The woman here( I dont know her name) treats people like trash. She really feels annoyed whenever people ask for help. Im surprised by the quality of the customer service. Isnt this school in America? Would love to transfer to another school asap, because of this office.

Lady who took the call is rude and lacks a shocking amount of knowledge. Makes me question how she is holding on to this job.
