BWA has become a staple of my business over the last 7 years or so. They have the best access to the state of the art tiling products that make my jobs more efficient and productive. The tile setting products and systems are excellent, and they offer a full range of tools and equipment that make my job easier that shopping at a big box store. The staff is knowledgeable, but the only reason I give 4 stars is because the computer system they have is difficult for the sales staff to use quickly in accessing product information, and can add to confusion on availability and pricing. I feel that the upper management could remedy this and make the jobs of their local staff significantly easier, as well as expediting the checkout times with clients.

I discovered this place while searching for some high end tile materials. The staff was super helpful and friendly and took the time to make sure I selected the right materials. Great selection of tile setting materials, mortars, profiles etc....

Poor service. I have never been more frustrated dealing with a company before. Ardex should pull their product from this sloppy distributor.
