The apartments are beautiful but even better the staff is INCREDIBLE. Theyre always so courteous and helpful whenever I have questions for them. I love the community theyve created for me since being here.

This is a beautiful place to live. It’s very spacious and the sunsets are gorgeous. The staff here is also very nice and friendly, making it feel more like a home and community. There’s also free food and giveaways throughout the year!! My auto payment was canceled one time and so the last month’s balance wasn’t paid on time. I was on vacation for the 4th of July weekend so I didn’t realize until I came back on the 6th, but they were understanding and waived those late fees for me. I also didn’t have to pay for parking, which was super helpful since there wasn’t a bus stop outside and I was commuting to JMU. Overall, a great place to live!

Stayed here for my freshman year of college and had a great experience. The walk in closets are very spacious and can be used for extra storage, and I’ve never had a problem that maintenance couldn’t fix within the next day.

My family enjoyed our tour at The Altitude apartments with Samantha last weekend. The location is great, its in a safe area, close to everything and the mountain views are fantastic, especially from the rooftop balcony. The reception area is modern and energetic and everyone is so friendly. I thought the on-site gym would be small, but it isnt, plenty of space and equipment. On to the apartment, I was happy to find out that each bedroom has its own bathroom and thermostat! The kitchen has all modern appliances and there is a washer and dryer in the unit as well. I like that the rent is all-inclusive. Oh, there is plenty of parking too. Thank you Samantha for taking us on a tour and answering our questions!

I love it! it’s super nice! the closets are huge, everyone gets their own bathroom, and each bedroom has its own AC unit which i really appreciate. it’s a little pricey, but it’s brand new

This is the best place to live! It’s so safe here and the office workers are so nice and helpful. Every week they offer a giveaway with gift cards and at least once a month the do awesome game nights, pizza nights, etc and it’s so fun just to interact with everyone including your neighbors!

Toured this complex and it is so nice! The amenities are top of the line. The yoga/fitness studio really sets it apart from other typical amenities. Roof top lounge is awesome too!

I have been living here for the past couple months now, and I absolutely love it! The gym, rooftop lounge, and study areas are so nice. Definitely a nice and affordable option for students!

I live here now. Most of the time the closest door to my apartment the fob cant even open the door, so I have to double back to the trash room and enter through there.If you work and you have a package no one is home from the hours of 9:30-5 if you workout after work so you have to wait til the weekends. 1st world problems but I dont pay $1200 dollars a month in Harrisonburg, Virginia to be inconvenienced like that. Its not worth it. The AC unit is right next to your bed like a motel room. Not worth it.

I cannot wait to move in. My tour was so good and I felt right at home! Im from out of state so it was huge for me that I find that home feeling. Nakia made my transition so effortlessly. Im counting down the days until August!

Altitude has been the best apartment setting that I’ve ever had the pleasure of calling home. The roof top lounge is a great place to go to relax, hang out, enjoy the views of the mountains or even have a romantic setting for a moonlit date. The gym is conveniently open 24/7 for those who like to get up super early and start their day with a run or the night owls who enjoy their workouts before bed! The management at altitude is so friendly and helpful, I don’t think I’ve have an issue that hasn’t been resolved the same day or the following business day (and this goes for maintenance as well). There are washer and dryers in the units so there’s no headache when it comes to doin laundry! Altitude also has a lounge, with a full size kitchen (great for holiday and birthday parties!). Wifi is included (which is a great help for online classes or remote working.) Overall this is an amazing place to live and an even better location, within walking distance to Walmart, Wendy’s, and bojangles. And under a 5 minute drive to cbs, McDonald’s, 711, and Starbucks! Highly recommend, you’ll love it!

We are very pleased with this being our JMU students first place to be away from home! Hope that in 2021 they add a pool to complete the already outstanding setup for renters! :-)

I currently live in a 4 bedroom apartment and love it here! The staff is super helpful and charismatic. The view from my room is phenominal. Being new to Harrisonburg, Altitude has helped me adjust to this new lifestyle.

The staff is friendly and always helpful. The rooftop views are amazing! The 4 bedroom units are the most spacious 4 bedrooms in the Harrisonburg market! Highly recommend Altitude for all college students in the Harrisonburg market.
