I wish I would have read the reviews before I sign a 2-year contract with this company. So first off my issue is the advertisement for 4 lines for $100. We got our first bill and it was $124 oh, that is crazy $24 worth of taxes. My other complaint is that we signed up on the 31st of October and my first bill was deducted on November 21st which means I paid for only 20 days of service I feel like I got ripped off there and when I called to ask questions the store had no answers and was rude and when I called customer service they were even more rude.
Good service, but I was misinformed by this particular store. They told me that I could upgrade every 10 months. I come to find out you cant upgrade until the end of your contract. Retrain your staff, because that misinformation can cause you to lose customers. Get your information delivered correctly.
There service is nothing but a joke it is the Worse Service and there iPhones are expensive I have switch to us cellular

The people in this particular store were great to work with and I have no issues with their service. The issue is with Viearo service coverage. We switched from Verizon and the difference was immediately an issue. Changed back to Verizon the next day but was forced into buying new phones since Viearo would not return my traded in phones. They did refund their trade value in the end but could have probably sold them for money if that was my goal. But 2 two of the phones were still perfectly fine and could have been switched back to Verizon. Overall I would recommend you do your research and dont just switch based on price.
Its always a bubbly atmosphere when I come into the Hastings Viaero. The manager Megan is great and she exceeds past our families expectations. Her team is always very happy and helpful as well. Will recommend viaero always!!
We didnt get service through them but the ladys that were working at the counter were awesome! Had a very relaxed conversation with them even on a more personal level which you dont get that customer service most places anymore.
I love my service and plan, Id give 5 stars if they would just simply give an old long time customer the same discount as a new customer
The manager there has poor customer service skills. She is quick to anger with simple questions and raises her voice to customers to the point of yelling at them. I dont know how someone like that is even a manager. Dont go there!

Trey and Megan drove out to my house and spent 2 hours helping my wife and I with out phones. This is the best customer service I have ever received and will refer Davenport ne to the viaero in Hastings!! Verizon would never do this for anyone! Choose viaero!

The manager is a great guy and knows his stuff. The company is a solid local carrier but they need to listen to local complaints about service and do something to fix them.
