Rip off, had to do the work to the trailer myself because everyone was busy in all reality they where sitting around. Tires are double in price what you can get them for anywhere else. Not even $10 off for changing the tires myself.

Id highly recommend Graham to anyone looking at getting new tires. I know they do other things but I can only speak for the tire portion. Seriously, I dont plan to go anywhere else for my tire needs, and Ive tried other places. They have always squeezed my vehicle in when I need a patch and their guarantee for tires purchased through them is absolutely worth it. My husband farms so I drive my vehicle through a lot of fields and I just got a brand new tire for 75% off plus a renewed guarantee because my tires still had 75% tread left when I ended up getting a nail in a spot that couldnt be patched. Im a huge fan of Graham!

Thanks for going the extra mile, we just got into town and found we had a very low tire. The temp was 14 with snow on the ground on a Friday night and 10 minutes before store closing. My wife called while I aired up the tire, they said they would wait on us and got us fixed up right away. Thanks for giving us peace of mind for our 80 mile ride home.

Very friendly and efficient

Centrally located, offering a variety of automotive services including the sale of tires and rims. Ive always had pretty good luck here, except for the last time I was there. My valve stem caps ended up missing. When I called a couple days later to inquire if they had them, after several minutes on hold I was informed that they had broken them while taking them off to put air in my tires. My main complaint was they did not notify me when it happened nor offer me the broken pieces.

My son took his truck here to get an alignment. They found an issue with his lug nuts and had to put studs on one wheel. When I called to check on progress we discussed what was being done to fix it. They kept the truck overnight to finish which was ok. When I asked this Brian I was talking to what the cost was going to end up I was told only a half hour labor so final cost would be around $150 which I said was not so bad so I was pretty pleased. Then the next day I call to pay and it was $112 more. When I questioned him about the difference he stated he never told me that. I then stated I have gotten my tire fixed there twice and wont go back because the service jumped in price considerably then also. Brian asked if i bought my tires there. Should not matter,I am giving you my business.... I live in the country so get a lot of tire fixings but at a $45 fix I cannot afford to go there again. They do good work but I am not sure I will ever go back when you cant trust the final payment to be what you were told it would be when you agree to let them do the extra work on that price quoted. This could have been shopped with other businesse to compare charges. Really disappointed....

I started going to Graham tire when I was looking for new tires. I got the privilege of talking to Rick (at the time I did not know he was the manager) and he took the time to explain the difference between other quotes I had gotten and explained what perks came with getting my tires through Graham Tier. Since I have gotten my tires I think I got the better end of the deal by far. My tiers are attracted to nails and time and time again they have been proven to have the BEST customer service around. When my tire was so flat I could not drive on it they found a way to get me help to get enough air in my tire and fixed over my lunch hour. I was in Lincoln and wasnt sure if the same warranty worked in Lincoln. Sure did Rick told me where to go and the store could not get me in. However, the manager called and got me in and they were and nice and through as Hastings. The Hastings store treats me like family and forever has me as a customer. Thank you Hastings Graham Tire.

They do fast work. I had front struts and brakes put in and it only took little over an hour. The staff is friendly and will talk you through everything they are going to do and ask before doing anything extra. The prices they charge hurt a little bit but for a very good job done, Id say it was worth it.

These guys are amazing! Always willing to come to where you are if youre in need of help and they always do fantastic work, no matter what they will go the extra mile to help a customer out! I cant say enough good things. about them

Had a Flat tire repair. Scratched the rim on a new vehicle. Brought it their attention and they placed the blame on everyone else but themselves. It was the first time this tire had been off the vehicle. Then they admitted that scratches are possible unless they take extra time on each repair. Never got a call back or any help as to how to fix it. Won’t be going back and don’t recommend. Take pics of your rim before you go.

In town for the weekend visiting relatives and got a flat tire. I loaded the flat into the trunk and started calling around town for tire repair quotes. From the time I called Graham to loading the repaired tire back in the trunk was just 30 minutes. Fast service at a fair price.

Not a fan, Had an appointment set on a Wednesday to come in on a Friday at 9:00am for a alignment apparently there machine broke the night before. Did I get a courtesy call? No, came in as scheduled and then was told the machine was broke. Needless to say I finally got in at 1:00 pm. Burned a whole day. Thanks.

Paid for some new tires online and was able to get an appointment online. The only thing I can say that went wrong was that they didnt get to my car right away. I had to wait till after lunch to get my car, when I had an 11am appointment. Otherwise they did a great job.

From making my appointment to driving away. My experience was very positive. My vehicle need an alignment. I arrive early and was taken right in. An hour later the technician in a explained what was done to the car and I was on my way.

When I started shopping for tires, I didnt think I was going to be able to get them for lower than $130.00 this proved wrong after I went into Graham tire. The first time they scheduled to install my tires, didnt work out because they didnt get the tires in time, that was a bit frustrating. The second time I was scheduled they offered to take me home and to pick me up. I just got back home and so far so good, I will keep you posted if anything goes wrong.

I have worked with Graham Tire in Hastings when it opened up when the Foot family sold them the space. Damian thier service manager is a great guy to work with. Hes always looking out for the customer. Just today he fixed a sticky problem with a rebate and I left knowing I have the right service team work on my vehicles. We took our vehicle in for a coolant leak and rotate and balance the tires called and said they could have it fixed on Tuesday and they would have to repressure the system cause the first leak was to big and that is true it was. So Tuesday came around and they found the other leak and said they could get it fixed Thursday as their schedule was full and that was understandable. I then asked if they could change the oil also. No problem they said and on Thursday I got a call saying that when they were fixing the radiator they saw the AC condenser was bent from a bird and it would be Friday now. So we went Saturday to pick up vehicle and paid for it drove it home and I always like to double check the oil and noticed it wasnt even to the add mark it was to low and looked like old oil and noticed bit was the filter I had used when I changed the oil last. So I drove back to Graham tire and asked what kind of filters they use and I asked if they check oil after they are done and was told yes I said after 4 miles of getting oil changed done I should not be over a quart low. So they said they could pull it in and check. Well needless to say the oil change never got done they said they switched techs and slipped through the cracks so I got my oil change done Saturday so I just recommend to double check after you go there the service you paid for might of slipped through and didnt get done . They did call the following week and made up for the inconveniences. Thanks Rick
