I get my nails done every few weeks. The employees are always so sweet and positive. They are always able to work me in and do such a great job!

These gals and guys do a very nice job when doing your nails. Love love the pedicures.

I have been to this salon twice, the pedicure I got was great & relaxing. However, I just got my nails done yesterday & felt that my nails were being rushed to get done. I got acrylic nails and they are an uneven length and shape. They are not done down to my cuticle.. it looked like I needed a fill already when I left the nail salon. Very disappointed and will be trying a different salon that will take time on my nails.

Have gotten a full set done twice here. First time was AMAZING and I was extremely happy, second appointment was during a super busy time so my fill was rushed & ended up being very thick and clumpy :/Great prices though!

They didn’t give me the correct color I asked for they changed the color I had midsession without asking. Nails not even AT ALL! I asked for short nails they ignored all my request! Very uneven fill. Did not try at all!! DO NOT RECOMMEND

I havent had anything wrong with going here before this last time. I had a man that did my nails and did a terrible job. I was bleeding and he proceeded to keep going. He didnt apologize once. The paint job was sloppy and all of them are different sizes. One that stood out i had them redo it. I dont think ill be going back.

Went for a full set and paint.. had finger nail polish on my skin ripples in my nails and she made me pay before she painted them..... now I know why. Posted pictures of nails in photo

Ive went to the Kims on 3rd street twice and they cut me both times I went there so today I decided to go to the one on Osborne drive. Pedicure was wonderful and thats why i give it 3 stars but the full set i asked for rounded and they had no idea wat I was talking about. Went home with different shapes and sizes of nails.

Nice service! The prices are affordable. The masters are fast, clean and responsible. Her team are kind and professional and most importantly -- consistent. Ive included a few photos of different sets over the months that Ive always walked out very happy with. Highly recommend!

The gal was in a super huge hurry. For no reason... they were NOT BUSY! There was no smile on her face and my nails ended up looking very sloppy would never go back

There is an urgent need to fix 4 nails I broke and loved the art of manicure !!! Time to try something fun and unique. Check out her Google review and Im so happy I did! She is very good at what she does. Next time I cant wait to try something with big gems and more designs. I hooked! My design and all my repairs since I replaced 3 left nails and 2 left, but each has different designs and I also have a fancy pedicure. She is worth every penny this woman is a talented artist. and good at nails.

I absolutely love Kims Nails N Spa make you feel welcome and more like family rather than just a client. I trust them with knowing exactly what I want and they are extremely professional! I have never left their shop unsatisfied with how my nails have turned out. I take my daughters there & even have sister dates there for quality family time. I refer all of my friends and family here!! They will forever have my business!!!

Absolutely horrible. These girls dont have any idea how to do a simple hombre design. I had to go home and take off the mess theymade and hombre my nails myself. Ill never go there again!

I went in Thursday for a full set showed the girl what I wanted which was a blue she did grey and my nails aren’t even the same size definitely won’t be going back

This salon is really awesome. I have experienced this place for the first time and they serve the customers very enthusiastically. The cute owner is very happy while I wait, they invite me to refer to the colors then the girls work very hard. and I had a great foundation. I feel like this place. and next time Ill be back.

I love this salon. they are very clean and the space is very beautiful I have just experienced this place. Owner and staff are very friendly with customers. In the meantime they have lots of invitations to drink. and I feel very happy to experience this place. Next time I will come back and invite my family to experience at the Kims Nail Spa II

Love my nails! The first time I went to this nail salon and I would definitely come back. The thumb is a bit worn out at the top and I need to clean my nails a bit, but thats 100% for me. I will never go to anyone else. Everyone, lets experience it in this wonderful 10/10 place.

I love the girls here. They know the color design is very beautiful. The space is clean and airy, owner owns fun. I will be back to this place soon.

They did an amazing job with the gel on my nails and was pleased with the result. The ambiance here is perfectly clean. It was so nice to be pampered by women that seemed to be loving life.

I have now had two terrible experiences at this salon The first was for a manicure, and when I left I realized that it was the worst job I have ever received; my nails looked terrible. I’m not ever that picky as a whole with my nails.The second occurrence made my mother and myself very angry. It’s the worst foul a nail salon can make. Taking customers who came in after you before taking care of you. Not to mention that my pedicure bath wasn’t working and stopped working intermittently while waiting and the worker didn’t seem to care at all. When we got up to walk out because of feeling offended for getting no service, no one seemed to care. I asked to speak to the manager and told her why we were leaving. She made no attempt to tell us she was sorry or to offer us a discount for a return visit.This is my first google review in my life. I will never go to any Kim’s Nails again and I will do my best to tell everyone I know about these experiences. I’ve been to a lot of nail places and this is the absolute worst.

I’ve been here a few times and generally had good luck. The most recent time was not so great. I had gone in for an acrylic fill after breaking a nail while remodeling our house. During the process of getting a fill he hit my cuticles/skin FOUR times, each making a different spot bleed. This was after the fact that I told him it hurt the first few times. Then I got shellac and he put on a base coat, 3 coats of nail polish, and a top coat. My nails look way too thick and unnatural. He didn’t thin out the tips either, so they look way too thick. I don’t think i will be going here again, which is a bummer because I had good experiences before, but this one just ruined it.

They are great when ever I get my acrylics they are kind and my nails last a month I’ve been detasseling and doing work and they’ve stayed on for all of it

I’ve been coming here for about a year now and have never had a problem until the last 3 times I have went. I’ve gotten the same lady the last 3 times and both my mani and pedi have been poorly done. This last time I went and got a pedicure, she tore the corner of my nail off with my skin on both of my big toes. I told her it hurt and she just laughed and showed me what she pulled off. I now have an infection where she tore that off and am on an antibiotic trying to clear it up.

Ive had fairly decent experiences here, but yesterday drew the line. I came in around 1045 as a walk-in but didnt get started until almost 1145. They were under-staffed (which was no surprise) and honestly not that busy. A girl came in and started on my nails. Long story short, after I went home with awful looking nails, my nails were still super sore from them removing my old ones because they were going as fast as they possibly could. My nails have never hurt so bad, I thought they were bruised underneath. Then the girl drilled the side of my finger because she was going so fast and didnt even apologize. Oh wait, theres more pain. Then she starts filing. Oh my Lord she was filing my nails so hard and fast that she was burning the sides of my fingers! She caused me a lot of pain and was very rude the entire time. I will NOT be going back.

I love this place.

I took my wife Maria Wells to get her pedicure and acrylic gel receive very poor services because Kim rushed through and treated my wife badly. My wife hand and toe polish is already chipping. I took my wife come back to fix 3 day later. Kim owner say she will charge to fix it. She say it not from her by telling my wife she get from somewhere else. When my wife have the receipts showing her to see it she keep arguing by deny it does from her work. I would not take my wife come back to this Di-Va Nail which is now Kims Spa II Nail. I would not recommend anyone to come this places.
