Today I used their ATM to withdraw money and was charged $2.00 which I didnt mind because they were close by and thought I would go through the drive through to get a fifty dollar bill that I wanted for a gift to put in a card. They wouldnt give one because I didnt bank there. Really! All I wanted was a fifty and ten dollar bill for three twenties . bunch of B.S.I I was a paying customer because I paid two dollars to use their ATM! Never again!
I called customer service to order more checks due to having misplaced my check book... I recently moved and knew the book was somewhere in a box, however I needed to write a check for some bills asap and thought it may be better to order a new book as I didnt have time to unload all the boxes. At this the representative froze my account. I wrote a letter requesting to unfreeze my account, had it notarized and mailed it in as I was instructed. It has now been 10 days. I still do not have access to my account, my bills are overdue, Ive spent countless hours on the phone and on hold hoping to get some indication as to when I will have access to my money. No one is willing to help me. Worst experience ever. I will be closing my account if and when I ever get access to my money.

I used to be able to access my BMO accounts easily, but now the process is all screwed up! Thank you BMO, you must have brought in people from the U S government to help screw things up.
