I recently rented linens for my daughters wedding reception. The linens were very nice, packaged well, and easy to return in the duffel bags that were provided. Mindi was great to work with. We chose to pick up and drop off the linens and Mindi was very accommodating with the dates and times to do that. I would highly recommend Next Event Rentals if you are looking to rent linens.
They were awesome! I decided later that I needed 2 more tables and they were very accomodating. When the tables were delivered, they were two short but our delivery driver was amazing! He came back later that same day to bring the additional tables. Would definitely recommend and use them again!
We hosted a couples shower for our son and needed just one table so we thought and lastminute Matt and Mindy were able to get us two more and not to mention bring them to us! Mindi is an incredible wedding planner! We planned our dream wedding from overseas during a pandemic and Mindi made the whole process stress free and fun! We rented chairs for our outdoor micro wedding, and Next Event was fabulous to work with. Their team was super responsive via email, making our rental easy to plan. They also had fantastic pricing that allowed us to keep chairs for our weekend event without a giant up charge like every other rental company we priced. Plus, they were really flexible with pick up and drop off. Couldn’t recommend them more!
I reached out to Next Event Rental a year before my wedding in Sept 2020 and we discussed what I wanted for draping of our wedding venue and color of draping. The communication was clear and professional until the actual day of my wedding. 1-2 months prior to my wedding I met with Mindi and the individual who would be completing the draping of the venue at our outdoor venue. There was a verbal guarantee that everything could be achieved and laid out as I wanted the draping to look - they made me very confident nothing would go wrong, even if it were to be windy/weather wouldnt accommodate. The day of the wedding I got a phone call from our florist telling me that the individual completing the draping was not able to complete the lighting or draping due to wind and had packed up her things and left. I would highly suggest you have clear communication with the vendors regarding backup options and having someone in site to communicate with the bride/wedding coordinator to communicate needs if things aren’t able to be completed.
Mindi is absolutely amazing!!! I cannot recommend her enough! She is so sweet and really makes you feel like she will do whatever she can to make your wedding day amazing! By the end of our wedding day she felt like a long time friend that you go to for everything!We had quite a few hiccups leading up to and on our wedding day (including postponing 6 days before our original date due to covid, and on the rescheduled day of a huge storm shut down the road to the venue and the shuttle left my husband and I at the photo location right before the ceremony). Mindi handled everything so amazing I literally don’t know what I would have done without her! When we rescheduled, she contacted all the vendors and had them set up for the new date so all I had to do was sign new contracts. She organized pushing the ceremony back last minute so all guests could get to the venue on the day of due to the road closure and I didn’t have to worry about a thing! She also very appropriately gave our shuttle driver some much needed words of advice on customer service after she saw me in tears from being forgotten on our wedding day! All that to say, we were able to completely enjoy our day knowing Mindi would take care of anything and everything that we needed!We also rented almost all of our decor from next event and I worked with Mindi to bring my vision to life and once again she did not disappoint! We had a room flip between ceremony and reception so I was not present at all for the ceremony or the reception set up and Mindi nailed both of them! I could not have asked for a more beautiful decor set up for my ceremony/reception!

Mindi is the absolute best! I would recommend her and Next Event Rentals over and over again, and hope I get to see them again at future friends weddings. Mindi truly went above and beyond to make my day so special, especially in a pandemic. Not only did she decorate, coordinate, and plan, but she also offered a (virtual) shoulder to cry on or vent to when things seemed to be going south. The preparation and planning that went into the big day could not be matched. Mindi was so prepared! I could not have imagined the day running any more smoothly...and maybe things werent smooth at all but she made sure my husband and I were having the best time and she took care of the rest.

We rented tents, chairs, tables and table clothes. All items were in good condition and clean. Communication was good and their drop off and pick up was when they said it would be. Nice people to deal with. I would definitely use Next Event Planning and Rentals again.

For our wedding day we rented an arch, chairs, dance floor, and water dispensers. Everything was well communicated in advance and Next Event was even able to accommodate last second changes in our order. All items arrived on time - it was really a stress free experience. Matt and Mindi both came up to me after they had finished setup and told me not to hesitate if we needed anything else. Cannot stress enough how professional and great this company was to work with. We rented a dance floor, chairs, arch, linens, coolers and drink tubs from Next Event. Everything was great! All products were good quality and set up on time. The owners helped us out immediately with great ideas and resources to dress our normally plain looking school entrance into a magical, exotic location for the play. I used Affordable Elegance for my outdoor wedding in Stillwater. Brooke was a pleasure to work with and her work was outstanding. Brooke was very creative and hard working. People raved about how my rustic feel wad pulled through in the decorations. I have recommended Affordable Elegance to a few friends and they too were also very satisfied. The prices were good and Brooke and her team did everything from set up to clean up, leaving this bride a little less stressed. Great experience.
I used Next Event Rentals for my bridal shower and they were great! Even with all the chaos going on, they still got the Tent delivered! One bummer is that they didn’t come back to eat some food because we had tons of food leftover but not enough people to eat it! I have worked with the family twice already from purchasing flowers to renting the tent and I haven’t been unsatisfied. You can’t go wrong with Next Event Rentals.

We ultimately chose to go with Affordable Elegance because their prices were the best we could find. I felt like unlike many other companies they werent trying to sneak in a bunch of surcharges and additional costs and they stayed true to their estimate they gave me from the beginning. Linda, the owner, was at times hard to get ahold of, but when it came down to it they delivered when they said they would and I never questioned if I would get what we had agreed to. I even requested a change in some of the items just a week before our event and she was able to accommodate. When we received our rentals (tablecloths, tables, and chairs) there were a few minor problems we were able to either fix ourselves or make work, including tables that had missing screws and were unstable and chairs that were dirty/rust stained.
I used this place 4 years ago and was very happy, so I used them again this June and ordered exactly the same things that I did before. This time I had a horrible experience! The tent was dirty, and had 8 seams held together with duct tape! The poles supporting the tent were wood, with peeling paint and in bad shape. Last time they were metal poles. The set up was horrendous, the roof was sagging. We had to retread the straps and retighten everything so it wouldnt fall down. The tables were dirty and the tent still had remnants of the previous users decorations. I called Linda to complain and she was rude, disrespectful, and accused me of lying. So I took photos and sent them to her. She then told me that last time I had a frame tent, the pole tent is meant to dip down. I told her that I had the exact same type of tent 4 years ago and it did not sag, I had the invoice and photos to prove it. I said she did not give me what I paid for. Since I received a lower quality product and service, I want a discount. She said shed think about it and then HUNG UP ON ME. Needlessly to say, I never got a discount. Stay away from this place as long as these owners have it.
Next Event Rentals made my reception so beautiful! Mindi helped me create my dream winter wonderland wedding. She has the best creative eye for decorating a reception space. I had many guests say that it was one of the most beautiful weddings they have ever attended! I used Next Event for my linens, draping, char covers, sashes, centerpieces, specialty tables, dessert table, cocktail tables, silver plate chargers, and the head table. Mindi used a variety of different linens to create a beautiful reception atmosphere- my favorite table was the head table because she used my favorite decorations and used an all sequin tablecloth. She worked with me to find options that were within my budget. She also gave me a few options to chose from for all of by centerpieces to make sure that I loved all of them. The draping was absoluteness beautiful in my venue. The venue had 4 very tall levels and they worked hard to make the draping look exactly the way I wanted it.
They were very flexible with my multiple changes including the last minute ones. When there was a miss communication about a last minute change they made a special delivery to make sure we got what we wanted.Everyone loved the decorations and the tables were sturdy.
These are good people... professional, fun and very focused on making sure your event is awesome. Totally recommend.

Affordable Elegance Rental was one of those unexpected finds that my partner and I stumbled upon while planning our wedding, and we loved the prompt customer service and helpfulness. Brooke was wonderful. We initially needed a vendor to provide chairs for our wedding (which she made easy for us), but a last minute emergency cropped up and we ended up needing someone to provide us silverware, glassware, plates, and high-top tables. She stepped up and made it seamless for us, as if the emergency never happened. Delivery was prompt, and the price was competitive.As a couple who planned our own wedding, having a vendor you can rely on is key to being able to relax and enjoy your special day. She was so helpful when it came to picking out my decorations, flowers, color of linens, etc. I have also used Affordable Elegance Rental for other linen services such as baby showers and she has always been so helpful and wonderful to work with. This is an Excellent business and she has gone above and beyond to make my events, especially by wedding, absolutely gorgeous!

Brooke, owner and operator of Affordable Elegance is the most unprofessional person I have ever experienced. I ordered a dance floor from Affordable Elegance. I ordered a 21X21 dance floor, sent in my deposit and then full payment prior to my daughters wedding. The dance floor was delivered and there were not enough pieces to complete a 21X21 floor, so the delivery guys made an 18X21 floor and left. I was the only person on the contract. I never received a call from Brooke or anyone else at Affordable Elegance explaining this to me. They did not let anyone know. Luckily there were some family members decorating the hall at the time, who took notice of what was happening, and called and alerted me. I then called Brooke, who stated there was nothing she could do about it and that she had made a mistake. I told her this was unacceptable. She said she would refund the difference for us receiving the smaller floor. She never offered any compensation and acted as if it was no big deal. I then took it up with her again after the wedding, asking why I was never contacted to inform me?. Brooke hung up on me 3 different times. I had to keep calling back, and she had the nerve to tell me, I was being rude.She had no response to my question. I think they would have just let me pay for the bigger floor and would never had said anything to me about it at all. This was the worst place I have ever done business with. I would never use this place again and have spread the word to friends in the area to never use this business. I do not trust Brooke and this business.I was ripped off royal!!
We rented a half circle table from the web site. Went to pick it up and the girl says its out back by the dumpster get back there and its a piece of plywood sheeting with 2*4 legs nailed to the top. I touched it and it almost fell over. Total piece of garbage, literally. Then they accused US of ordering the wrong table. Check the pics and youll see what was on the web site and what they tried to pass off FOR A WEDDING BRIDE AND GROOM TABLE.

Mindi is really sweet to work with, but given the money I spent for the services I was a little disappointed. I did one last confirmation with them 6 days before my wedding to make sure we were on the same page with what I wanted (cafe lights strung from the ceiling and eucalyptus wrapped around each pole in the reception hall) and they did eucalyptus on every other pole. The lighting was not as plentiful as I had hoped for either.
