BUYER BEWARE! This company left me hanging without any notice. I had insured a rental property with them since 2005 and the policy lapsed in 2020 without any notice from them or the insuring company. When I discovered the policy had lapsed, they said they no longer did business with the insuring company and could no longer find a company to insure a rental property with no central heat/air. I called the insuring company and they refused to renew the policy due to the time frame it had lapsed. Never received notice of a lapse from either party. Im shopping for new insurance. Thank goodness I have not had a loss or issues at this time. Be careful with this firm! This is bad business practice at its worse.
