Everyone I meet at the auto service shop was very pleasant to me. I was also pleased with their experience and explanation of what I needed replacing as I know automotive mechanical. I was far away from home when the truck I was driving broke and was also 30 minutes away from where I was staying so they helped me get a ride. The next day the truck was fixed and I was safely on my way again. I would recommend this business.

I had to get the VTEC replaced on my Honda CR-V. Unfortunately, they were not able to replace it the first Saturday I brought it in. I returned the next Saturday and they replaced it. I really appreciated Sabir’s hard work and the shop’s fairness in giving me a good price. They didn’t get it right that first day, but they made it right the next day. I would go there again.

My alternator went out on a trip from MD to TN. I found these guys based on their reviews and had a great experience. Even though they were already booked for the day, based on my circumstances they diagnosed a bad alternator and had a new one installed within an hour. Ive never had such a great experience. We thought we might have to sleep over in a hotel with 2 dogs which wasnt going to be ideal. These guys saved the day and we made it to TN that same evening!

I was on a road trip through VA and my rear brake line went out. I came into Harrisonburg very late Friday evening, I was on a deadline and I needed my vehicle fixed ASAP. It was a Saturday morning and most mechanics are closed on Saturdays in Harrisonburg, but THANK HEAVENS Fast Lane Auto Tech was open! I called them shortly after they opened and even though they were busy they told me they could do the repair that morning. I brought my vehicle in and they had me up and running within an hour and a half! I am so, so thankful that Fast Lane was open – THANK YOU GUYS!!!!!

Took my car for an alignment. Took them a little longer than we were quoted when we dropped it off, but all is good now and they were friendly to deal with. Also he even gave me a little discount since I was a first time customer.

This place is PHENOMENAL. They have taken care of me so many times. The owner himself greets you when you come in and is constantly in and out of the shop making sure everything is going top-notch. I could bring my car in for one thing, and theyll take a look at something else for me without adding extra fees like the dealership would. My emergency brake was completely obsolete, and Id been putting off replacing it because I knew I couldnt afford it as a college student. The owner offered me an amazing deal that I felt I had to take him up on. When they got under my car, he realized it was going to be a much more laborious job than he thought. He spent so much extra time on ensuring my car was safe, that any other shop easily would have added hundreds to my total. Not FastLane. The owner honored the price he told me and was so incredibly humble about it. I would recommend this mans business to anyone.

This company is quick and thorough when it comes to repairs. Brought my car in to check on replacing a busted engine mount. Their quote was far less than other auto shops, they were able to get me in same day and work was completed quickly. Theyre very friendly and quite helpful. I highly recommend them.

Not only are the prices reasonable, but the mechanics are good at what they do and complete the services in a timely manner. I got an oil change but also had a few concerns with the suspension on my car, they did a thorough check and gave me helpful advice free of charge. All the interactions I had made the staff and mechanics seem very trustworthy and I will definitely be returning again.

What an amazing experience!! Had car troubles while visiting JMU late Saturday afternoon and first called another shop who said they were closing and could not help me until Monday. I looked for another local shop and came across Fast Lane Auto Tech. I called and they said to go ahead and come in and they would help me. When I got there, they told me not to worry, they would take care of it. Since I was waiting in the waiting room, they kept me well informed while they worked on my vehicle. When my vehicle was complete they went over the bill and I couldnt believe how low the bill was (I expected 2-3x more than what they charged). They could have easily taken advantage of my predicament, but instead they put my mind at ease and got me back on the road. They also knew how nervous I was, so I was given a card with a number I could contact if I had any other issues after hours. I have found our go to mechanic for our JMU student!!!!

I went there on the recomendation of a friend amd it quickly became clear why he recommended it. It is a great place to take your vehicle. I took my 2005 Chevy Venture when the power steering stopped working and I was told exactly what was wrong with it in terms I could understand, how long the repair was going to take and how much it was going to be. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for auto repair. I know Ill definitely be taking all my vehicles there from now on.

Because everyone loves having a loud automotive shop in a residential neighborhood. Couldve been a little courteous and had it face Main Street instead of casting spotlights on neighboring homes at night and noise during the day would deflect away from homes. Disrespectful.

My car just needed an alignment, took 3 days because they said front driver side shock needs to be replaced, after 3 days they said you get your car back at 03:00 pm I was there exactly at 3 pm, I got my car back at 05:50 pm!!!For the next day I drove my car to Charlottesville, the car was not aligned at all and pulled me to sides and very loose steering!For the next day I went back to tell them about these problems, after sitting down in their waiting area from 11:20 am to 02:00 pm then they told me that today we cant take care of your problem if you come back on Monday! Ok I went back on Monday, they told me we are very busy today, why dont you come back tomorrow? Ok! Then I came back and see what i was told again!! Can you come back tomorrow because we are busy!!!By the way I paid $227.98 for shock replacement and alignment but Im%100 positive alignment was not done!I want to say they didnt work for free for me! I did pay them!

Get one thing fixed another thing will be broken. I have taken 3 different cars to repair. And every single time, the car wont start, and have had to fix the starter. Im not insinuating anything, I will leave that to you, but it seems like they are purposefully sabotaging your vehicle. Either that, or they are the worst mechanics in town.
