I have said something twice now to the post office. My mailbox was working fine until they delivered to it. Now no key will open the mailbox and I havent received mail in 2 weeks. They said someone would fix it but no one has come to look at it. I just want a working mailbox.
My monthly paychecks dont arrive 1 out of 3 times, and I am the only employee that this happens to! Thief at the Heartland office?!
I am SO impressed by the fabulous customer service this Hartland PO provides. I send heavier parcels here multiples times per yr and the few times there has been glitches in transit (not fault of 53029) Hartland PO (most recently *Don*) has gone above and beyond to assist me. Excellent!
Our post lady would not deliver our mail because there was a frog on top of the mailbox...A FROG. They apparently even got the police involved (I actually laughed really hard when I heard that...) There was a note to remove the frog, so I did. A couple days later, she left another slip saying that the frog was back... OK, so our guard-frog decided to get back on the mailbox, who cares? If you dont want to deliver mail because a harmless reptile likes to hang out there, then maybe you need to find a different career path.We need our mail, and I am not going to go out there every morning to check for harmless frogs.Sincerely, an unhappy Hartland tax-payer
The so called manager was unbelievably rude when I tried to find information out about my mothers mail that was on hold because she recently passed away. I wish I never had to deal with this place ever again. Horribly insensitive. Talked to me like I am stupid and acting as if I was wasting her time.
Whatever happened to rain sleet or snow? My package wasnt delivered because the front door / driveway was not accessible. Weve got about 2 inches of snow. Im sure I could walk through that!
Good Place You just wait a long time for things that make You excited like what you ordered
Waited today for two packages urgently needed prior to leaving for vacation tomorrow. No delivery. Checked online tracking, and saw that delivery was attempted, but USPS could not leave packages. We live in a condo and the driveways were being resealed. Delivery person never attempted to leave notice; never attempted to walk 10 feet across the front lawn to leave package at our door. We were home waiting ALL DAY for these packages. Attempted to schedule re-delivery online and received msg Redelivery not available for this address. Very disappointed in this lazy postal worker.
Went there today and both counter people were extremely helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to help me in with personalized service. Thank you!
I am very pleased with the Hartland Post Office. The people are very friendly and cooperative. They try to be helpful and always courteous. I love the small town atmosphere. Thanks to all the workers there.
Theyre always courteous. The best part is the friendly and cute redhead
There is one guy here that is nice, however two of the ladies that have helped me have been less than helpful and crabby. Other than that its a standard post office.
The carrier to Nashotah repeatedly delivers the packages to wrong addresses. Had many of my packages missing and found packages from other buildings in my building. One or two times is acceptable for human errors but not every week. Its really annoying to miss packages especially during holiday season.
Just the same as any post office; nothing to complain about and nothing outstanding.I do like the layout of this post office compared to other local ones, however. That is a nice plus.
There was some address confusion on a package that I had shipped from Target - it was sent to my old address and I called to see if someone could assist me in locating/retrieving this package. I have a forwarding address set up so I was confused how this was delivered to the wrong address in the first place, but I dont understand all that goes in to package delivery, so maybe only paper mail is forwarded. Either way, the woman that I talked to this morning was rude and didnt offer any solution in helping me to locate the package, other than to knock on the door of my old residence and see if they have it. She made me feel like an idiot for even calling to see what the options were for me to resolve this issue. This is not the first time Ive had to deal with this particular employee who greeted my previous issue with the same level of poor customer service that she did today.
Fabulous, conscientious staff who are efficient, friendly, and helpful! Thanks, Hartland PO!
The package I ordered said my address was I correct, even though its my correct address. I called to try to sort out what was going on and where my package was & the lady I spoke to was extremely rude & didnt help at all. She seemed annoyed that I even called. I still dont know where my package is. Very disappointing.
Nice staff but always understaffed. Line is always 15-30 minutes. I always avoid this POst Office if at all possible. Also no area to quick drop off prepaid packages.
I hate to write a negative review but this post office has been very unhelpful with any issue or question Ive had. They lost two of my packages and have no answers why.
Great staff, really nice people, very helpful.
By far the friendliest post office Ive been too!
Very efficient. Line moves quickly
I brought in a package to be posted internationally to Papua New Guinea. I wanted to have a postage price check beforehand. The woman I worked with had absolutely no idea where Papua New Guinea was and kept asking me if it was it was actually a country, if it was a province or district of some other country. I told her it was near Australia in the south Pacific Ocean, but it wasnt Australia and it was an independent country. Im trying to explain all of this with a whole long line of people behind me. I was very respectful and kind with how I spoke, I didnt feel there was an excuse to belittle her in front of others. She couldnt find it and I didnt want my package ending up in Australia so I laughed it off and took my package back. She then told me that when I get home I should figure out where Papua New Guinea is and if its connected to any other country. I left. Next day I called same office so I wouldnt have to make another fruitless trip to the USPS. Talked to a man who thought Papua New Guinea was near or in South America at the post office. He pointed me to the USPS website to find out postage and if it could be posted to Papua New Guinea. No real guidance other than main website info. I was totally frustrated after those 2 responses and no real help. I dont expect perfect geographical recall, but if you work for the post office there should be better awareness, customer service and they have technology at their fingertips to try to help find the answers. Sending someone home to find it myself without any further guidance is unacceptable. I had the correct address, mail had been posted to that address by my friends in other states for over 7 years so it wasnt a matter of a wrong address. I went to the USPS website found Papua New Guinea under International right away. I finally drove from Hartland all the way over to the post office in Brookfield near Ruby Isle to post my package.
The Post Office has easy access right off the main drag in Hartland the only downfall is a lot of people use this Post Office and sometimes theres a 30 minute wait
Best staff and service!
I work here lol
