Great insurance company

This is the place to go! had no problems, no wait and the employees are great. i left with free stuff and was in and out in 10 mins. they have some of the best rates around and a very friendly staff. this is my first time with direct auto and theyre off to a great start. 5 stars

I needed insurance for a vehicle for the weekend because farm bureau was close.For three days they took $92 out of my monthly premium after I cancelled that Monday morning. I didn’t need them as a long term insurance company. I’ll make sure when buying another vehicle that I come on a weekdays and in mornings because this company sucks. I wouldn’t recommend or use them.
