Nice store, I always find what I need or what I looking for. The personal and service there are good, clean place, organize and I always buy something, it doesn’t matter what but I can’t go out there with my hands empty.

They have a great selection but many items are broken before you even buy them (especially phone chargers and headphones) and its pretty hard to find an employee to help you and the lines are usually very long... its a dollar store so I guess it is sort of expected 🤷‍♀️

This dollar tree is a lot bigger than most so they have more inventory. Also it has been a lot cleaner and organized than in the previous years.

Oct.6.2020 Rude sale reps. Instead of greeting and welcoming or even speaking to a customer they chose to speak to one another the whole time ringing me up. Didnt tell me my total or ask if I needed anything. Disgusting customer service 😒

Be prepared because this dollar tree gets busy quick and doesnt seem to have enough cashiers working so the wait could be long sometimes it so busy I just leave and go somewhere else. Would be a lot better if they hired more staff.😫😥

This store is a mess not enough personal. The store manager need to get a better plan to run the store it get really busy.

I love shopping at the dollar tree branches for the quick and affordable products or even crafts I need for daughter school projects but this store in particular never has enough cashiers or floor associates. Im not sure about waiting over 30 mins with one or a couple items for a dollar is worth the wait. For all the business this store gets they should be well staffed.

I wish I could give this place ZERO STARS! The store is a mess every time I go in there. I just walked in and out of the store today because their were about 10-15 people in line and ONE person on the register! This has happened several times! They need to schedule more people to work there! They need to revamp the entire store!

Worst customer service I’ve seen!!!! Dollar tree need to really evaluate who they hire or give supervision to. I kid u not one of the supervisor “ I guess everyone decided to come to dollar after church” Due to the long lines and only 2 cashier line open and again a customer ask can u guys open another register?because one cashier had to stop her an blow up balloons for 2 customers each wanting balloons. Again supervisor or assistant manger “ well I guess the will be waiting I don’t care” as she and another employee clim a ladder because they forgot the manger or supervisor key in the lock room up front. I it was our fault that we need to shop today at dollar tree instead of her opening another to get the lines down as they do in any other retail store. Horrible customer service

This store has really organized itself and it MUCH nicer now. I had been avoiding it but now Ill be back.

Ordered on line, received email stating my products were there... store keeps telling me products have NOT been received... called corporate office... lets see how long this takes... Will update my review accordingly. NOT happy at all!

If I can rate this place negative 1 Id do it. There was about 15 people waiting in line with ONE register open and it was wrapped around to the aisle. All while TWO women in uniform stood there near the back office one on her phone and the other checking someone in and I found that VERY unprofessional for them to do especially with a line like that and the one on the phone was clearly on a personal call. They need to retake their customer service tests online because CLEARLY they know nothing about that.

Ok its open late until 10 which is a huge plus. They have a freezer/fridge which not all of them do. We all know why the chain is good but some stores fall short and this one has a few cons. Items that Ive bought there that are battery operated die in under 30 days. Batteries I bought separately were already dead but not expired. Torch lighters break way too easy. Store is cluttered very disorganized, cut my hand on broken perfume bottles that were hidden. A lot of the merch is combed through opened used and broke. If you buy any glass, glasses or breakables bring your own tissue or newspaper they throw all the items in and they break or scratch. Just be a careful shopper every store on Flatbush is the same be cautious.

This store needs more shopping carts, but other wise the store has good buys.

Its very busy but you can find a great range of name brand products just for $1 I definitely recommend it.

Great place to find find just about any household item within reason. Dollar tree also sells helium balloons for just about any occasion and everything is actually $1

Always picked over, messy and chaotic in there! There will be a huge line and only one cashier open. Other dollar trees are a lot cleaner, and have a much better selection! Id say pick another dollar tree!

Horrible store. Complete disorganization, poorly managed lines are always insanely long with one or if youre lucky two cashiers.

This dollar tree has a small space compared to stores in other areas and new or seasonal items are less here or isnt available compared to dollar trees in other areas.

Best place ever for party supplies.

This store has a large selection of cleaning products. They dont keep enough registers open so its best to run in when they are not busy or you have time and patience to wait to cash out.

This place is always a mess. The lines are always long with one or two registers open. Never go at the first of the month. Its a mad house! The staff is usually friendly but sometimes you run across unprofessional staff and management.

It has improved a lot, it is much more organized and pleasant to shop, the cashiers are friendly and I find everything I need for just one dollar!

They already put things for Christmas and Halloween

The truth is good, good price and good quality of low budget products, they should have more variety than you already have and the only bad thing is that several products are no longer available and there are products that are reducing (less quantities than before by the same price) of the rest good.
