I needed an emergency patch in my tire to get me home. I called around and these guys were the only ones able to get me right in. They are running a tight operation here and they are very friendly. They got me in and out and back on the road extremely fast. Probably one of the best tire places I’ve ever been to.

Being a 42 yr veteran of the retail industry, Ive seen it all, good and bad. I had a flat, and am new to the Haverhill area, and no solutions to that problem. Went to another TBA and they said they couldnt fit me, and recommended that I try Tire Warehouse at the next exit off 495. What an amazing suggestion. Off I went. Pulled in and a smiling Manager came out and greeted and educated me, and solved my huge my problem. I was in and out within 20 minutes, he listened to me and sold me 2 great tires, within my budget, installed them. Wow. He instilled trust and confidence, assisted me and was an amazing associate. He told me his name, but somehow I forgot that detail, Sorry. But the important part One of the best experiences I have ever had. Just amazing.

I dropped off four brand new rims and tires to be mounted and balanced. I’ll give them two stars since they were friendly, pleasant to deal with and completed the work quickly. Three out of the four rims came out with paint chips however and I didn’t notice until after I got home and went to mount the wheels on my car.I realize why they finished so quickly because they paid minimal care to mounting and balancing the tires properly. The dots on the tires were not aligned properly with the valve stems, resulting in a lot of excess wheel weights being added to balance the rims. On top of that, the stick on weights were put on in a haphazard manner, crookedly, hanging over the inside of the wheel lip, and just plain looking bad. After spending $3k on a set of wheels and tires, this is not the outcome I wanted. I am less than pleased and wouldn’t ever recommend bringing a nice set of wheels here, ever.

Dont let the appearance of this Service Center deceive you. Not the prettiest from the outside, but the quality of work is excellent and the quality of customer service is excellent. Honest work for good rates. I would definitely recommend them.

I bought tires from them for my Kia Soul in October of 2020. I recently ran over a nail and went there for a simple plug. the worker there told me they do not plug tires. I am never buying tires from Tire Warehouse again

Literally the worse! Made an appointment a day before and the next day at 4pm 8/17/21 the front desk guy told me he couldn’t take me cause he had to many cars and to come back in an hour and a half….. still had an appointment. Came back at 5:30 as HE TOLD ME TO and the technician left for the day meanwhile knowing he still had my appointment pending. This has led me to not being able to drive my vehicle!!! HORRIBLE!

Had me in and out in 15 minutes with a slow leak fixed. Super-efficient!

Very friendly staff and very fast. I was told half hour for two tires to change and it took two guys 20 minutes. A little more expensive than other tire shops but worth it for the service.

Id give a zero. Couldnt help after explaining my problem. Waited 2 days to fix only to get told we cant do that. I explained what happened when I called and they never said we cant fix. If its corporate policy not to fix a plugged tire you might want to tell the people answering the phone. Instead tried to sell me a set of tires. No thanks! Town fair tire managed to do with no appointment. Imagine that !

I purchased 4 tires today for my truck and Justin Abbott is a professional and honest manager for this Haverhill store and is very fast about doing his job and knows everything about tires. I have been going to this store for about 15 years or so and will continue to go there as long as Justin is there. They are one of the few tire shops around that offer nitrogen which has better benefits for tire longevity.

These guys are great. Fast, lowest prices and they have most reputable tires in stock and if not can get them very quickly. Ive been going to a Tire Warehouse for 25 years now and have never had a bad experience. Need to swap out your regular tires for snows or have a tire fixed due to a nail, no problem. They achieve the low prices with outdoor bays versus having to heat or cool a full garage. I would avoid using the bathroom at this location which doesnt get cleaned but youre in and out so fast usually not a problem.

I Usually dont need to make an appointment but it is never a bad idea to call first. I highly recommend the quality and service this establishment provides.

Very quick and friendly service. I was fortunate they found not 1, but 2 tires that were faulty and replaced them both. Unfortunately I twice requested the new tires be put on the back and I left with the new tires on the front. Not sure where the disconnect was, but overall a good job.

Call the around to a couple of tire stores. You are the only tire chain that actually answers their phones when you call. Always quick professional service and I get what I want. Which is service price is very competitive. Thank you for the customer service.

I made all the arrangements online so when we got there it was faster and the price was already settled. We didnt get any word on the difference in the price i mean it went from about 430 to almost 600 dollars and there was nothing we could do after the work was done. I will never go back nor will i recommend Tire warehouse to anyone i know.

I got a flat tire on the highway and pulled off at the River Street exit, having been to Tire Warehouse before. Within seconds of pulling in, they had my information and tire model pulled up on their system. A new tire was in place and I was ready to go within minutes, and the people there were above and beyond friendly and courteous, which was a huge relief because I was so shaken by the tire going flat in the middle of the highway. I could not have had a better experience. If you ever need new tires or even just the old ones rotated or inspected, this is the place to go.

I have not received such good customer service in a long time. Justin was very helpful and patient. The Haverhill location is over 30 miles from my house but this will now be my tire location going forward. I felt that they treated me with respect and I felt that I could trust them completely.

Great service! Had my car towed there after blowing out both right tires in a pothole and they were able to replace the tires in about 30 minutes. They also automatically gave me a discount on one of the tires as it had been replaced just a few months ago and was still under their warranty.

I showed up then and they told me to take a seat and it takes about 1 1/2 hrs wait.. I told him I wasnt going to wait that long and left and went to tire warehouse they took me immediately ant the tires were CHEAPER than town fair tire by a couple bucks. tire warehouse is my new tire store.. Tire Warehouse in Haverhill is one of the best companies with which I have done business in my lifetime.Years ago, Justin opened early on a Sunday morning to help me out of a bad situation; he replaced a damaged tire with the exact same Michelin and did not price gouge. Ive bought two full sets of Michelin tires from Tire Warehouse and they were mounted and balanced perfectly.No one will ever touch my tires except the people at Tire Warehouse.

Love this place! Went in today in the frigid cold, told them my low tire pressure light on. They came right out, checked all 4 tires, filled with air..no charge! I usually have to go spend 1.50, in the cold to do it myself. You guys rock!

Come to find out my tires were just junk and worn... exactly a wk later i found my back tire this time flat.. i went in again. Again those were junk and worn aswell. i had to purchase 2more new tires. They were very kind, balanced my other 2tires free. Speedy service. to boot when i had to go back to replace my back tires they only had one available. so he had to send one of his employees down the rd to pick up another tire. I was still out the door in 30min. Made it to work on time. No problem to date.In the end of it all i had to purchase 4brand new tires. 1hr total services. Great employees, very kind an met my needs and my cars.
