Much to say but I will summarize as much as possible. But I will say beforehand that if you have young children as I do especially if they are special needs. I Do NOT recommend this place for your family or any love one that does.Property Management has been very respectful to our family and understanding during the paperwork process which I wont lie was very LONG. But the real down fall are the tenants, which have no respect for Property Management nor their neighbors.Which makes me wonder why the lengthy paperwork process of background check, etc. if in the end you get a wonderful living space that will soon be put to waste with disrespectful neighbors. Which care little to none in regards of who is above or below them. They neglect health and certainly do NOT respect your living space.Be kind to your family and find a neighborhood your children can enjoy rather than resent due to insensitive individuals.
Honestly the people who run this program on this Street are really horrible in my opinion. You call them and leave a voice message and no one will contact you back, same thing with email. Then when they finally contact you they tell you one thing but do another. It’s been weeks since I’ve turned my application in and I thought they’d give me some hope after the holidays but apparently not. Then when my husband goes in there he always tells me there’s a few women in there who are rude and it’s just disrespectful and annoying don’t work at a job you don’t like especially if you don’t like helping people because that’s what this job is pretty much about!
No one ever responds back
The people who work in that building are very rude, it seems that they hate their work and they treat you not nicely .. I hate going to that place.
