Just got a haircut from here. Very welcoming. Probably one of the better sports clips haircut place I’ve ever been.

Just wanted to say thank you to Marie for the clean new cut and beard trim. It was getting close to closing but her and the stylist next to me had great positive energy. Recommend some hair products to help me. Overall great experience for a haircut.

My stylist, Tamara, was just fantastic! From the minute I sat in the chair until the last comb through, it was fabulous. Great haircut, beard trim, super shampoo, hot towel treatment and neck and shoulder massage were outstanding! I always choose the MVP haircut and have never been let down. Called in to set an appointment with the same lady I see every time ( Tamara ). The receptionist lies and tells me she isn’t in and will be tomorrow. I ask what time tomorrow then I hear her over the phone ask my stylist what time she is in tomorrow. So I say hey if she is there can I speak with her, I see her all the time and she absolutely loves when I come see her. I always tip atleast %100 the receptionist tells me no she is leaving and all I did was ask to speak with her. I’ll be looking for a new place to get my haircut after going to that facility for over 5 years with that type of customer service. I would look for a different receptionist soon 👍 Very rude, unprofessional and great ways to lose repeat customers.

I asked for a messy style haircut and I told them I wanted my bangs left, and they buzzed all the way to almost my bangs and my bangs were originally in my eyes and I told her to leave them and now they arent even an inch long. Thanks a lot.

Im not only a little picky, but I always have lots of questions and concerns (yes I tip well to compensate, lol), the staff at Sports Clips is always so helpful and will elaborate...instead of just one word answers. My last 3 haircuts have been in 3 different states, but each of was at Sports Clips.

Uneven by two inches over ears. Combed curly hair straight. If you want more than a buzz cut, this is the wrong place to get hair cut.

I absolutely love the personal touch and professionalism of all the stylists at Sports Clips. Bonnie, my favorite, is personable, professional and very proficient. She worked her magic with her scissors on my hair and with the clippers on my beard. To top it off, the hot towel facial treatment and Bonnie’s head washing technique were so relaxing. She has magic fingers! The MVP haircut is the bomb! I highly recommend Sports Clips for your personal grooming experience.

Excellent service and great people. Bonnie or Taylor is who you wanna see.Update: so I go in there for a beard trim. That’s it. Just a beard trim and nothing more. I sit down in the chair and she said “who cut your hair last time this looks horrible I’m going to fix this.” She proceeded to GAP my hair. Just cut it all off. She never asked me if I wanted it cut she just decided for herself that she didn’t like it so she cut it. The thing is I liked my haircut that I had to get somewhere else mind you because the turnover is so great. She butchered me and I will NEVER go back into that place again. Ever.

The absolute worst experience. Waited 2 hours for a service that was over in 5 minutes. The hairdresser had a terrible attitude, didnt properly line up, uneven on both sides, blew hair all in his face and eyes and nose, and DIDNT EVEN ASK IF HE WANTED TO SEE THE RESULTS at the end. Paid decent money for a haircut we had to fix at the house. I don’t know her name so I can’t even hold her accountable, so it falls on the entire establishment. Barbershop NIGHTMARE

Its a great atmosphere for a man to get a haircut. I always choose the MVP package and look forward to getting the little extra attention. I also always purchase my shampoo and conditioner from the stores and have been using them regularly since my first visit to a store. My work involves travel so I have the opportunity to visit stores all over America and I havent been disappointed in any of them.My hair stylist on this visit was Jackie and it might possibly be the best haircut I have ever receive in my life. Im very, very pleased with it and to top it off, she had me and the man next to laughing the entire time we were there.Shes Great!

Every time I come here to get my haircut, I only let 2 people cut my hair Tie and Donna. Everyone else isnt all that good. Because just yesterday I got my haircut by someone else and she didnt cut it the way I like it. I would have giving this place a 5* review. But the one lady messed it up

The haircuts are a really good quality but the main reason I go back is because of the employees. Most of the people Im paired with have very outgoing personalities and they make me feel welcome. They have a good energy and theyre very easy to vibe with. They talk to you and make you feel like you have a good friend there in front of you although its a complete stranger. 🌼

Kay knows how to cut hair. She is always in high demand. The one thing I know is that if I expect a good haircut I have to schedule with her using the app. That way I can go in get great haircut and walk out feeling great.

Check-in by app...arrived to my appointment...waited less than 2 minutes. The young lady cutting my hair was extremely polite and easy to explain what I wanted. She paid close attention to detail and did a great job. Honestly, this may have been the most pleasant experience ever...as far as hair cuts go. Will definitely be back.

Shuntia is hands down the best! She rocked my fade with ease and I’ve been through tons of different stylist to cut my jacked up head and she did a flawless job. She is also so stinking patient with my wild toddlers and does a fantastic job on their cuts too.

I have been to the Hattiesburg location on more than 4 occasions for my son’s haircut. I have never experienced a more disorganized company with such a basic platform. Put your name on a list for the 1st available tech or request someone and they will be with you. One visit lasted over 3 hours because the tech I requested, Kristen R, took walk ins before me. The last visit I walked out on had already become 1.5 hrs because she took someone who just walked in the door and hadn’t signed in yet. Mind you the online check in stated it would be 33 minutes. I will not be back. A child’s haircut costs more at sports clips than any other company, and I was willing to pay it for a basic boys cut, however I am not willing to be treated this way. I won’t be back.

It was a great experience… Especially being a VIP person. My hair cut, shampooed,scalp massaged, and washed was not expected: life is full of awsome surprises for $20.

You dont have anyone white girls cutting hair here anymore. This picture here is misleading. They have TVs in the shop but they are never on. You have to set and listen to LOUD RAP Music. Has went to the DOGS!!! If you want a very bad haircut then to to Sport Clips in Hattiesburg. I have a friend of mine that will be opening a Great Clips in Hattiesburg and it will NOT be ran like this one.

Do not remimber the name of the stylist told her I wanted a 1 on the sides and a little of the top when she finished it look ok just was styled weird she made had it comb back and fluffy was in a Hurry so didnt think about it after finished in town came home and got a shower got out and saw that she is gone over an inch pass where my parting line So now not only have I going all day in town with a messed up here do I have to go to work 1st thing in the morning with this messed up hair with no way to really style it right This is also not the 1st time Ive heard badd reviews over this place 3 of my closest friends have also had these messages at this place II thought maybe it was just chance because Ive been going here often wish I would have Waited for miss Betty even though she was sick today is what they told me

My husband and sons love getting their haircut here. Especially the warm face towel and massage. We very upset recently due to we always check in on waiting list before we arrive. This weekend my husband sat there a hour when he prechecked in due they forgot to take a stylist off the online list. He was extremely disappointed.

I give them 5 stars because I love coming here. Its the only place I go to get my hair cut now. But there is this one lady (witch I can not remember her name for the life of me) I will not let her cut my hair again.. she has cut my hair twice, the first time I asked for a part and the one she gave me was so little so i asked her to make it a little bigger and she made it so big you could fit a finger and a half in it it looked horrible.. Today she was the one that called me and I decided to give her another chance. First off she was distracted by the tv the whole time. She was using an electric razor watching the TV and going back-and-forth on my head.. Witch made me very uncomfortable.. second she was just very ruff with the razor, and third she ask if I wanted product in my hair I said yes and she kept trying to puff my hair up and it look horrible. I ended up having to use her brush to fix my hair myself. She did do a good job on cutting my hair but I will never let her cut my hair again.

Get my beard trimmed here always friendly and professional i definitely recommend checking in online the wait can get long at times but in my opinion its worth it they do great work i am always satisfied with my beard when they are done

Haircuts are usually good. Use good products. Last time the barber used a beard trimmer on the back of my neck, gave me extremely painful razor burn. Dont know why she did that.

I was a new customer excited about trying this place out. I signed in online for my appointment and when I got there I noticed my place in line on the screen but was never called. Never did one person welcome me when I walked in the door. I sat for nearly 30 minutes and eventually walked out. I could have expected this treatment if they were busy but 2 of the staff were available during the 30 minutes that I was there. Went down the road to a place called salon38 instead. I was really disappointed 😔

I love this place, my son and I get our hair cuts here and we bring his friends. We MVP all the way. The first time I brought him, when we walked out he asked me when are we coming back again. I liked that.

I went in today to get my haircut they had RAP music playing and no ESPN on the monitors. And no choice of hair stylist all African-American and no African-American customer. Makes no sense to me. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Don’t be fooled with the pictures they have on their website of this cute white girl cutting someone’s hair LOL. They only hire Black Females at this location. The Owner needs to makes a few changes at this location or we will be going out of business.

Checked in online and was told to arrive at 11:26 a.m. I received an update to be there a little after 11:00 a.m. Once I arrived in the parking lot, I called to check in because of social distancing. Finally, a stylist comes to my vehicle at 11:50 a.m. looking for another customer. Whoever I talked to in the store did not check me in for my stylist. This is the second time this has happened in 2 months.

The MVP is great with a perfect price point. The decor is nice and doesnt feel cheap. My former stylist, who was three times the price, never asked my shampoo preference or offered the hot towels. The iPad sign in is nice. Have you thought about an app where I could both sign in and pay. Would really like to see you accept Apple Pay or a PayPal in app payment.

I received staph infection on my neck line not once, but twice from Sport Clips in Hattiesburg, MS. I am pursuing legal action at this point. We know this was the problem due to the timing and my doctor had other patients on the same day as me with the same problem who had been to this location multiple times. The doctor agreed to testify.

My sideburns are unevenly cut. I asked for a little bit off the top and there is now about a half an inch.

Listen, SportClips is where its at! They have a variety of services there, including a relaxing shoulder massage to top everything off at the end of your haircut experience! Who could possibly argue with that?

The atmosphere is very calm and laid-back. No one seemed stressed or in a huge hurry. The man who cut my hair was friendly but didnt talk too much, which I liked being quiet myself. When they cut your hair, they turn you to a tv which has sports on it. I get nervous when I get a haircut so the tv was a good distraction. I brought in a picture and he cut it exactly how I wanted. Price was a little higher than what Im used to at $17 but that isnt too bad. I cant speak for how well any of the other stylists cut hair, but I would definitely recommend Sport Clips.

I came to bring my son 15 minutes before closing time to get his haircut. There were two hair stylist in the building but the door was locked. They did not open the door for me so I did not receive any service. Then I tried to call them and They did not answer the phone. Im very disappointed considering this is where we always come to get his hair cut. Not coming back.
