We use Orkin every other month for pest control but we had an immediate need for flea treatment. Ms. Angela was exceptional at getting us a quick appointment that was flexible with my work schedule. The tech, Tyler, arrived a little early that morning; he was courteous, professional, and was done with the inside service quickly to allow me to leave for work. I am very pleased with our recent experience with Orkin.

The service was rendered 3 hours later than what I was told it was scheduled for, However when the service technician arrived at my house he was very polite, informative and got straight to work. He shared information when asked and performed his work in a professional manner. I had gotten quotes from all of the big companies but Orkin was slightly higher in price but I got twice the protection because they trenched around all of my piers and placed the Sentricon bait stations in. The rest would do one or the other but not both. I feel like my investment is protected and would use them again.

Have had trouble with billing several times— can’t find account no, payments, etc. turnovers with servicemen occur frequently but each man has been nice to work with ( it’s nice to have same man and continuity). I had rather talk to local office than to a central office where they seem to know less.

Angela, the specialist came to talk to us about services and pricing! She was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. We discussed all of my concerns and she was very patient with my questions! She helped us put together the right package for our needs. Dalton came a couple days later to spray. He looked in every area of my house and yard to find our trouble spots. He answered every question I had (again). Im seeing improvement already. Im very pleased with service I recieved from the Hattiesburg, MS Orkin franchise!!

The current sprayer seems to be doing a wonderful job and is more than willing to take care of any problems. Previously, they just walked in and squirted a little bit and walked out. Didn’t care to come back and solve any issues. We had never had roach issues before Orkin.

The day I was scheduled for service the technician did NOT show at the appointed time and it took me 1.5 hours to reach someone to verify that he was NOT coming. I understand life happens to all of us but it would have been greatly appreciated to receive notifications that the technician was unable to come as scheduled. I was rescheduled for service the next day and Jason called to confirm he was on his way and did a great job treating the premises for insects.

They did a good job when they came out. The only thing I have negative to say is they didnt contact me before they came to my house. Luckily I was home.

The technician Zack did an excellent job at getting my property examined and setting a plan in motion to resolve the issues in my home.

The orkin service people have been very good to deal with.the ability to rid us of roaches has not been so good.they are able to keep the bug population down but not to eliminate them.i think its because the sprays are not as effective as they used to be because they have to keep them from being harmful to people. i will have to say they try very hard to take care of the problem for you and they are very good about coming back in between visits if needed.

I don’t appreciate my debit card being used without my permission. If I’m called to set an appointment and you can’t get ahold of me that doesn’t mean you come to my house, do half the job then charge my debit card the full amount. This is the second month in a row this has happened. Last month no one even showed up and i was charged. I still have BUGS!! If i could give this review zero stars i would. The techs are always great and polite but the office people have no clue what’s going on with my account ever. I called this last time to complain about my card being used without permission and no one had any idea what was going on.

I was supposed to have my house sprayed Wednesday at 5. No one showed up or called. Friday morning my bank account was debited for the service I was never provided. I called just now and asked that either A) Someone come out and spray my house today before 5 since I had already payed, or B) I be provided with an immediate refund. I also asked that my card be taken off autodraft since this is the SECOND time this has happened in less than a year. The young girl that answered the phone was very condescending and left much to be desired for customer service. She rushed me off the phone and kept her answers very short and curt. No apology. I am very disappointed with the customer service I was provided with just now on top of the fact that I had to chase down someone to come and provide a service that I had ALREADY BEEN CHARGED FOR.

I set up two appointments and the service guy never showed. I took off early to meet him both times. I tried contacting the Hattiesburg office for 3 days. A rep at headquarters told they rarely get someone to answer the phone for them. This was the second round with them. I was hoping with new people their customer service would improve. Im going with Terminix.
