I been using freeway for few years now. My policy was ending so I went in to change my policy to full coverage Dec 2. Come Dec 9 the worst happened and I was in an accident. I was contacted by my insurance company and they stated I only have liability coverage. I called freeway and any number I called would reply that I do have full coverage. It is Dec 9 I have not received a call from anybody that works at Freeway. The only thing good is the broker firm says it is there fault and they take responsibility for it. It is Dec 19 no response from anybody....
