From the initial phone call to the install and tear down, everyone we interacted with from Del Rey were professional. It was clear from the first consultation that they were not simply listening for ways to upsell. They listened and took our ideas and input and were somehow able to craft a plan and vision that exceeded our expectations. It was amazing to see how they transformed our backyard. The set up was done two days prior to the event, allowing us more than enough time to practice how and where our planned events occur. Once we saw the finished product, we almost regretted starting the event in the early afternoon. The felt flooring that made up the floor was laid out well and the color complemented the color scheme of the walls and drapes. The guests never felt like they were stepping on each other’s toes. Tables used ensured that guests were not cramped while eating while providing enough space for guest to get up and walk to get food or refreshments. The chairs used complemented the tablecloths. The dance floor centrally located had a really great touch with the letters. The drapes and chandelier provided an elegant touch and set the tone for the event. Once night hit and we turned on the chandelier and string lights, the lighting was perfect for the tone we were looking for. Every guest had commented had great the set up was and we could not have asked for anything better. We were simply blown away when we saw the finished product and words cannot fully describe how happy we were with everything from consultation to the end product.

I have never gotten a better service! The staff was super friendly and very helpful. We rented plenty of quality inventory for a great price. I got everything I needed from Del Rey and they made planning fun! Everyone was very informative and let us know that they were very flexible with time and location of event. Maya was also very good at giving us the look we had in mind. Ive been to many places trying to help plan my wedding and this was hands down the BEST experience Ive had. Overall super happy with everything I was able to get done, the quality of the inventory, the price I was able to get it at, and the incredible staff. I will be coming back to them for any future events I have!

Best customer service. Immediately received a quote and had the festive, colorful choices of umbrellas and table lines for my sons birthday party. I did mot want just white umbrellas and lines. The rental experience was really awesome we found them online was able to request a quote as well as do a credit card authorization then I went and picked up the equipment using my own vehicle which kept the cost in the budget that we had set all of my interaction via email lons at all levels was very seamless and very pleasant everyone was eager to help and went above and beyond to make sure we will definitely use again and highly highly recommend thank you Delray rentals. Great place to go for large events.

I used Del Rey for our corporate event. This was our first year renting from this company after two consecutive years of bad experience with other companies. The rental process was perfect from day one when I met Maggie at the venue and went over all the event rental needs especially the seamless 14000 Sq. Ft. of green turf that was required to cover the asphalt and the cafe lights for the event space. I was emailed a detailed CAD drawing and an itemized list of rentals after just two days of meeting Maggie. The catering company added a full kitchen set up and they had it all. Evereiyngi was delivered and installed as expected. When finished with the setup I was astonished on the great job that they had done. I Definitely would recommend Del Rey rentals to anyone who wants their event done the right way the first time. The rates were much more than I had paid before but the experience I had with Del Rey is definitely worth the extra cost.

Im a local business owner in the Hawthorne area and I rented a Half Circle Lighted Bar Table,from Del Rey Party Rentals for my daughters rehearsal dinner, and this was the first time I had rented from them. First of all, they called me an hour before they closed to remind me to come pick up the table.I had forgotten in my rush to put on the party, that I was supposed to go pick up the table! I rushed over and they were very nice to me. They had big, strong men to lift the table into my truck and couldnt have been nicer. Also, I was pleased that they had what I needed in stock when I ordered it. I looked around their large building and yard and noticed they have just about any kind of equipment you could need to rent, party rentals, heavy equipment, tools, and an enormous selection in general. Combine that with low pricing and excellent customer service makes them #1 on my list of rental businesses in the LA area.

This is a very well run establishment with excellent customer service! I recently had a birthday party where I rented everything from flatware to lounge furniture. They not only delivered everything on time but also made sure that all my products were in great condition. The process to rent items is very easy and theyre very easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend Del Rey and I will continue to use them for all my party rental needs.

We rented from Del Rey for our wedding this past weekend. We had our deposit paid and everything sorted out months in advance. I dealt with Emily and she was always very helpful, but the moment I contacted her about the issues we had with our delivery AND pick up, she completely ghosted me. I have sent her 5 emails and no response. (She usually responded within a couple hours) The rentals were ordered, paid for, and scheduled to arrive at noon on the Friday before our wedding, and they never showed up. I received a phone call at 5pm saying they weren’t able to come and that they’d bring them the next day in the morning. So that was the first annoyance. The second issue came up when they were supposed to pick up by noon on the Sunday, it was made VERY clear that it had to be by noon because we were out of our venue at that time, but once again, no one showed up. I simply wanted to ask for a refund on our pickup and delivery fees because we received such horrible service for BOTH occurrences, but she is choosing to unprofessionally ignore me. So, here I am, taking this to the public so that any one considering working with Del Rey in the future can be aware of this and hopefully reconsider. 10/10 would not work with them again.

Simple and fast turnaround. We received Quality equipment at not so affordable price but well worth it. This company was always helpful and always worked efficiently.

Nothing is Barcoded, labeled or photographed so when you want to return the rentals theres a lot of unnecessary confusion and hassle. there are other rental companies with more efficient returns and costumer service. what you save on price, you lose with loss and damage costs.

Went online got an estimate a few hours later I received a call and place my order. We made a few changes before the rehearsal dinner . Rentals were delivered on time and clean. I was surprised since the other company i used before did not have this quality of service.

Terrible service. I have called, emailed and no response. I have used them once before and they sucked (brought the truss a FULL DAY late). I thought I would use them again to see if anything has changed.
