forbid you have an insurance switch they will berate you for it personally. They violated HIPAA at least 4 times in the year we were with them.I will say about 2 of the 8 of the RTs they sent were amazing the rest were mediocre. They are trained with just enough training to suffer from Dunning-Kruger effect. Really the whole organization does.We really loved one of our BCBAs but the other one was emotionally manipulative and only interested in getting as many hours as possible and actually showed up at my house purely to write a report on my time.I’ve never met anyone with a PhD here and when I requested to talk with one, my request was ignored. So typical ABA industry issues but if you’re desperate they’re ok enough.
