Not sure about others but had to bring my dog over to be euthanized after being hit by a car. They were very considerate and thoughtful! Tough situation but made it as bearable as possible.

Our 9 year old pitbull was bitten by a venous snake... the whole package plan was alittle pricey but Wendy worked out a good plan B we could afford...Dr Collins is a Angel and I think Bubba (our dog) would definitely recommend her to all his doggo friends! 🙏

Brought our dog in sick which turned out to be a false positive tested by our normal vet but they want 800 dollars before doing anything that outrageous and crazy shame on you Flippin people...2 days after ur faulty test hes fine and dandy...dont take ur babies here!

My pets was in severe distress. I was seen promptly on a Sunday. Diagnosis was reached and my pet was treated successfully by Dr. Sarah. Medication was administered along with homecare follow up directions. They offered a no interest payment option and worked with me to keep the costs down.I have used them before and appreciate their valuable service.

Though my experience didn’t end the way we all had planned, the doctors and nurses/techs at this establishment made me feel welcomed and comforted during my Emergency situation with my Moonshine 🌙 🐈 up until the very end . They treated me and my baby with respect and kindness. I got calls multiple times giving me updates from the moment I dropped him off until he left for kitty heaven. I feel they truly did all that could be done to save him. When leaving, the nurse/tech gave me the biggest, true, caring, two armed hug. I felt she understood the pain and truly empathized with me. Gave me the diagnosis of my dog i was worried about how much it would cost because we are not rich. but I asked what are our options do you have any payment options they said it would be around $2500 to $3000 for the surgery and i said i dont have that upfront do you have a payment option available that I can do. What can we do to save my baby. they said we dont offer payment options it must be paid up front. it is 1 am where am i going to get $3000 at 1 am. they said that putting her to sleep was our best options. I would have loved to know there was a financing option. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. Yes they are friendly but they dont give options to help as they take part of your heart away.

My dog passed away before I could get to the clinic, and the lady working was wonderful. She was sweet to me and my son, and also took great care with my dog Abby. I recently had surgery and she came out to my car and carried Abby in, and set up the arrangements for me. I also received a card in the mail with her paw prints which meant so much to me. We miss her so much, and with the compassion we were shown, we will definitely use them again if we ever need emergency pet care; as well as recommend them in the event someone else does.

Lady working upfront was very kind but BEWARE of price gouging! They charge $120 just for the emergency “consultation”. Literally $120 just for your pet to be seen by the vet! We will not be using this emergency service again.

**Dont listen to the negative reviews. Everyone else would have turned my family away yesterday, and they didnt. They were in the middle of surgery with another animal when we rushed in with our puppy having a seizure, they literally did EVERYTHING they could to save our baby with what very little my husband and I had. They even allowed my husband with our two young children to tell our baby goodbye. They were extremely professional even though I WAS RUDE. Granted, I was in a panic, but they stayed calm and never so much as even looked at me sideways. My husband and I are so grateful to them for taking care of us in our time of need when they could have turned us away leaving our fur baby to die on the way home with our children watching from the back seat. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I took my French Bulldog here for an after hours c section. The vet questioned why I wanted a c section and asked if they had my permission to spay this female during the surgery if she felt it was necessary. After talking to her a minute I could tell that she was going to deem the spay medically necessary. I of course refused a spay and informed her that I would leave those decisions to my normal vet. They then said they were going to work on getting me an estimate. I asked if they had a crate that we could place my dog in while they did so. An hour and a half later I had still not gotten an estimate. I politely told the receptionist that I would like to get my dog back, that another after hours vet said they could get to my dog immediately. All of a sudden she had my estimate and said they could start the c section now. I told her that I had already spoke with another clinic and needed my dog. She then demanded 130 dollars for the office visit. I informed her they had done nothing to my dog and I wanted her back. This lady got extremely rude and demanded the money. This went back and forth for a couple minutes. Against my better judgement I paid the money. Ive visited a lot of vet clinics, this is by far the absolute worst. Bottom line is that this clinic is not where you want to go for a c section. They will also do there best to convince you in doing an unnecessary spay! Its one of those clinics!

I want to say I was very concerned about my two pound puppy, regular vet was closed and was directed to call e vets they were very rude, showed no concern and hung up the phone!

Had to take my dog in twice but only charged for the visit once. They were very caring all they did was sent to my regular vet.

Took my cat for an abscess on his neck and they seemed caring and helpful

Wendy and Dr. Stroupe were very patient and spent lots of time with us explaining what was happening. We felt that Dr. Stroupe didnt take advantage of us by ordering a lot of expensive tests that our puppy didnt need. We felt confident that our puppy got the best of care. We ended up taking our puppy to his regular vet the next day and Emergency Vets had already faxed a copy of his report to them.

Not good, please trust me because I have dealt with them twice, and in both cases my pets never got better. One died, and the other was given the wrong medication which could have killed him. Please use another emergency vet .

I have been to EVets twice. Both times the staff have been WONDERFUL! The last time we went, our poor Maxx had to stay the night. Wendy was kind enough to send me a picture text of him and put up with my calling to check on him. I always felt comfortable and knew that my pup was in great hands. Thank you Dr. Stroupe (I forgot the sweet lady helping him that night, but she was wonderful), Dr. Ricks and Wendy!!

It was the Sunday after Thanksgiving and my sweet old dog (13 years old) Jasmine was getting so bad that I could tell she was in pain. It was time to say goodbye and it broke my heart to see her suffering. I called EVets and they were very kind and comforting in helping me make the decision to say goodbye to my best friend. I was an emotional wreck and they were nothing but kind and made sure that Jasmine was very comfortable and helped her to cross the rainbow bridge so she would no longer be in pain. I can not say enough how much I appreciate the way that they handled the situation. They even took paw imprints for me to have as a keep sake and mailed them to me in a sympathy card a few days later. No one ever wants to see their best friend suffer. I am so glad that EVets was there for us on the day we had to say goodbye.

Best veterinarian I’ve ever used

I carried my pomerian here March 4, 2016, and she was given the best care . She was old and had been on heart meds . Girlbaby spent her last hours being cared for by an excellent staff of caring professionals . I appreciate everything they done . Ive carried my other pomerians here and they received really good care . Id recommend this place to anyone !!

Took my dog there about 10:45 at night, the vet on duty didnt seemed to be very concerned and said that my dog would be ok. My dog died that night. Maybe had you cared a little more, my dog would still be alive.

Took my cat for cat bite took my money injury still a problem, said will help for another payment
