I was charged for a shipping label I did not ask for. They assume I want the most expensive shipping option without telling me the prices. I had to correct them to give me the shipping option I preferred. Bad/greedy business practices

Went to this location to return an Amazon package. Back story I had already spoken with Amazon letting them know I didn’t have a box to return this package they said no worries just show the QR code at the UPS store and they will take care of you. I thought easy enough. WRONG! I brought the item in a Amazon mailing envelope that I had gotten from another package the guy said well this isn’t sealed so we have to charge you for that. I told him about my conversation with Amazon his response “I don’t care what your chat says!” No problem! Grabbed my item left. I’ll never return to this location or the other one in Harrisonburg ever again! Clearly customer service is not in UPS’s dictionary! Btw called Amazon they 100% took care of me! #amazoncustomer4life

The gentleman working on Saturday was extremely rude and not helpful. He also took his time before helping me. Maybe he was having a bad day but a job in customer service does not seem to fit his personality. I feel the customers in front of me in line would also agree. Usually I am greeted and helped with friendly fast and helpful service at this location.

The service at this UPS Store is excellent. I shipped some expensive fragile items and the store was most helpful in making certain that these items were packed correctly for safe shipping.Additionally, they were able to provide me with a copy of the receipt for said transaction nearly a year after shipment took place. They were very helpful and accommodating.Five star service and a friendly staff make this a trusted shipper of choice for me. I would give six stars if I could!

I have used UPS for years. Everyone is always friendly to me and helpful. I have always shipped out or received items from UPS and sometimes even gotten my orders ahead of time. I was near the East Market location even though I normally go to the location on Port Republic, and the woman named, Lynn, on East Market street was the rudest hag I’ve ever met. I don’t know what your problem is, but I wouldn’t speak to my animals like that. And now you have a pregnant woman all upset because YOU were having a bad day, Lynn.

I had important documents that needed to be acquired on time. After package wasnt left, the great staff not only assisted me in tracking down the driver, but also arranged a new pickup and ensured that everything was received.The team here is patient, understanding, and extremely helpful.Thank you for turning a very bad experience into a positive one. I am mostly happy with the service except I really wish UPS still asked for a signature or at least let us know they delivered a package and the count. Weve had some boxes that were pretty banged up and it would be nice if we could do a quick check to make sure everything is still okay before they leave or at least know they made a note of the condition in case there is an issue.

They charge $1 for 6 inches of tape for EACH package. And for printing a label too. I was returning a bunch of things from Amazon at some point and one of them didnt include a free printed label. If it wasnt for this UPS being on the way from where I was going... I will NEVER stop there again.

One of the two women staffed behind the counter led me through the process of sending a pre-printed return of an item, and she answered all of the questions I had. I felt confident that my package would arrive successfully. My experience is exactly what I think of when I think of excellent customer service! Ive been to this store before, and everyone working there has been fantastic. I highly recommend this store for speedy, efficient, friendly service!

Terrible experience. They put the label on the shoe box and sent it when I thought I had paid them to package it up. I had to learn from the app I was selling on that the shoe box was badly damaged and they might not be able to sell them anymore. Also, on a different experience I paid $13 for a shipping label and a box, they called it computer and packing services. Will not be returning

This is a great Kinkos/Fed Ex store. People there are very friendly and take care of your printing and packaging needs in a highly professional manner. Its great to have them across the street from where I work. If they werent so conveniently located I would drive to wherever they were located.

Convenient, great parking, helpful employees. I use this store regularly, especially when I want to guarantee a package arrives on time. I also love that they keep my addresses on file for repeat mailings.

Fast easy service

Went on Monday, July 30, 2018 to have three canvas maternity pictures printed. The gentleman at the desk (Anthony), worked very hard to print out the images on plain paper to make sure the quality would be appropriate. Unfortunately, one of the images would not print out correctly, thus I only ordered two 11x17 canvas prints of the other images. The lady (did not get her name) stated they would call for me to pick up in one to two days. Well, that evening, Anthony called and left a message stating that they could not stretch the images to match the 11x17 canvas, and that one canvas had a white border at the top and the other had two white borders on the bottom and the top. I called the store back and stated that I did not want the canvas with any borders, and if they could fix them to meet the canvas dimensions excellent, if not then I would like to be refunded. Mind you, I already paid $100 dollars for both canvases ($50 each). Well, Thursday evening came along, and I received a call from Anthony stating the canvases were finished and ready to be picked up. I had to work on Friday, and my significant other went to store to pick them up in which he took pictures of them to send to me to approve prior to taking them. One of the canvases was scratched with visible marks, and the other still had a crooked white border on the bottom left hand side. I obviously told my significant other not to accept them, and that I would be back for a refund, and for them to do nothing further. The lady at the desk told him that I would have to come back with my receipt and card that I paid with, and I would be refunded for the pictures. Well, Saturday, I make a special trip to the store to get a refund for the canvases and was told that they would only refund one. Evidently, after my significant other left the store the day before, they took it upon themselves to try to redo the image again, and deemed that one acceptable per their standards. I know it was not the same image because I had pictures of what they both looked like. The new canvas (that they deemed acceptable) had visible stretch white spots on the upper and lower left hand corners. I told poor Anthony, that we did not give them permission to redo the canvases again, and that we were told both would be refunded the day before. He called his manager, and the manager was absolutely very rude to me stating that the canvases were too expensive for them to “eat” the cost and that he would only refund one. Well, your telling me! Paying $100 for nine-month maternity pictures to go onto my unborn daughters wall that are completely poor quality is too expensive for us to “eat” either! Nonetheless, I left with only one refund because it was not worth it to me to be worked up by a very disrespectful, unprofessional, rude manager. I will never go back to this store again, and would caution ANYONE getting canvas prints to go elsewhere. The staff were very courteous and respectful, but obviously this establishment needs new management. I work in management myself, and I would NEVER treat a customer this way nor talk to me the way he did (especially nine-months pregnant)! Will also be calling the Better Business Bereau as well.

It so ridiculous by CHARGE me 3 dollars by using 2 mins of computer to print out my label. The manage dont even provide tape for me. They use my tape. haha, what a joke. I will never go to this USP store, never.Be aware, they CHARGE both printing out label and using computer. 50 cents for each paper and 3 dollar for using computer.
