Our air conditioner was ancient, and late this past winter, we decided to call and get a quote and schedule an install before the heat and humidity hit. From the office staff, to the quote process, to the day of install...the entire experience was seamless and very easy. Prices were reasonable and customer service was excellent. Thank you!

I was referred to Dave Perry by a close friend in the contractor field. Dave came out to my house and provided me with a hassle free estimate. The Furnace and A/C were installed yesterday. I was not at my house during most of the install, but I felt comfortable with the crew being there. They were very professional and I am a stickler for quality work. They were finished and gone by the time I got home and when I inspected the job, it was done with a high degree quality and professionalism. About a year ago we solicited estimates from 6 different providers to replace out furnace, air conditioner and water heater. Dave came out to provide the estimate and without knowing that we had estimates from other providers, he quoted the exact same model of furnace and AC as another provider and the estimate was over $1000 less each unit. Aside from that obvious dollar savings, we knew right away that we would be signing on with Dave’s company. He spent time with us talking through the estimate and was patient with our questions. It was one of the best decisions we made. His crew was efficient and completed the job as promised. They were all awesome to deal with. When we were into the AC season this last summer, the new AC unit was making strange noises. We called and they were here the same day. Again, he and his crew are a pleasure to deal with, and they respond quickly. I would recommend Dave and his crew to anybody. BEST CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE EVER!!

The views expressed here are strictly my personal opinion. Blower motor went out on the furnace. Called for a price estimate in case thats what it was. Person answering the phone would not under any circumstances quote what I was asking for (Blower motor replacement cost with labor). Their website says free estimates. I asked twice on 2 different calls. All she wanted to do was send the techs over to check the unit (with corresponding $79 diagnostic fee). The diagnostic fee was very reasonable as HVAC providers go. Had it diagnosed in 5-10 min. Yup, the blower motor needed replacement. The techs were quite knowledgeable, I would have let them do the work if the price was a bit better. Extra star for getting here same day in summer (otherwise this would be a one star review). The irritating part is that they would not quote what I was asking when I initially called. Rating would have been higher if she just gave me an estimate for what I was asking for. I really liked the guys that came over, I want to rate them higher. Since they come recommended from 2 of my friends, I will give them another try in the future, but for now.... its two stars.

Update: We have been through a complete summer and winter cycle with our new system. Dave was right, in the summer there is no up-and-down in temperature in the house. Same with the winter, nice even temperature all the time. And its quiet! Another bonus is the savings that we have received on both our electric and gas bills. I would have gladly paid more for the comfort of the even and stable temperature that the unit provides, but my bill has actually dropped about 17%.Original review: Dave Perry was recommended by two neighbors who were very satisfied with his work. We had our air conditioner and furnace replaced at the same time - big money! We had three estimates, Dave was the last. He showed up at our front door and said, Hi, Im Dave Perry. He didnt give a rehearsed sales pitch, he was just a regular guy. Hes the only one who spent time looking around the furnace while offering options and ideas. The others spent little more than a few minutes looking over the equipment - seemed more interested in making a sale. So, we ended up contracting with Dave. Glad we did. He and his crew came out shortly thereafter and got to work. A note on his crew: they are very courteous and, uncommon nowadays, worked as a team. Dave showed up after they settled in, threw on a tool belt, and went to work with them. I did a lot of research on how this was supposed to happen, and my engineer Father-In-Law got involved as well. With that said, the entire process from Dave knocking on our front door to leaving after installation was seamless and flawless. FYI: This is a real review - I didnt know Dave before he did our install. Questions? My 37 year old A/C took a dive last saturday (7/13), headed into the hottest week of the year. My wife and I carried a Home Warrenty for twelve years for just such a case. After, and Im not exaggerating, 10 hours of phone calls over three days, my home warranty company could not get anyone out to my home. Not only that, but they would only cover certain aspects of the system. We have spent close to $7,000 on a warranty over 12 years that wasnt worth the internet space it takes up.A good friend of mine from Alpine Plumbing suggested I Call Dave Perry. I called at 8 am this morning (7/17) and talked to Dave himself. He advised me that he would get back to me by 12pm. At 12, I spoke to an extremely professional and very understanding woman named Julie. She had Tyler, and upbeat, and quick moving young guy, to my house in less than an hour. Tyler diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem, tuned up our A/C and was out by 4pm... as a bonus, he hooked up our new thermostat. We have 100 degree weather coming, and the cost was incredibly reasonable. In a time when so many people want to take advantage of hard working families like mine, it is a breath of fresh air to find a company determined to do great work at a fair price.
