I’ve had my policy here with Lisa Simmons for years now, and I can honestly say, my dealings with this office have been one of the most positive customer service experiences that I’ve ever had. I’ve met with Lisa personally, and she has been an absolute joy to deal with. Reasonable, and very accommodating when I needed it. Vibrant, beautiful and very knowledgeable about her craft.She knew I wasnt going 2 get my insurance with her agency. Yet, she asked if she could still assist me.Then took the time to look over other paperwork I brought with me, nothing 2 do with her r her agency, and still she went over those papers and explained what it all meant.Truly, she deserves a 10 star rating.
