Place is alright, halloween masks are a lot more expensive here than othere places though

Party City is a great store despite the fact they didnt have any kind of decorations for a 🍾 Champagne party for prom besides champagne balloons & champagne bottles with confetti in it. We wanted some kind of decor showing prom 2021 on balloons or something similar. Other than that its a great store with all kinds of neat things & cool stuff🤗

Low on merchandise was looking for simple birthdays decorations and I was not able to find😡 staff could be more helpful 😒

All occasions you can think of, and all your party supply needs no matter what event or theme.You really just need to stop in some time so you know this place exists and see what they’ve got. The ideas will start rolling and you’ll be back.The staff was knowledgeable, nice and helpful too and that makes a big difference in the experience because there’s definitely a lot to get into there.

My nephew accidentally let go of his balloons. We came back and the cashier ( Im sorry I didnt get his name) actually made us another batch of balloons that we didnt have to pay for. He just said its okay it always happens. Thank you so much Party City you saved me. Also thank you for being soooo nice.

Had barely any products and nothing at all for birthday decorations

I will never visit this store again. Customer service of one employee was horrible and the prices are gauged. I went in to get balloons and the total was $55.07. Due to a situation with the cashier, it ended up not working out so I left and went to another store in a different city. The total in the other store for the same exact items was $40.32. More than $15 difference? Yea, Im good

If I could give this store -5 stars I would. I was there trying to get some balloons for my moms birthday. I saw a bunch of balloons that I loved it but not even one of them was available. I wonder why you show your inventory if you dont have it in stock. Lame Customer Service. It was a waste of my time.

Party City offers a good collection of party supplies. Its 1 stop shopping if you are throwing a party of almost any type (birthday, Halloween, retirement, baby shower etc). My one major criticism is that it used to be a lot more affordable. Prices there in my opinion, are too high. In fact, a lot of the paper goods (plates, cutlery, gift bags) can be purchased at the $1 store for a fraction of the price.

Always come here for my Ballon Needs the staff is nice and courteous always and the prices are reasonable. You can get BirthDay Number Balloons and choose the color as well as get them inflated for free roughly at about $30usd depending on the age of course if its a double Digit Bday then roughly $30 if its a single digit Bday then roughly at about $10usd depending on the color and style you choose. Definitely reccomend this place.

If I could rate this store on a scale of 0 I will because they have the worst customer service! I was recently at the party city and purchased balloons from here and the lady that helped me out told me that they were going to last a long time with a solution they add to them! As I get to my event they were all deflated and I called party city for a refund and the same person helped me out! It took them forever to answer the phone and by the time it was picked up, it was the same person; Her name was Ivette and she began to give attitude and I was really shocked by party city customer service! If I was the manager at this store I would be embarrassed Because I am a manager myself and I know that the customer is always right! You would think that everyone would be helpful during this pandemic but apparently not! Also on the door they did have a sign that MASK WERE REQUIRED when only the cashier had a mask while the other employees didnt. I would never give my money back to this store again ( Would not even recommend) Like why reopen your doors if the only thing your employees do is give bad customer service? I honestly do not know how they have TWO stars when they should have NO stars what so ever!!!

Clean, stocked on most items, but the wait in line to pay was about 10 minutes. The staff greets you upon arrival and are friendly.

Cool party store where you can find any kind of party paraphernalia you might need all the way from decorations to costumes to invites. Good for kid parties and adult parties alike! Balloons, cups, cake decorations, party favors for gift bags... No matter what kind of party theyll have something for it! One stop party shop!

I received very bad service. Its seems that the staff is not properly trained. Employees contradict messaging to the customer and it makes for a bad customer experience.

I went in the other day. I spent $80 dollars in there. Our party was cancelled due to rain so I went back into the store to return the things I bought. I thought the receipt was in the bag, it wasnt. Sadly they would not return the things I purchased with out proof. I tried to show them my debit card history of proof & use my card to make the return but they said they cant do it that way which is so ridiculous. Its 2018 you would think their system would be updated enough to look up a transaction through a card. My job and almost every store I go to has this option.The employee then told me they might be able to look up the receipt but the employee next to him said we can only do that for certain reasons. I find that odd. Why are they picking and choosing who they find receipts for? They should be able to help every one. He then says nevermind we cant look it up. I asked was there anything they can do for me & he said they can do an exchange but I have to use all the money today. Like wow! now I have to find $80 worth of stuff in order to return this other stuff. I will never shop there again. I need them to update their system. Its party supplies for crying out loud.

This large party city has a massive range of supplies - everything from balloons to halloween costumes. The space is clean inside, and most items are kept well stocked. Staff are friendly and will help.Pro tip - It gets very, very busy before Halloween, with stocks depleted quickly and long lines forming. If you plan on getting a costume from Party City before Halloween, go early!

Honestly one of the worst experiences Ive had at a Party City,We approached a series of employees who seemed bewildered, asked for General Birthday items and they didnt know how to direct us, at the register, we asked for a balloon but they didnt offer extras, no weight, no extra latex.And the balloon bar employees didnt ask what color we wanted the ribbon and it seemed as if they were behind on their balloon orders. A lack of management leads to a bad Saturday hustle at a place party store.

I went to this Party City with the sole purpose of getting group costume ideas and sending pictures to my group to decide on a theme for an event. I found the main costume and prop isle and it was full of huge stacked boxes on either end... I asked two of the employees nearby about it and they said they were using the isle for storage space for summer items that they havent gotten around to yet. I explained to them that this was the isle I needed and the only reason I came to the store. I was pointed in the direction of a small other section with a few wigs etc. She told me, oh theres not much down that isle anyways, just some kid costumes and wigs. However, I could see around the boxes and there were hats, and bunny ears, and tons of props... exactly what I wanted to browse.I asked again if there was any possible way for me to look more in that isle. The answer was no. My time was wasted and I left pissed off.
