Great service, Alan was very helpful and assisted me with preparing the boxes I was shipping. Very friendly and professional. I had 4 boxes to ship and everything was processed really smoothly.

I needed a Notary, and I ORIGINALLY went to the UPS store on Hawthorne, near Ralphs. They had boxes all over the place and the Notary that was supposed to be there at 4pm, wasnt even there and wouldnt be there until the next day, though they said she would be. Well, I called and went over to UPS on 120th, near Wendys. The service was like night and day. Friendly staff, clean location and the Notary, Glenn, was super nice. They turned a stressful situation into a stressfree one.

The manager, Glenn is always friendly and knowledgeable. He is always excellent!

I like this UPS location because it’s small the men and women working there are busy getting the customers what they need in s friendly and speedy manor.They will box things for you if needed and they never want a tip.The store is always nice and clean inside and out.Oh and this location is close to my home.

It can get busy at times but the staff always accommodates and works hard to get the job done.

Horrible employee, horrible service. The girl that works hates her job. She acts like shes doing us a favor. By us renting a mailbox there and having things shipped there, means we funded your salary.Also, their UPS store has a sign/flyer that states that when we rent a mailbox, it includes us calling in and checking to see if we have a mail AND, they will notify us via email whenever we receive mails. NOPE! They dont offer this service even though all UPS does, so youre paying monthly for nothing.Ill take my business somewhere else and closing out my mailbox.

I’m appalled with the dishonesty of a certain manager person. I was told to come back in for service on a day they obviously weren’t going to be open. The manager had to have known this. Where have our values gone? Please pray for people and treat people as you would like to be treated. Transparency (honesty), diligence, and sincerity go a long way when helping people. The other employees were great! Thank you to those who helped.

Ive used this location A few times andI they provided good service. If it gets crowded they have two people assisting. Great drop off for return amazon packages.

Very bad customer service I will not come back to this store again Plus the security guard in store is very unprofessional with customers.

Im standing in line, for 3 -4 minutes while ups is problem solving customer ahead. 7 to 8 people working in the store, NOT 1 person asked if I could be helped. I only had 2 prepaid boxes!! Lol. A guys walks in and helps him which his delivery is a mess, no box, paperwork all wrong! THESE PEOPLE WORK LIKE ZOMBIES HERE! THE WORKING DEAD! I had to get there attn! Hey heres fresh blood .. come & get me.. ! Smh

I shipped a Tv with UPS And Staples THE ITEM IS NOW DAMAGED AND BOTH COMPANIES REFUSE TO HONOUR THE INSURANCE PAID OR REFUND MY $120 to ship it. The item got sent back and they still took my money for NO SERVICE AND AN UNSHIPPED ITEM. I BOUGHT A BOX FOR $25. The shipping included INSURANCE The rep did notadvise me at all how to ship it when I asked they said it was fine. They should have shipped it FRAGILE ITS A TV! They denied my claim Ups! I’m going to put surveys every where all day today and BBB so no one will get scammed and treated like me today. Do not USE UPS FOR AN EXPENSIVE ITEMS IF LOST OR DAMAGED YOU WILL GET EXCUSES AND RECEIVE NOTHING. Crooked people. I went to this ups store to print an email sent to my phone. i forwarded the email to the store email and when it came time to pay the clerk charged me $1 per page. its not even a fax chage. he rung a bogus charged called EDDM X7. great business plan: screw every customer over

They had the nerve to blame the fact that their print server want working on me saying that I didnt I have signal when there was a clear message that their servers were misconfigured

Oh my gosh! Awful service you can definitely tell employees dont like their job their attitude is terrible.

Once again here at 9am and this place is not open. Constantly opens late. Three times so far. It is 906 and place should be up and running instead they need to open store.

AS a 3-year part-time ebay seller, I find this UPS’s handling of insurance claims UNacceptable. Over 2 weeks to get a “claim denied” response on a laptop that got damaged in shipping. Otherwise, a good place to receive mail but shippers BEWARE.

Very disappointed with UPS at the store on 120th Street. I tried calling 11:31a.m. on 7/13/16 for information regarding whether or not I could have a package picked up from my place of business. The phone rang for more than four (4) minutes and then gave a busy signal. Maybe I should try using another service since you cant seem to answer your phones.Disappointed Al

The owner or manager is NOT staffing the business appropriately. You cant expect a single clerk to handle all the customers. Had to wait 30 minutes to return an Amazon package!!!

Came here for notary services checked online before hand and they lady at the counter said they no longer offer those services I really wish they would have it updated online for there location
