This is normally my go to place but today I waited for an hour and someone else came in and they did their toes first so today I end coming here. When you put other people before the customer already waiting not professional.

Pedicures were not good. Paid for the top pedicure and the feet look the same

THE WORST PLACE EVER!!! literally my nail broke two days later because she put them on the tip of my nail, she didn’t take her time someone else came in and she hurried up even more. my nails weren’t even i had to tell her one was so uneven but she didn’t even bother to check if my other nails were even. she probably thought I didn’t know anything about nails, just a bad salon honestly.. she didn’t even make me wash my hands she just took off the mess with a brush. I will never go back, so disappointed never had my nails this bad in my life and I’m not even from Hastings so that made it worse I couldn’t go back and tell them. all the nails she put on she put them on the tip so they all look like they’re falling off. save your money and go somewhere else who will take their time on your nails

I came in with acrylics that I had gotten at another salon that I didn’t like at all, but the girl here fixed them and made sure that I loved the end product! She was super helpful and actually helped me save money by fixing the previous acrylics rather than making me spend more money by getting all new acrylics. Definitely going to come back!

My daughter and I love going. My favorite is the pedicure with massage! My daughter loves getting pedicures also! Definitely the best in Hastings and they spend the time with you to do a professional job!

Went there a month ago and Mimi did an awesome job. Went today and someone else did my nails. Very disappointed! Paint on my skin, nails crooked, color uneven, and she nicked my skin in three locations. Will only return if Mimi is available.Update: Mimi left Asia nails and will start working the week of 01/18/2021 at Kims Nails by Rivals. She does an awesome job.

Took my daughter here for her birthday to get her nails done. They were in a rush and did a terrible job on her nails. The woman clipped my skin when she was taking my cuticles off. I am now treating it for infection. I got them done two days ago and the nail polish is chipping off just by touching it.The prices paid at the salons you should be getting very good service.

Got pink shellac my nails were good in length she filed them and left them crooked theres color missing on the sides of my thumbs white dust residue on the sides left behind after the top coat... The whole time she was in the biggest hurry as if they were full and super busy. After she finished she went right to sitting down on the pedicure chairs! Do not recommend Im sure not ever going there!

If I could give 0 stars I would but my friend and I both go into the place and both ask for acrylic nails right, wrong the lady who was there was telling us about some other thing but we couldnt even understand her and then when we finally got to the table I didnt find this out until after but the lady who did my friends nails asked if she wanted tips but the lady who did mine didnt and I personally dont like short nails I had long and just a few short but she filled down all my nails then she gets the DIP NOT ACRYLIC when that is not what I asked for after everything thing was done I had SHORT, CLUMPY, BUBBLE LOOKING NAILS that I hated and my friend had beautiful nails but the thing was is that my friends mom paid for us both so I couldnt start complaining or I would seem like an ungrateful person and I just took them off like 2 weeks after NEVER GOING AGAIN DONT GO TO THEM WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

My pedi polish was thick and gunky. Was told it was dry so I left. It wasn’t dry because there was too much polish applied and it smeared. Returned to have it fixed. Left again with the same result. Went in to ask for a refund and was yelled at very loudly and rude by the lady while I was calm and courteous. Will never be back, will never recommend. I have been using this salon for 2 years and they have no customer appreciation when it comes to making things right. If you pay for a service the service should be decent.

Very professional and received a wonderful leg massage.

Got my nails done and they did not do a good job. It seems very dirty in here to me and the used the same files on my friend and I. In my water there were old finger nails floating around. They seem rushed and don’t do a good job. After they finished painting my nails they put my shoes on right away. One lady was very needy and kept pulling my arm.

Never asked me if I wanted something, only my daughter. Wont go back.
