The customer service at this location has been exceptional. Very friendly and customer focused.

I don’t usually go to Hastings, but I had been in town and my phone charger had broken earlier in the day. When I went in it was fairly busy. So I waited. I waited for 30 to 45 minutes without a hello, we are a little busy, but if you can wait we will be with you soon. There was no acknowledgement of me as customer being there. When a sales assistant finally came to help me, he seemed very rushed to get the sale over with and done. He also didn’t ask what model of phone I had and I ended up the a phone charger that is not made for my phone. It might have been the time of day.. but it was one of the very less welcoming Verizon stores that I have been in.

Alexander was super helpful and got me a great deal when my phone suddenly stopped working. He took care of everything and I was in and out in a timely manner.

I had a terrible time setting up auto pay & my military discount. It took some fancy fingers and a little patience but wallah; DONE!

Not only did Lucas patiently answer all of our questions, he also went out to the car with us to set up our bluetooth.

Unfortunately after our experience we will never return to this store for future purchases. Manager states he will reach out and has his employees call instead and refuses to even provide an update on phones statuses. These phones were the ones we traded in that were supposed to have transferred all photos to new phones though due to poor communication and execution did not happen. My husband and I lost 1 year worth of photos on each phone of our children. After little assistance and response after this event, sad to say I would drive to another store before going to this one.

Went in for a new case and was available for purchase when all other stores were out of the products. Everyone was very polite and I was out the door in 5 minutes. 5 stars

Lucas was knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely helpful. He was professional, yet friendly, and very generous with his time. Lucas went above and beyond at wireless world and I never go anywhere else.

The reps were happy and friendly but it took 15 min just to buy a phone case

Very patient with us as we had some trouble trying to decide what plan would suit us. Was impressed how they listened to our concerns and questions which helped us make our decision! No wonder that Verizon Store is always so busy! 🙂

Updated review 9/16/21....What I thought was a great experience with Janel 5 months ago has turned into a very negative experience with Wireless World in Hastings. I would go to a true Verizon store if I were you!

I came into the store needing a new screen saver. Cassie taught me a new skill on my new phone while she magically placed the screen saver on my new phone in an instant with no bubbles! Cassie ROCKS! Shes so kind and efficient!

This is the best store I have been to far and above a corporate store not a fan of Verizon but this place is the best!!!

Josh was absolutely wonderful!!! My sister and I came in to check out some Apple watches and we both ended up leaving with one. The entire process was made incredibly easy by Josh’s energetic and happy personality, I honestly can’t remember the last time I’d had FUN at a Verizon Wireless. Seriously would recommend asking for him if you’re looking for literally anything, he walked us through our payments and set up in under an hour and had us laughing and chatting the entire time! The lady in store was very pleasant and nice. She did her best to work with our business account. When she reached out for help from the manager of business he offered little to no solution, besides that I should go to the corporate store. My biggest concern was watching the lady be yelled at and cussed at on the phone by your business manager and his lack of help. The lady in store asked him the same question multiple times and there was never a straight answer or effort. He said over and over just tell her to try corporate. I am contemplating taking my business else where because I still don’t have a working phone.The lady in store tried everything she could but I would reconsider who you have managing your businesses.

She had instant knowledge about all three. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, she was easy to talk to, respectful of me, and I never felt she judged me unfavorablely for my lack of knowledge. I felt like she had all the time in the world for me and I did not feel any pressure to make my time with her quick so she could move on to the next customer. She was extremely thorough when it came to all my questions about the phone I purchased as a gift and encouraged the recipient to call if there were questions and included her card for reference. Going into a Verizon store has never been a good experience. However, when I had to visit this store, it was great. Everyone was friendly, the young woman that assisted me did a fantastic job and I was in and out quickly.
