I absolutely love this nail shop and believe me I have been to several! The decor is very nice, the give champagne while they do pedicures sometimes, and they have the best nail polish hands down! They have the acrylic dip, mood polish, and gel! This is my new nail shop! Make an appointment to get in and out fast!

It was a great experience, they did exactly what I wanted on my nails. My nails look almost identical to the picture, and they even applied the changes that I wanted. I would definitely recommend their service, and will plan to come back very soon.

This is a cute salon and very trendy but the quality of the work is sub par. I asked the male manicurist to do something simple he was clearly not qualified to do (some new glitter that you put on with fingers as the top coat). When he messed the nails up, he giggled and the just kept on trying to fix it. No one seemed to want to help him out and the owner didn’t sound like he wanted to fix the problem even though he knew we were on a time schedule. Long story short; the gel paint chipped fast and it looked like a job i did at home. Not coming here again.

The facility was clean and comfortable. I was seated at the time of my appointment. I wouldnt necessarily say I hated my experience but I know that I wont be back. My nail tech was capable. He was obviously good at his job, but because we speak different languages and neither of us are fluent in the others language, there was a lot of miscommunication. I didnt even get a lot of things I wanted to get done. He seemed aggravated because Im a newbie and wasnt familiar with any steps in the process of having my nails done. I tried to explain this to him, but he didnt seem to understand me. Which was fine. Im not insensitive. I feel like it was just the language barrier. I dont think he was trying to be rude, I just know that his irritation towards me made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and so I wont be going back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I originally wanted a different design but due to the nail tech and I not speaking the same language or understanding each other, I decided on this since it seemed easier. My nails hurt so bad, every single nail either had my skin nicked near the cuticle or filed so hard on the sides or underneath, or both. I instantly pulled my hand back and said ouch several times and not once did the nail tech apologize. I’m mainly disappointed in the 1 design I asked for, the shape not being what I asked for, and how the nails already look grown out. I don’t know why they can’t paint up to the top since it was so imperative to drill my cuticles to death. Not to mention, I was there for nearly 3 hours and had come in with 2 friends... We were all asked what we wanted when we walked in and one friend didn’t even get seen to get a full set. 8 other customers were seen before she decided to just leave. Needless to say we all had a terrible experience. Would not recommend.

The young lady who completed my pedicure was fantastic!!! Extremely professional and as I told my wife, really loves what she does. However, the environment was somewhat of a turn off. I didnt go into a cigar shop where people knowingly sample and test cigars. I went into a nail shop. I was not prepared to see the staff vaping and blowing clouds of smoke inside the building, particularly while children were present and while conducting business. As much as I enjoyed the job the young lady did on my feet, I will not return.

If I could give negative stars I would. I came in with my two roommates and we all told them what we wanted. They helped my two roommates then after an hour I reminded them what I was getting done. They never spoke to me again after that. Half of their staff left and went to the back to help a crying baby. I was there for THREE hours just waiting for my roommates to get done. In the meantime they helped EIGHT people. I made sure to say very loudly that now I’m not getting my nails done because I’m not sitting there for another two hours, especially after seeing how horrible my roommates nails looked. The girl doing one of my friends nails literally said she has never done round nails and couldn’t even do the basic design she asked for. Go somewhere else.

I was very very impressed with my visit today at nails for you! I had called to check on the wait they told me, come on it. Upon arrival I was greeted when I walked in and waited roughly 15 mins and then I was attended too. My nail tech was Kayla, and I was definitely impressed with how my nails turned out I showed her the pictures and my color and she made it all come true . Beside her my friend and nail tech karlee did hers and we had a wonderful time . I highly recommend going! And check out those girls!!

They are very helpful and patient will work around with what you need done very sweet and kind and will fix any mistakes or if you want to switch it up it’s never to late will work with you in every way

I walk in to ask for wait times to be told just a few minutes. 45 min later I’m finally getting acrylics and the man puts on nails that don’t even fit my nails. They’re too small and you can visibly see the gaps of nail not covered. The paint was still wet even after sitting under a fan for a while so almost every nail was messed up within the first 30 minutes of having them. One nail is literally sticking up because it is too small and not glued on well. I came to get my nails done to relax and get away from kids just to hear a baby cry over a baby monitor almost the whole time I’m sitting there. I don’t get my nails done often so I was trying to “trust the process” but I was very disappointed in the end and didn’t realize how truly bad they were until I got out into some light.

I absolutely love this shop and all of the employees. They are a precious family owned business. I am never disappointed and feel like I am treated like I am a special client every time I enter the door.

Very poor customer service! Long wait time due to lack of workers and there is no sign in list to keep track of who to serve next. You have to fight for your place in line. Over charge for services and act as if they simply do not care if they satisfy you or not! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

I sat and watched two women be told to leave their seats in the middle of their pedicures because a woman was 1.5 hours early for her appointment....when I sat there for over an hour and I had an appointment. The guy that did my pedicure was rough and my toe has been sore since then. Does it look nice inside? Yes but the customer service is terrible and they rush making simple mistakes. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Id gotten my nails done at another location (in McComb, MS) .. it turned out to be a horrible experience (nails were jacked). Today, I decided to have those soaked off, and more applied. While my man was having his truck serviced at a dealership next door, I decided to walk to this place. I AM HAPPY I DID!! I WAS GREETED WITH SMILES FROM ALL THE EMPLOYEES! I dont remember the nail techs name I had, but homegirl sits in the back and is pretty good with a brush! The only downside in my case was the wait time (1 1/2 hours), but I guess thats to be expected when the service is good.

Been there several times just to give them the benefit before giving up and each time left disappointed and when I tried to say something I was looked at like I was crazy. Both were for pedicures only. Heels both time were left rough and they never did anything above the ankles which most places you go put hour towels on your legs. Just my opinion and experience the two times I went.

Tried this salon for the first time the other day and I can honestly say I have never been more disappointed. First off, I waited for almost an hour because there were maybe 5-6 people working, the lady rushed through doing my nails and didnt even ask the simple questions like square or round? or if I wanted my nails to be cut any shorter (when I asked if she could cut them a little shorter, she cut them too short). She then got mad when she had to redo one of my nails because SHE was rushing and messed up the dip powder. I then went back two days later because my nails started chipping (the dip powder has never chipped off my nails until now) and she was rude when I asked how long the wait would be, nor did she ask what I came in for. The salon looked really nice though.

Was displeased no prices posted anywhere was quoted 40 but charged 50 after he figured since i was from Seattle n use to paying high prices. Nails looked aweful and were messy not pleased with this place. Yes i am sure i picked you cause you share the same name as my original nail salon saw you on the way to Hattiesburg. Guy that sits off to the left when you walk in. He acted like he was the manager n kept pressing me for what i paid for my nails in Washington told him i didnt want to tell him. I got golden state warriors colors on stilettos.

The nail service I received at this salon was perfectly fine. What I have to say thats negative about this salon is on a totally different matter, but well worth a mention/read - When I first stepped into the salon, my friend and I went over to take a look at colors to see what we wanted. I picked up a bottle that was a little unmixed in color and proceeded to shake it to get the color to show. The bottle slipped out of my hand and it broke. Of course I was SO embarrassed because I made a pretty serious mess. At this point, one of the men doing manicures made a noise to suggest that I was in trouble, kind of a low whistle you would make when a kid does something bad.I proceeded to get some paper towels to clean it up and one of the employees came up to help me. He was very nice and Im guessing hes one of the owners. He told me it was absolutely fine and that I was not to worry. I sit down to wait with my friend and I see one of the other ladies doing manicures shaking her head at me disapprovingly, once again, as you would a child who just did something wrong. About 10 minutes later, that same man that made the noise/low whistle, came up to the counter and said to me, Oooh you made a mess over there and now im going to have to clean it up. tsk tsk tsk. Some time passes and its our turn to get our pedicures done. Everything was fine until another employee, I assume, was instructed to clean up the splatter of paint. She goes up to it and two of the employees proceed to talk about how to fix it. Of course, eventually it goes back to me (them talking to me/at me) about how its my first time here and how my friend (who used to be a regular) brought someone and they make a mess. The employee even made a joke about how theyve taken my photo already and put it up on the wall. Then a new customer comes up with her daughter and asks what happened and the same employee points at me and says Its HER! and laughs ...Here are my comments - in my THREE HOUR experience at this salon, I received 5-6 snarky little jokes about my mistake, making my visit EXTREMELY awkward. And look, it was not like I wasnt already extremely apologetic and embarrassed. Could you make someone feel even more awkward and embarrassed? Apparently there was a competition to see who could make the rudest comment. Maybe they were trying to see how long it would take before I started yelling. And on top of all that, I tipped 100% to cover damages. This sort of joking aka thinly veiled PUBLIC SHAMING is not the way to treat a customer thats there for the first time. Its not even how you treat a REGULAR. It was unbelievably unprofessional, rude AND crude. I dont see any waiters shaming customers at restaurants when they break a glass or a plate. Accidents happen, mistakes are made. Yes it was my fault. and I was SO SORRY.Sadly the owners were nice enough, so I hate to make this review, but the way that their employees treated me was just absolutely ridiculous. Im a PAYING CUSTOMER - Im not a child, Im not their friend and not their family member. There is no excuse for me to be treated the way I was. Had the employees of their salon treated me with grace and respect, I would have probably become a regular because I would have been impressed with how they handled it. But unfortunately, the way they treated the situation was quite the opposite.Not ever going back there is an understatement. I have someone that can absolutely corroborate the events of what Ive described and she also thought that they went overboard. I hope through this, they learn how to respect their customers.

The only reason they get a star is because the shop is seemingly clean. They could use customer service training.
