I have a 3 year old doggo. They did so much for my boy. They did an intricate surgery to remove a mass in my Murphys abdomen which is incredibly rare for a dog of his age. Unfortunately Murphys outlook is not good. The mass was cancerous. This was some of the most difficult news to hear. Evey single doctor that worked on or with my boy was so kind and loving towards him even when he was being bad because he was in pain. They gave me 3-6 more months with my baby by performing this life saving surgery. I am so grateful, but it wasnt their services I was impressed with, which were beyond impressive, but their kindness. Upon delivering the news, Dr. Mayfield reassured me that I am a good dog mom and that Murphy is a good dog. It broke my heart but made me so happy and grateful. That kindness will never be forgotten. Those words will stay with me forever. Thank you (the entire staff) for everything you do. Murphy is grateful to live out the rest of his days comfortably at home.

My experience was not a good one actually it was the worst experience of my entire life now that I know the facts after seeing a video that I was very fortunate to be able to see because now I know The many things I assume before we’re not true but I also know one thing is true I will not give any details as this is now from a professional and respectful perspective there are many good doctors and many good nurses in this profession unfortunately there are also some bad doctors and bad nurses in this profession just as any profession. My dog Kobe who is only four years old and in peak physical condition was brought in for what I thought was accidental poisoning or intentional poisoning I’m not sure I will never know he died over nine hours later Suddenly unexpectedly from an unknown cause that none of us will ever know for sure unless someone explains it as it should be explained as I never was. My dog Kobe has never had any medical issues before moving here. Just weeks ago we resided in Southern California and Kobe was already registered service dog and was going through several training programs. Kobe had one of the best doctors in Southern California his name is Dr. Peter Heinen from Palm springs animal hospital at 4771 Palm Canyon Highway in Palm Springs. Dr. Heinen is the perfect model for doctor of veterinary medicine. If I were to call him and tell him that Kobe died suddenly unexpectedly of an unknown cause which was somehow speculated as to be an underlying heart condition. Dr. Heinen would immediately have several questions and if He knew who Kobe‘s doctor was he would’ve already spoken with him because Kobe was not only Dr. Heinens patient but he was his friend. Dr. Heinen was at my side in my house in my own living room as my 16 year old Doberman named Pepper was taking her last breath‘s with the assistance of this kind professional who has agreed for many years that when the time came he would do exactly what he was doing at that very moment. He was treating her with the best care possible from beginning till the end and even after that. When he left with my pepper I was 100% positive that he did everything he could every moment he was with her during those many years and even that moment when he brought her out to his car to take her back to his office and begin with the final procedure. I know Kobe would still be alive if we never left SoCal. I can also wish that Dr. Heinen was working for this clinic when we arrived on Tuesday because I know without a doubt that Kobe would still be alive. Dr Heinen had the type of professional relationship with his staff that goes above and beyond any standards I have seen since then. There is a bond of trust between the nurses and the doctors in his office at hisfacility that cannot be compromised. His employees do not depend on reviews or highly priced admissions in fact they don’t even mention a bill until after the procedure, unless requested.At his office when you talk to him or his staff there is without a doubt, I’ll true sincerity, honesty and commitment. He was at my side with my first dog pepper and I know he would’ve been at my side with Kobe if the time was meant on Tuesday. Instead, I saw the Doctor Who handled Kobe at this clinic, standing over him with a nurse looking down at Him as he took his last breaths. They waited without helping or showing any gesture of concern. I watched him casually walk over to his desk and begin the report before calling me. Between 441 and 444 my Kobe was administered a routine procedure along with two Dogs before him. This procedure was seconds before one dog had seizure and Kobe’s heart stopped. I noticed a bond between Doc. and Nurse that makes me ill. Kobe’s real Doctor would have prevented this. Just days before no one would have imagined the that the bond Kobe and I shared would be torn apart so indecently.I was outside in my car and I wasn’t there with him when he needed me. But I did immediately run in and fall down at his side and loose everything I needed and loved. No recovery possible.

Really terrible place. Go anywhere else. Everyone is talking at the top of their voices, they have no regard for the animal’s well-being or state of mind, and they try to up-sell you at every opportunity. They even have a credit card machine in each exam room. And on the walls they have nothing about animals, just egotistical things about “Dr” Calhoun, like pictures of him at a Packer’s game and a scorecard from some great golf game he played. It’s repulsive. Not to mention according to his bio he doesn’t even have any pets. I’m not sure he even likes animals, just the money their caregivers have. Avoid this place at all costs. When I took my cat Luna there because her real doctor’s office was closed, they basically submitted her to torture when, in hindsight I now know, if they had been decent people, they would have told me to put her to sleep and let her pass. And they have no board certified specialists there, so don’t fall for anything. Better yet, just avoid this place. I recommend Town and Country on Gravel Pit Road. They actually care about animals snd don’t charge a fortune. It makes me literally sick to my stomach what happened to my beloved Luna there during her last days. They also said they would email me her x-rays and never did. They pray on people’s bonds with their animals to take their money. Really bad.

They have taken excellent care of my dogs. One of them had to have a c-section after birthing 3 puppies, they were able to save the other 3 that were stuck in her.

Love the kind, patient attention given to my cockatiel, Buddy by the staff and Dr. Mayfield Jr. I trust they will always do right by my pet. Thanks Animal Medical Center!!♡♡♡♡

I was sharing my story with someone else tonight and decided to post it here also. Here’s my story as to why I say NOT animal medical center. They told me my dog (who was a stray) tested a high positive for heart worms, devastated I started her on the heart worm treatment, which she almost died from a week into it because they had her dosage too high. When I comforted them about it, they showed me the chart the go off of, I believe she was a pound over the weight limit that put her in the bigger weight class for a higher dose. Then they also rounded UP the dosage, that was already the wrong dosage for her meaning she was getting over double what she needed. Her liver was shutting down because of this and she had become incoherent when I rushed her to a different vet office who saved her life. They also didn’t want to give me her records at first and didn’t until I went back up there and demanded them after realizing that they legally had to. She was later tested at Holland where she was by some miracle heart worm free and has been ever since. Remember they told me she was a high positive, because of that I don’t believe she ever had them. To this day I think they lied to me about it. A similar over dose situation happened to my coworkers dog too after they prescribed her dog too much. My dog is my child. This happened in 2017 but I still can’t say enough bad things about animal medical center after that and hope that our story can help save another fur baby.

Animal Medical Center has been my veterinary service since 2015. It is an excellent facility - in some respects providing the best medical care Ive ever had for my dogs. And Ive been a dog owner for 58 years. The staff is sensitive, warm and caring. The doctors who have treated my four dogs are never too busy to explain in detail anything I may have concerns about or need to know. The premises is spotless and well appointed. Most importantly, they help my fur babies be well and happy.Three different times over the winter holidays I boarded my two tiny geriatric dogs at Animal Medical Center for ten-day spans. I was anxious, knowing how frail they were, boarding them that first year. But the attention and care provided my babies were top notch. If anything came up, or the vets observed something they thought I might want to discuss, they promptly called me.Even though it is a fairly large facility with more staff and patients than I can fathom, they still remember one of my senior dogs even though its been years since he crossed the Rainbow Bridge. They may not always recognize me at first, but when I mention Murphy, that changes instantly. Their faces light up, and they tell me once again that he was one of their favorite patients. They talk of things that were unique to him - his size and color, his likes and dislikes, and his personality.So many things about Animal Medical Center of Hattiesburg deserve praise, too many to address them all. Ill just leave this here: these folks have earned my highest regard, and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone. Just go. Theyre that good.

All of my animals have been patients of Animal Medical Center for over 15 years! I trust them completely with my babies and they have all received excellent care. From the techs to the vets, they are extremely knowledgeable and compassionate in caring for your animals. Dr. Patrolia has been instrumental in caring for my one with a heart condition and I wouldn’t want anyone else taking care of her!!

Honestly I wouldnt suggest this vet at all, even during an emergency situation Id suggest Emergency Vets on Fairfield Drive, who Ive had great experiences with before.While this vet has a nice facility, the prices are legal robbery, even during a non emergency situation. I came in requesting a health certificate for a dog I was flying with. They wanted to charge me $204 for the certificate and $70 for the exam. I knew there was no way that it could really be that much so I went somewhere else (which I will leave a positive review for because they were super accommodating and $15 for the health certificate). Yup, almost $190 cheaper. There is zero excuse for that much of a price disparity on a simple health certificate.Im only giving two stars because this place took me pretty quickly and the staff was friendly, but there is no way Id ever return. I knew it was an expensive vet but never again.

I would like to say over the last 5-6 years it has been so reassuring to have a group of Veterinarians and professional staff such as Taylor and Caleb to care for my pets. Accidents and sickness happens to pets at all hours of the day and night. We have had pets fall off furniture injuring their back like Lily Thank you Dr. Hennessey for helping her, Step was septic with diarrhea and obstruction in the ICU needing an endoscopy on a Sunday Thank you Dr. Mayfield III for coming on Sunday to scope him and Dr Prevost for saving Steppenwolf on Saturday night when we arrived Zydeco my Husky got attacked by a Pit Bull with major injury to her leg wonderful care of the leg and treatment of a bowel obstruction after we think she ate her IV wrap, a 10 pm run to ERfor Zydeco once again with diarrhea and dehydration 8 pound weight loss while at boarded training facility the trainers brought her while I was in a Houston Hospital and she received rapid quality, compassionate, care without delay and in any ED you know that rapid triage and treatment can make the difference between life and death.Grooming of my small dogs with Ms Brenda superb, when we go on a trip I never worry a minute when my babies are boarding because I know they are well cared for.There is a lot to appreciate about this Vet Hospital knowledgeable staff, cutting edge equipment and ability to treat in an emergency without delay, compassionate care, great communication, Vets who listen and do rounding everyday on you pet and treatment plan updated, 24 hour staff to administer medications or alert Vet of changes in animals health status.Thank you

I’m only giving one star because one of the technicians was very helpful. If I could put zero, I would.We have a Great Dane puppy named moose brought in with suspected Parvo and worms. She wouldn’t eat or drink and was vomiting. She was obviously dehydrated and lethargic. They took her to the back room and led us into a private room. After about 45 minutes, the doctor came in and told us her diagnosis. He kept calling her a chocolate lab and relating her diagnosis to her breed, so it was evident that he did not even care to look at her information put on the registration papers.Another 15 minutes passed and the brought her in the room with us. She had not received and fluids or medications to help. She had been sitting there in the back with us in a room she was able to be in, sick and alone for an hour.After two and a half hours of being there with no actual care given to our dog, they brought in a price estimate of her care cost. It would be more than $2000 to leave her there for one night. At home care was another option at $700 which was more in our budget. They gave us multiple medications that must be mixed with food or water which had us confused since she refused to eat or drink anything. At least pills you can pick up off the floor and force them to swallow. We just felt they did not take her sickness into consideration when giving this prescription. The next day, I called and asked about this and received an attitude similar to “well of course she is gonna throw it up. She has parvo.” This is obviously not the point of the call. I was worried she wasn’t getting her needed medications and wanted advice, but they did not care one bit.We have another puppy that also got sick. We took him to their sister clinic in Petal and they kept him overnight and had him home and better for less than $1000. We took Moose there and they kept her overnight and most of the next day for only $500. And she has actually shown improvement. We will never be back or recommend this place. It is all about the money for them and not about the animals.

I purchased my dog here, and they where very helpful. They have also been very helpful along the way in getting my dog her shots and all that she needs. An overall great experience thus far. Thanks Animal ER of Hattiesburg, Ms.

We had to take 2 if our babies there. One in April to remove a tumor. Which Dr. MAYFIELD successfully did and she is back to her happy self. And recently if we would not have taken our Rockyboy there we would have lost him. The Doctors in this clinic are amazing. They treated our babies just like we would be treated in a hospital. Around the clock care and go to great lenghts to save our fur kids. They understand that these babies are our family. Even the ladies at the front desk and the Vet techs are just so sweet and so helpful. Also they wil call you everyday with and update and you can visit your pet while in their care. Thank you so much Dr. Morris and Dr. Mayfield for saving our boy. We are so grateful to you guys.

Never take your pet here unless you want it to be put to sleep. We had a little schnauzer that we brought out there that had a loose bowel and and he had been treated by another clinic never did they say that he was bad enough to be put to sleep. True he had a tumor but the tumor had not been been determined if it was Cancerous or not. I personally did not request them to put him to sleep they went to head and did it on their own. I’m gonna look into the issue and have a second opinion with his medical records and move forward. I would not recommend this place whatsoever. The Pets name was ELI for you info... He was the sweetest little dog. Shame of you Hattiesburg Animal Medical Center.

I took my dog there who had over 200 dollars worth of stuff done. No fleas at all we’re discovered on her. She never sneezed nor anything but now after all of this and daycare she is scratching constantly and sneezing none stop. I went back to tell them all of the issues and was about to get charged another 200 plus for the stuff that should’ve been fixed during her first visit.

Each and every staff member was so kind, courteous, and responsive each time I have called to check on my fur baby. Staff really go above and beyond. The doctors are excellent and can provide all types of complex care/surgery, therapy, or routine well check visits. From surgery to post-op care, we could not be more satisfied! More than that, we are extremely thankful for taking care our baby!

My dachshund has IVDD and when he started dragging a toe Saturday night, I was devastated. Where I lived previously, when he had a disk issue, I would have to drive him 2 hours to the state vet school. I was so happy to find that AMC has the equipment to do back surgery right here. I also have a cat, who after a surgery in another state, has nerve damage. The vet who preformed the surgery was recommending amputation, but AMC offered another option of fusing his hock joint. For the medical expertise alone, I would highly recommend AMC. Fortunately, they also provide some of the kindest, most caring staff I have ever worked with and a 24-hour call service that means there is ALWAYS someone who can answer a question or just reassure me that whatever Im worried about is normal. AMC is worth every penny to me and I trust them to help my pets live their best lives.

WORST VET EVER! This place wanted $500 up front, before they would provide any care to our pet, which we paid. Then the estimate of total care cost was almost $6000. They called numerous times the next day demanding the money or for us to have her put down. We took our pet to dr Herbert in monticello he saved our dog and it cost $275 If you love your animals please consider taking them anywhere but here!!!!

This place is the most expensive place around. If you are all about keeping up with the joness, you will want to come here to say you spent thousands on animal care that you could spend a few hundred for elsewhere. These people are pretentious, full of hot air, and all about the Benjamins baby! (oh and wait for it - response from the clinic will be their canned response that they cant verify my account. See the same canned response to other negative reviews?)

We just moved to Hattiesburg 5 months ago.....Everyone at the center has gone out of their way to make us feel welcome - and each time we havegone in for one reason or another, our dog Buster, got excellent professional care.

I had to take my 2 year old golden doodle in for emergency hip surgery after dislocating her hip while playing fetch. All the other local vets recommended compromising her joint with a “FHO” surgery, but doctor Calhoun was obviously more knowledgeable and we agreed that a repair surgery would give her the best quality of life possible. Other vets around here seemed hyper focused on price for surgeries rather than outcome, even after I was transparent that I didn’t care how much it cost. Highly recommend this place; very professional, very communicative throughout the whole process, and the location is very clean and substantially quieter than other vets in the area.

This place is very nice the staff is great with the animals and treats them as their own, they take their time and see to your pet is comfortable and you feel good about them caring for your loved one. All of the doctors and staff members are really wonderful

Here’s a guarantee. They care more about money than they do treating you pet.Example: My service dog cut his foot pretty bad last night. I take him up there. He’s bleeding on the floor. They take me information and tell me they can’t treat me dog because I have a balance from 2011. Now its not the fact that I have a bill, I’m happy to repay anything I owe. I wasn’t prepared to cover it last night and I explained that. Just wanted to make sure my dog was okay. But, like I said, money is more important than your animal.

We moved from California in 2015 we were worried about finding a Veterinarian practice, for our dogs to call home and feel comfortable. We found Animal Medical center, as soon as we moved here. We are very pleased with our choice. They treat us like family, and our dogs like their own. All of the Vets, techs, assistants, front end and the groomers are wonderful, friendly and very helpful. If I have an issue with my kiddos, they get them in asap for me. I really appreciate them, and all they do for our dogs. We also get our dogs groomed here, by Miss Brenda. She is a jewel, and loves our babies like her own.

Great experience at AMC! Staff was very professional and knowledgeable! Tech are on site to watch over your pet 24 hrs a day ! Your baby is never alone! This was vital to us as our dog was a post surgical patient and needed round the clock care! Military discount was helpful too! Love Dr Scott!

Animal Medical Center has a very friendly staff. Everyone is very pleasant and showed great compassion and concern for our pet. Dr. was very informative of the procedure that was to be performed and staff constantly following up on how pet is doing following surgery. Just had my dog put to sleep and they were so gentle with her super nice even the doctor prayed with my family before they gave her the sleepy medicine to me that was very special and they understood of the struggle of losing an animal.

My family has used Animal Medical Center of Hattiesburg for four years. We have used their regular vet services and their emergency vet services. The vets and techs are extremely diligent in their work and communicate well with the owners every step of the way. I would recommend AMC for everything from boarding your pets, routine visits, and as an emergency vet. They have literally been lifesavers. Im incredibly thankful we began using them when we moved to Hattiesburg.

Took my 11 week old puppy in for his second set of vaccinations. I really enjoy the friendly staff and serenity of Animal medical center. I feel very satisfied with the service that weve received thus far. Ryders Veterinarian Dr. P makes him feel comfortable and I feel the same.

Animal Medical Center is a wonderful place! Weve been over four times now and have really enjoyed our experiences with them. The staff are all very friendly and the wait isnt too long or boring. Theyve got a wonderful set up, too and they offer so much to help you with your pets! I absolutely love going there and will continue to put my trust in them to take the best care of all my fur babies.

I took my pit bull to the vet for the first time and she was really scared. The vet and the staff were super helpful and friendly. They went over the cost of everything before they did or suggested anything. They were very kind and gently to my fur baby.

We just got a 3rd dog, a puppy. I new shots and check ups was gonna be crazy expensive. So I called and asked and they said they have a plan, insurance. You pay $99+whatever plan you choose. We chose platinum. Today would have costed me $288 but I paid $148. Only for this Vet is this insurance done. I cannot tell yall the relief I have knowing my dogs are well taken care of, and are getting the best care offered. Not only that but they also offer doggy day care, boarding and they are an ER vet. EVERY NEED MET. Also no wait time for the insurance. You tell them the plan and you want it. They do all the leg work and you sign 3 papers and BAM done. Yes its worth. $50 or $55 a month for the best care. I will take it. Over all we will pay $160 for all 3 of our dogs. They are extremely nice and caring and understand money issues and problems. They care about you and your pet not just about money. They make sure all animals are in excellent health. I am so glad I called, I feel a weight lifted 🙌. But understand if emergencies arise you may have to pay more,, it depends on your pets medical issues. Sadly unforseen things can and do happen. But for everyday issues this insurance is the best. Im not paying an arm and leg for my furbabiss to be taken care of. I also know this vet will work with you on anything you need. Thank yall for being amazing

They really helped my little man feel a lot better after getting into sewer. Im so happy they offered us so much support.

Our Piebald Dachshund, Freddy was referred to AMC for testing which turned into more than one issue with him. Each problem was carefully addressed where we could easily understand. One by one we worked very close together with them to help resolve two issues but the third issue was his heart and required life long medication and close monitoring. Our fur baby began passing blood through his urine and we took him in. Dr. Mayfield, Jr. quickly found that he had a cyst wrapped around his urethra requiring surgery. This was a long and hard process requiring him to stay for several days. I was informed every single morning how Freddy was and visited every single day. My husband and I was welcomed each time and took back to visit as long as we wanted. My dog was cared for by the staff like he was a human being. To us, he was a family member not a dog. A year and a half after we lost our Freddy, April16, 2020, we added a new family member named Patches. Patches looks just like Freddy! We couldn’t be happier to have started him there for his medical needs! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!

I go with my boyfriend often to drop off our fur baby and everyone’s very polite. We love the people up front as they’re always kind and helpful & we frequently talk to a young lady by the name of Haley that’s been there for awhile now when our baby is boarding. She greets our pup by name when she see’s him and always seems happy to help! Dr mayfield has treated our baby a few times as well & is always fantastic! definitely worth the price!!

Update: Gracie cant wait to go to school each day and play. Miss Stephanie is the best (Gracie still jumps in her lap even though she gets put in timeout).

Where do I start? It was 11 PM and my little cat (Emmy) stepped on two fish hooks. They went almost through her paws. We were so scared and I was losing it. We tried to get it out and it was awful. But, we called Chad at animal medical center in Hattiesburg and we were real with him. We couldn’t afford a $300 medical bill. He told us how to make it better and we were able to get the fish hooks out. You saved my cat Chad. And I’ll love this medical clinic forever because of it.

Very impressed with Dr mayfield jr. We took our little dog here. Her eye was a mess as little dogs with big eyes can have many eye problems, he looked at her and took her into surgery and put her on meds to try and save her eye. Her eye has gotten better and getting back to normal as time passes (only other option was remove the eye). We are moving during this process out of state but will return here for her vet care. I have owned dogs my whole 50 years of life and I’m so impressed with Dr Mayfield Jr. I will return to Mississippi for my dog as long as I can.

Honestly, I can not sing the praises of this vet clinic enough. From the very beginning, I was treated with so much respect and care. I have now brought in two separate emergencies and been extremely pleased with their care. The entire staff has been so amazing in every way. From receptionists area to the techs to the all the vets I have spoke with. They have all been wonderful about allowing me to visit with my sick baby, my keeping me updated, and by being an amazing emotional support through this extremely trying time. If you want a team of highly skilled, extremely caring and knowledgeable professionals, I think you will find them here! Huge thank you for caring for my baby Atticus. ❤️

We always use Animal Medical Center for our Shih Tzu whenever we need boarding. They are always happy to see him when he gets there and he loves the entire staff. I would highly recommend them for your boarding needs.

I have a new fur baby. Her name is Bambi and she is a Chihuahua. Dr. Patrolia is treating her, giving her shots and checking to make sure she is doing great. I am using Rayanne Spence to help me train her. I am very satisfied with the care and concern that I receive from Animal Medical Center.

AMC is a great place to take your fur babies! We have been regular customers for 16 years. They have saved our babies more than once with their extreme knowledge, caring, and dedication to saving a life. We feel we have our babies in the best place possible for their extensive needs and care, allowing them to live as long as they have. The Doctors and Staff are top notch and make you feel like family. Yes, I would recommend AMC for all of your pets needs. AMC really does go that extra mile for your loved ones.

Go anywhere but here! They want your money and nothing else!!!!!As a dog rescue, we reached out for a new vet visit for a rescue dog. To start they refused to continue the visit without full confirmation of no owner with an unregistered chip. We had to call over 10 places to confirm that there was not an owner (they searched the same system all of the places did). Foster had the dog for three days, he hadnt eaten (totally normal for a dog under stress) the vet bullied the foster into completing a Chem panel for $178.50. The office manager agreed to complete the new pet visit for $30, but charged our rescue $75. completed a heartworm test for $62.51 and told us it was positive, and did not send out to a lab for confirmation. Then pushed the foster into starting a heartworm treatment plan for $2596. In the end the foster did not start, which is great because a second opinion today confirmed the dog is NEGATIVE (sending out for confirmation). In the end the rescue paid $463.62 for the visit. This included exam, parasite test, chem 10 panel, occult heartworm, hazardous waste fee, dewormer and 2 months of heartgard. No vaccines were complete as requested, no flea/tick medications were prescribed as requested for one year, and only two months of heartworm medications were prescribed after asking for a year. To top it off - since the rescue was paying for the visit - they would not let the foster or dog leave the office (exam room) until the balance had been paid. The rescue had already called BEFORE the visit and spoke to the office manager regarding payment and provided all of the information. They attempted to run the card incorrectly, the office staff was extremely rude and very unprofessional. Holding the foster in the room until payment was complete. This dog has been stressed out having to go to the vets office twice because they truly only wanted the money - they do not care for the patient.We did get a second opinion - no heartworms! We left the other vets office with a smaller bill of $153 for a comprehensive visit, 3 yr rabies vaccine, bordetella vaccine, DA2PCC vaccine, fecal test, heartworm test, and outside heartworm test to confirm results. And in case that comes back positive and estimate of $1353.10 for treatment (just in case).UPDATE: Contact made by owner who was very polite and apologetic for the miscommunication. Treatment and plan discussed. While we will remain with our new vet, we do appreciate the contact. Jim was very kind and truly cared to find out what went wrong and how they can do better moving forward.

My puppy, Bella, is always a little hesitant when she comes in to the office but the staff is always so sweet and caring. They stick to appointment times and all. We will continue to use Dr. Mayfield III and AMC as our veterinarian.

I brought my new puppy to the clinic for his first round of shots, and he was very shy and reserved. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and really worked with my pup to make him feel comfortable and safe while making sure he received the proper meds and vaccines. Setting up my next vaccination round was so simple, and the payment process was equally as easy. I cannot recommend this facility and its staff highly enough!

Our little Ashe was a patient of Animal Medical Center before he and his mom moved away. His mom said they were always so good with him and so professional.We all struggled with changing clinics for convenience, but decided the drive was worth the wonderful care he received before.Upon return we knew we made the right decision for his annual checkup.As his grandparents, taking him in for the first time, we were as equally impressed as his mom had told us. From the reception desk to nurse to doctor was the sweetest, most friendly people!You know how us grandparents are about our grand babies!!! We could not have been more pleased!Of course Ashe says Grands are NOT supposed to let them stick him with needles, or some other not to be talked about things! But the treats were OK!Definitely worth the drive!We would highly recommend this clinic!

One my favorite vets to go I have been bringing my husky 6 weeks old and they have always treated him like a part of the family. Couldn’t imagine him going anywhere else. Highly recommend anyone to go here!

My sweet Murphy ( mini dachshund) loves going to Animal Medical and always Insists on some attention from the techs before they do anything to him. Everyone is always so nice and helpful and I trust that Murphy is getting the best care from the Veterinarians that we have seen.

Prices are high but quality service. They have always treated my dogs like they were my babies. They take you right back if you have an emergency. Great staff!

I adopted my sweet little fur baby from here and they were so sweet and helpful. They were sad to see her go but happy that she found a family. It just shows how much they care for the animals. I got concerned when my fur baby wasnt eating well a few days after bringing her home and they fit me in and reassured me that she is okay and gave me puppy 101 which was a big help. It was a big sigh of relief to finally see her eating. They even told me about some up coming classes that they thought I would be interested in!Every time I bring in my sweet Gracie Belle for a visit the workers from the Adoption side remembers her and she gets just as excited to see them too.This has been a wonderful experience. If your looking to adopt or just looking for a vet I would recommend this place!!

They were very kind, helpful, and professional. They answered any questions I had and were very sweet to my puppy. I would recommend going early in the morning if you can because afternoons can be busier.As always they were very patient and helped make sure my puppy was healthy AND happy!Also, I highly recommend doggy day care! I wouldnt trust anyone else to watch my pup and his friends!

I drive 30 minutes to take Einstein here. It is well worth the drive. Weve seen every person here and they are all amazing and knowledgeable. I love that they offer Wellness Plans that are customized for every age/stage of life making it very affordable. They are also open 24/7 which always gives me peace of mind.

I love Animal Medical Center and all of the wonderful people that make this place awesome! The doctors are all amazing and I trust my babies (dogs) with any of them. They truly are the only people I will leave my babies with if I have to go somewhere because they are a 24 hour clinic and I know that someone is always keeping an eye on them!!!! I think the fact that I have 24 hour availability to this clinic is a large plus!

I have brought my dog, Larry, into this facility twice now, and I trust the doctors and professionals who work there to do what is in the best interest of my dog. He has a lot of anxiety, and they are always accommodating of that--whether its a private waiting room away from the other animals, or getting on his level to make him feel at ease, I have never felt more comfortable with new people interacting with Larry. I would highly recommend this place if you are having health issues with your animal because lets face it, if you have a pet, you want to do anything to can to help them feel better when they are sick or needing medical attention.

Hands down, the nicest and most thorough vet I have ever been to. My pup has had a wide range of medical issues over the years, and I have never felt more comfortable with his care than I do here. Amazing doctors and staff, they care so much about every pet they see and they have even take their time to sit down and talk about financial options in times of stress. My dog loves going to the vet because he knows hes going to see people who want to help him.

I absolutely love the staff at Animal Medical Center. My puppy has had many accidents and the staff here always treats my puppy like their own. Dr. Griswold is fantastic! She speaks to my pup with love and is always genuinely excited to see her. I would highly recommend this place not only for the quality of care my puppy receives but also because people like Dr. Griswold and Marty (another staff member) give me so much peace during animal emergencies as well as so much love and attention to my puppy.

I would absolutely recommend this vet to anyone. I live in two places and have many choices for vets and the skill set of the vets, the incredible facility and the friendliness of the staff surpass anywhere I have ever been and I am a heavy traveller. I have used their daycare (my dog loves it) and the amount of time that i get when there is a concern always makes me feel reassured. I personally do not want to ever take my pets (who are the only children i will ever have) to the discount vet. I want the best, the cleanest, well equipped with a multitude of experience and supportive staff and that is what Animal Medical Center offers!!!

The Animal Medical Center Of Hattiesburg has done an excellent job of taking care of my new Yorkie puppy Yakov (ya-kof) and everyone is so friendly!If you have a puppy you should definitely consider the monthly puppy plan that this medical center offers- after looking around I found it’s the BEST VALUE DEAL for vaccination/ neutering in hattiesburg!

I absolutely love bringing my fur baby here. The staff and doctors are very kind and always there to help. I recently had her spayed and the staff took excellent care of her. You CAN NOT beat the Puppy Plan they offer, the $40 a month is WELL worth it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I breed and sell Scottish Fold cats and I came in contact with the Animal Medical Center in January 2010. A longtime customer of the hospital had purchased a couple of cats from my wife and I and we got to know the hospital through t6heir longtime customer. The hospital and staff were the kind of folks we would recommend taking your pet to for vaccinations, check-ups and about anything that your pet could want or need. They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable as well as pleasant.We wish the Animal Medical Center was a lot closer so we could use them for our cats. They love animals and take great care of them. Can get a bit pricey sometimes though, but they do offer financing through Wells Fargo. I guess that hefty price tag comes with this being an emergency facility. If you want to save money on surgery, look for a normal vet. checkups and visits are reasonably priced from my experience though.

Everyone is so sweet and loves my baby and makes sure she is well taken care of whether its just routine checkup or boarding. I know shes in good hands when shes not feeling well. The fact Animal ER is open 24/7 gives us so much peace of mind because you just never know what can happen. Thanks to all of you!!!

This is a great place. Everyone is very nice and caring. I always know my babies will get the best of care. They have a complete menu of services and the 24 hour emergency care is wonderful. Its a little pricey but they have always worked with me in times of need.

I brought my baby here for a second opinion after a ignorant diagnosis from another clinic and I was very pleased! They took all testing measures and developed a plan to get my sweet baby back healthy. The techs and doctor absolutely adored him and took such good care of him. Definitely will be my pet’s primary veterinarian from now on!

We went in to see Dr. Scott yesterday (9-20-18) with our two baby Pugs. I was so impressed with the nursing staff, receptionists and Dr. Scott. They were so professional, in handling of our pets to answering all our questions that we had about out Pugs. We will be going there (Animal Medical Center) from now on. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a new veterinarian.

All bout money could careless about the well-being of your family pet! If don’t have all the money or get FINANCED ur sent on your way still worried if your pet which is part of family will even make it through the night after being ran over by a car. Just because of money my family pet could not be helped! What happened to caring for animals period!
