Well the price went up to $19 & the actual haircut wasnt as good as it was pre-covid. One interesting affect that the stylist have a tendency to do is cut the hair bc shorter than requested.

The workplace is nice and clean but the barber who cut my hair was awful, she cut my hair way shorter than requested and there were many parts that were cut at unequal lengths.

Quick service yet I was given a good cut and not rushed through . Little expensive. Very little cut and style even though cut good. No shampoo. No frills. $17 + tip.

This place has the worst people. They are horrible at their job. Their reservation system is flawed and they don’t honor coupons. Only go here if you want to be seen in public for a few weeks.

I wear a very short do. I had about 4 weeks of growth that needed shaping and cleaning up. The lady was lovely. Her hair cutting skills are atrocious. Would definitely not do that again!

The customer service here was wonderful. We didnt make a reservation online beforehand which is not necessary but recommended. The stylist really took her time and made each individual feel like they were the most important. Really took time on each person and likes trying new things. Was very honest and helpful. Would highly recommend

I walked in around noon today pretty nervous about getting my hair cut. Its been over a year since Ive cut my hair and I knew it was going to be at least 3-4 inches getting chopped off. As soon as I sat in the chair, I was immediately at ease as my hairdresser Angel listened to all my concerns, worked with the pictures I showed her and put my mind at ease. Not only did she give me advice on products and hair care all along the way but she gave me the best Lob I couldve asked for. I will definitely being going back here for my next trim! Thank you Supercuts!

There did a pretty good job giving my 5 year old son a cut. Girl was nice to my son. The place looks old and needs to be remodeled. There were flies inside. I decided not to get my hair cut here anymore personally because the different girls who cut it in the past seemed like they didnt care much and were not very skilled.

Tuong took his time and didnt rush at all. He gave me a great haircut. Very caring.

I cant believe they showed me a hair style book from like the 90s or something. And also theres no one but old people in their establishment, no wonder they only know how to do very simple cuts. Theyre not skilled and they cannot take orders. They only care money because they actually let me go out looking like an army soldier with the top hanging over the sides like a dork!

My husband goes here all the time. They remember him and her leaves happy when he gets his regular lady. She even asks me to once over it to see if I like it. :)

Haircut was fabulous. Only downside is the wait. I recommend booking an appointment.

Pros: I didnt have to wait long. Cons: My haircut was horrible. The lady did a bad job on my hair. I never gotten my haircut the way she did.

Unorganized, unpredictable wait times on weekends. Sometimes people are accidentally skipped if you check in store. I have been to better Supercuts. My suggestion is to book and appointment and go in during weekdays.

Had a terrible haircut yesterday, the stylist was impatient to listen, and even before the haircut was done, the hair stylist was behaving like this is what I can do for the money you gave WTH is this? I strongly recommend to avoid supercuts at Hayward!

I asked them a very simple work - just to make my hair ends straight line. The girl worked just 5 min and when I come home and dried my hair, I figured out that I was not straight at all. Very bad job!

I had a good experience! -I had already given up paying someone for messing up my hair until I went there and had Rosa cutting it, she was very friendly heard my introduction and did a very good job cuttingI will defenetly going back, I will bring my 4year old and submit a comment about how it went.
