Ive been going to Dave for about 6 months. The shop is convenient and never crowded. I would call at the last minute for an appointment and Dave could always accomodate me within a mater of minutes or a couple hours. About a month ago I called Dave and he said to come at 12:30. I walked in the shop at 12:33 (checked my I-phone when I walked in the door). While parking (12:32), Dave called. I didnt answer as I was right there. When I walked in someone was sitting in his chair. He said sorry, you were late so I took a walk-in. I walked out and several days later (after I cooled down) I called again for an appointment. While sitting in his chair, I asked Dave about the incident and he said he checked with his boss and if an appointment is late, then to take a walk-in. I told him if that was their position (zero tollerance) for a regular customer then this would be my last haircut. He immeciately remove the the sheet off me and showed me the door. I then reminded him that I paid him $40 at the last haircut ($20 for the cut and $5 tip) because he couldnt make change (unprofessional) and told him I would take a credit next trip (this trip). He told me he didnt have the money to pay me and to come by later. I said to mail it to me (I texted him the address). Never got the money after several attempts. Very dishonest. He told me its in the mail (the post office is directly across the street - he could have walked it over). I tried to support him and their new shop, but they have shown that they are not worthly of loyal customers. I recommend that you go somewhere else where you are treated with respect and appreciated for you business.
