Rude customer service. If you want actual customer service, please go anywhere else. Going here was a waste of time.EDIT (in response to owner): There were only 2 other customers and 2 employees. The 1st employee started to help me and then forgot I existed after getting onto the computer. The 2nd was opposed to helping me even though everything was fine with my package. Seemed like she was annoyed at the idea of helping me. The next business I went to took my package without a problem and said maybe the lady that helped me didnt know what she was doing. Please train your employees better. I shouldnt have to go outside of my community to ship a package.

Black Woman owned and operated. These ladies have assisted me so much with mailing large packages to my students during covid shutdowns. Always great conversation and efficient service. I’m a forever customer.

Super awesome and friendly customer service. Came in to pick up a package with a door tag, they had even ready and verified everything. They have a lot of shipping supplies and some super cute school supplies also.

Very awesome, friendly service. Was there for fingerprints and stayed to make a copy and have a few keys made. Vanessa was polite, professional, and thorough. I even got a good recommendation on a good Catholic Church from another customer while there! Already posted a pic of their business card to my social media account and will be back for anything else I need postal related.

Very nice place and great staff. They are open on Saturday and are not fake like many others who say they are open on Saturday and aren’t. I had to get live scan done and came from very far. This place is there near LAX when you really need it.I would recommend this business.

Rude. Rude. Rude. I needed a LIVE Scan done and I had questions, the lady was short and would not help me so I knew how to be prepared. I found another location and did it within minutes! In Inglewood.

Zero starsStore owner was very rude because I had complained about how they do business. Long story short she refuse my other forms of ID. She’s very strict and insist that I provide car registration or voters card etc. The car registration I had was out of state. I went back home to bring my renewed CA car registration, I came back with it and she said she refuse to open a rental box because I complained that she’s does not accept other simple forms of identification and others do. I said yes, but it’s true, I said ok I apologize she said ‘nope’. I had a friend that also wanted to open rental box. We took the business elsewhere. So much for customer service. Never had a store owner act this way, I never cursed or get angry with her, I just told her that most of the other private postal offices take 2 simple forms which include passports, drivers lic etc and are not strict, they are a little higher in price I told her.I will not be going back there again or send anyone that way.
