Excellent says it all, it is in their name! They do great work, despite prices going up due to inflation you will still save here compared to other places. I will not use machine car wash on my 2 cars, excellent only forever!

They are very friendly, pay close attention to detail, and will get you right for a reasonable price compared to other detail shops. Hard working people here 👍🏽

This is the BEST car wash in Los Angeles. The staff are friendly and very attentive. The staff now my family and I and they always ask how we are doing. I recall one time they waited an hour after close for us to pick up our car and didn’t have one complaint. 10 out of 10 customer service.

I have a Mercedes Sprinter 2500 van every place I checked in SF Valley quoted me $85-$100. They lived up 2 their name Excellent as for their job & service but only charged $65....!

Paid $30 or $35 bad services. you have to pay more that $60 to get good services.

Unfortunately the customer service was not great... not to mention there was no organization in the way they washed vehicles which meant I spent an hour just waiting for someone to wash my vehicle - meanwhile others show up and their vehicle got services immediately.Would not recommend.

Friendly Staff, but I cant say it was the best! The windows werent as clean as I like them, but I would go back and just ask them to be a little more particular in that area.

Got the Diamond wash Both interior and exterior parts of the car were still dirty. Car wasnt even properly vacuumed. There was nothing Excellent about this car wash, worst $40 Ive ever spent. Giving it two starts because the lady that helped me was very sweet.

I think its owners have changed. It was a wait but the service was decent. You sit outside to wait. Theres not a lot of seating and the price is higher than it used to be when they were located on Prairie

This is the 3rd time the cashier lady tried to charge me an extra $5 for my wash. The quality isnt as good as it used to be. I wont be going back!

They misplaced my keys and had me panicked. I will never go here again. Took 30 minutes to find. I have a Lexus and I have programmed keys. I actually think they may have tried to attempt to steal my car by making me leave it there overnight! The car wasnt even that clean for $140, supposedly detailed, plus $20 tip! As soon as I said Im calling the police, the keys magically appeared. Never again here!

They have always taken great detailed care of all my vehicles for years & hopefully many more to come...

They over charged me for a spray wax that they didn’t even do also left scratches on paint and interior. Tried them twice and both times were over charged for subpar work.

If you want your car maintained this is the best car wash detailing spot for you.Its like when you take your car to a certain mechanic shop because they dont take all your money and your car works fine well, this place will take care of your car and you will always come back because they are reliable. Not bad for the first time here. There was a few cars ahead of mine, but the wait time was decent. I got a wax and wash. My car looked nice, but when I opened the door I noticed the guy didn’t wipe the creases so they looked dirty. They had the older gentleman clean my car. He worked hard while one of the younger ones stood, drinking a beverage watching him. Anyways, I pointed it out and he wiped it off. I pointed a few areas out that he didn’t clean and he says “omg”. Yeah, omg just clean my car how it should be done and there wouldn’t be a need to revisit the area. Overall, the service was good and the prices are very good also. I would give it a second try.

Dont pay for the wash and wax its a RIP off if you want a rushed mediocre car wash this is the place man its so hard to find a good car wash. And when you drive off all the water comes out your mirrors and leaves water spots on the side of your car.

They did a good job considering how dirty my car was i got it detailed seats shampooed and all the only this I didnt like is that they didnt put seat covers on my seats so i had to drive home on a wet seat and they didnt put any air freshner in my car so in all honestly it didnt smell clean it smelled musty good place and they never answer their phone! I left it on a Saturday and I would try to call to check on the status of my car and I couldnt find out i had to go before they closed just to make sure i wasnt stuck with out my car they ended up calling me when i was already on my way I personally wouldnt go back but they still did ok

Usually wash the car in different car wash cost me about $18 with lot of pet hair in my car and they took care of it. Here I came I ask for a wash from inside and out he told me $125 I said usually I go different car wash with my GF and they charge me about $18 and they take care of the pet hair he told me its impossible just get out of here and go there. Hahaha poor service.
