Great customer service. Always call a day or two before service technician comes out. Fast and efficient. If you have problems after they leave you can call to get someone to come out and take care of it for you at no extra charge. Have been using them for a while now. Like the services they provide.

We’re in Poplarville our pest control technician is Beckett. He’s extremely professional and goes out of his way to make sure he can fit us in on our availability and takes time with his work to make sure we’re thoroughly taken care of. He’s very friendly and I feel completely comfortable having him in my home. We couldn’t ask for a better bug guy!

The previous 2 guys last years were so so. The guy this year by himself was great. I asked him to speak to my husband outside in the yard. He did and listened to him. Then he added more termite traps and fixed the ones that needed it and put more bait in all of them after cleaning out the ones that needed it. Really did a great job! Wish I could have gotten his name! He was awesome!

They did wonderfully i think i already have a review on here but they were so nice from beginning. Very thorough ans not at all judgemental which is a plus for me since I had a bad experience with a different company. Would totally recommend!

The guy came out was thirty minutes late but I had time to burn so it was cool. He looked around inside and out, and was very knowledgeable about what he saw. The price to treat my home is very affordable.

Very fast service. I called on a Sunday evening, and the technician was at our home on Tuesday morning. Joseph Seymore was our technician. I received an email and text saying he was on his way. He was on time, very nice and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and answered all of our questions. We had a great experience for our first visit with Terminex. I would definitely recommend.

Lack of communication. My card was charged and I was told I would be contacted by someone to set up an appointment. The appointment was set up without contacting me and it was not a good day for me. And I ultimately had to get in touch with corporate in order to figure out what was going on with my account. David was great once he came out and got everything figured out. Now they just keep making appointments without contacting me first like they know my schedule. Hattiesburg terminix is horrible and no one ever answers the phone.

I knew nothing of my inspection until it was all over. I do not think it appropriate for a business to just show up walk around inspecting my house and me not know a thing about it. I am just glad I didnt let my dogs out at the time my house was being inspected, or look out and see a stranger walking around my house and call the police. In the future I would like to know when Terminix is coming to my house so I can be sure to keep my dogs inside. I would hate to call the police on Terminix because I dont know that is who is outside.

We had Terminix in California, so when we moved to Ms. in 2015, we called up and had service started at our new place. They have been awesome. I have never had a problem with them. If I need them to come out before the next service date, it is never a problem. The technicians are always so nice, and professional. They call the night before, to let us know they will be coming. They show up on time, and do an excellent job.

Yearly Evaluation was Great! They were Professional, prompt, & courteous!Someone else placed a phone number, pretending to be Terminex? I finally talked to Tim. He was very gracious! (This was at another house I owned.) They were GREAT at my house! confused? I know, me too😏.😊😊😊

I was pleased with the very thorough inspection performed by Darius L. Pope at the recent inspection for termite infestation. He also demonstrated a high level of professionalism and keen knowledge of his job. So far after many years with Terminix there has been no recurrence of termites that originally many years ago had come close to invading my home.

You can trust Terminix to look out for YOUR best interests when it comes to pest control. After 30 years with the company, I am very pleased to trust them with the safety of my home.

I have had to reschedule 3 appointments because no one ever showed up. I also did not receive a call saying that my appointment needed to be rescheduled. I just found out about it my canceled appointment after calling the customer service line, 10 minutes before the timeline that they were supposed to be at my home. I was going to give them 0 stars, but it wouldnt let me post my review. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

Terminix is a great company to rid you of all your pest and rodent problems ! They come out in a timely manner and inspect inside and outside of your home! Everyone that makes up the team, from the person I talked to on the phone to set up my appointment, to the person that inspected my house was so professional and helpful! That it takes too many repeats to get the job done

My son found active termites in his home. Terminex Hattiesburg scheduled an appointment for the next day between 8-10. No one showed up, no one called. He called them, they said no tech was available and so they had cancelled the appointment then rescheduled for the next morning same tome of day, yet no one let my son know this. He couldnt be there for the new appt so I sat for 2 hours, No one showed up, No one called. I called them, they said the service manager would call me with estimated time of arrival. 20 more minutes, No phone call. I called back and they told me tech was running behind but was now on his way. 15 minutes later tech calls said he just left Hattiesburg (1 hour away). I told him to forget it and that this was the worst service Ive seen. 2 minutes later the service manager calls and wants me to tell him whats going on, why did I cancel. So I told him all the above. He says I apologize, BUT things happen and they run late. I said thats why you call and let your customer know you are running late. He said, I apologize BUT... I told him there is no BUT in good customer service and I will be reporting them to everyone. In my experience, do not waste your time. Meanwhile termites are eating my house but terminex obviously does not care. PATHETIC

Terminex came to our rescue after seeing a add on dish network. I called set up appointment and the technician came very quickly. We were glad we didnt have to wait for weeks. He explained the process told us what to do till he came back. He was guick and very professional. We recommend Terminex to anyone wanting to end a pest invasion like we had. No smell no mess just complete confidence they will keep the pest at bay. What are you waiting for let the professionals handle the job.
