These workers have always been really good when I mail things! I always get what I need quickly & efficiently! I know I can always count on them! I appreciate what they have done for me! I hope we never lose them. They really do care!

Mail carrier was very rude and arguementative and made a kid feel horrible for making a mistake and demanded that she make it right

A package of mine was sent to the wrong address. They went above and beyond to make sure the package got to me. And the guy who did it kept me updated every time the package moved during transit. He needs a raise!

As is ALWAYS the case when leaving a bulk mailing, my staff member spent the entire morning dealing with the post office gestapo Rogene!!! She takes being a rule-follower to the extreme even though we try very hard to have everything JUST the way she wants it. The other thing she never does is smile, shes always crabby!--a little bit of kindness goes a long way in making the customers experience more pleasant.

Dont go there with bulk mailing unless you have hours to kill. SORT THE ZIPCODES- USE THE TRAYS!!!! It doesnt matter if you call ahead and ask questions to make your pending visit go much smoother. They (mainly the supervisor Keenan ) will give you wrong answers anyways. This guy seriously needs a refresher course in post office bulk mailing rules/regulations.

Had problems with mail carrier issues and called post office and talked with a so called manager named deb. She was not polite at all. Very matter of factly. She didnt seem to care. Hung up the phone with her and thought well that was a waste of time. Dont think the issue is going to be resolved.

The lines are usually short, the people are nice even when they are super busy. The only thing I dont like is the fact that they have to read that stupid long question to everyone that ships a package.

The gal named Rogene is the only person that I will allow to help us. She’s personable, helpful, knowledgeable and easy to talk to while she works. We miss the tall guy whom is now retired, named Ken. Boy was he a blast! I would step out of line and wait for him to be available just to hear his jokes! we miss him very much! The ppl that work at this place do a great job. It is a lot of work that most ppl don’t realize the work it takes day after day, to get the mail out. Thank you Hastings Post Office for your constant hard work!

I visited this place today and had the displeasure of encountering the clerk at the customer service desk named -ROGENE!!! This person was easily the rudest person I have ever seen to work at USPS. I went there to pick up a package that was being held there. Upon walking up to the desk she offered no greeting (although she did say hello and smiled to the person in front of me) but rather just stared at me with a blistering cold look. I told her what I was there for and and she gives me a nasty look yet again and walks to the back. Upon returning to the desk instead handing me my package she scanned it and just threw it on the counter towards me and said nothing else. I just left. I called back to the Post office to complain and was told the Post Master wasn’t there at the moment and would call me back, which has not happened. Everyone else seemed reasonably friendly in there, but that ROGENE is one nasty person that should not be working in customer service or among living human beings for that matter. This was not my first encounter with her and she was just as nasty the first time as she was this time.

I hate going into the post office anytime I need to, the older lady whom is usually there in the front, is not kind whatsoever, she doesn’t smile and acts like you are a burden. Very disappointed with the customer service there.

Cant get a human on the phone...all computerized and it doesnt understand what its being told!
