Excellent service! Im in a hardship situation right now with my husband having bilateral lung cancer. My retaining wall was old and falling apart. My family and friends volunteered to come build us a new wall. We needed a Dingo to move dirt, sod, heavy blocks etc.. My brother rented a Dingo to help with the job and when we were done and he returned the Dingo to Pro Power and went to pay the rental charge, they were so nice about it. Chris told my brother no charge, they donated the time/rental charge to help us out with are hardship situation! Thank you very much Pro Power Rental (Chris)! You guys are the best!!!

All staff, including Chris, Sara, and Alex, made the process very simple and were extremely helpful in renting a U-Haul truck. In fact, when I was concerned that the truck we reserved was not big enough for all of our belongings, Alex shared that we could rent a larger truck at the same price. This was very fortunate as we filled the larger truck completely. We strongly recommend ProPower Rental to anyone in need of these types of services.

I rented a tree trimming tool which cost over $50 at the store. The customer service is excellent and It was a great rental price, I even kept it for an extra day and still feel it was a smart rental. Everything is well maintained and the rental cost is less than what I would have lost trying to resell my tool if I had bought it. I come here like once every two months and they have a fast system to get what I need and keep going with the day. I’ve rented uhaul here, tools, ladders, almost a carpet washer but it was bigger than I needed. They have party/fundraiser rentals. Travel RVs. And the business is family owned.

I thought I would use this place since I’ve had great luck with them before, so I drove half an hour to get here and they weren’t even open during posted hours without a sign, and also would not answer their phone. I won’t be working with this company again.

They are a Uhaul dealer and i returned my one way rental to them when i moved to Hastings. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend this business to anyone

Local business, good prices, went in for a ditch-witch to put in underground fencing and they got me set up with a specific machine for the job, made it much easier. Very helpful.

Great place to get anything you would possibly need to rent and if they dont have it, they can point you in the right direction to find the rental equipment your looking for. Kevin and Chris always seem eager to help with anything.

Rented a Cruise America RV from ProPower, although the RV was subpar for the $$$, (not their fault-unit was from California) the staff at ProPower were very friendly and you could tell it was a family run business. The Owner went out of his way even after the sale was complete to make sure we were happy! I am embarrassed to say we left our spare shoes under one of the cabinets, didnt realize it until after we were home after business hours. Owner not only answered his phone after hours, but he went out of his way and mailed them to us the very same day! Very impressed with the owner and his family!! Thank you very much!

I had an excellent experience. They have most of the tools. Power tools and other tools for construction or any other trades.

!!!!!!! They Rented me a uhaul for the day without even doing the paper work. When I was done using the trailer we then filed paper work. Now that’s risky and one hell of a way to get a repeat customer and more business. That really saved my day from not being able To move that night!!!!! They don’t get NO BeTTER THEN THAT!

Never seems to be open, they dont answer their phone or return calls. I left 3 messages while attempting to rent a uhaul and never heard back from them. Horrible way to run a business.
