Would highly recommend. I called several computer repair places for an issue with my laptop and they were the most helpful by far. They had the parts it needed already in stock, and got it done in one day for a great price. Other places were going to take two weeks and be twice as expensive. My computer is working great again!

I went in with an iPhone 11 with water damage and asked if they could fix it and he did! Not many people repair water damage near me and didn’t want to drive 2 hours to the nearest store that could. Very grateful and thankful that he could help me out in AN HOUR! He gave me a good price and Definitely recommend.

I tried to reset my laptop computer and failed miserably causing me not to have a computer in which I needed. Late on a Saturday night, I thought it was hopeless. However, I really lucked out finding this business. They were very helpful. They were patient and kind. I have, also, now purchased a desktop from this business. I was in need of a Panasonic tough book. I looked for over a week and the best I could fine was out of my price range. I contacted Roz Hi-tech drove 3hrs to get there and I got exactly want I needed for much less than I thought I would. Go to Roz for all you computer needs they’re a very honorable business. I bought a used computer from Roz. First, Im an experienced computer guy, just retired as computer scientist, and before that tech, in 33 year career. I build PCs, family has 6 desktop computers currently. I was looking for a cheap PC to put linux on, and do development and wasnt finding anything online for the price I liked. I found an ad for Roz on Facebook Marketplace, I decided to stop in. First, they have a variety of used PCs and Macs for all budgets. I was impressed at the knowledge, I was speaking to the owner. I looked at several, and he knew and gave me every tech spec I asked for. He offered some good discounts on several PCs, ultimately I walked out with a very Nice Dell min-tower with an i5 at a bargain price with Win 10. Computer is great, very reliable. I dual booted it with Linux and upgraded the hardware. My total outlay after $150 purchase and new graphics card, SSD, and more memory was only $300, the computer is a very fast computer considering the orginal price. I found out from others they do good repairs. I dont think theyd steer you wrong, if you dont want to spend a lot and need a computer then check them out.

This place is AWESOME!! My MacBook Air fell off my bed right before I got back to school and I broke part of the left side of my screen. I was devastated because of the timing. My apple care expired this past year so I didn’t know where to start. I didn’t want to hurt my pockets too much.. so i started looking up places to repair it. Everywhere I asked they ship out the laptop and I was going to have to wait around a week to bring it in and another to get it back. These other places almost wanted DOUBLE what I ended up paying here.Anyway.. when I got back I did another google search and decided to call to get an estimate. The owner was great he didn’t make me feel pressured like the other places. He had the part (the screen) in stock and told me that I could bring it in that day! He was upfront and honest when he said that the screen was used but an authentic mac screen. I brought the laptop in and when he asked if I could be back in an hour to pick it up I was shocked!! The replacement when perfectly and I ended up with a better screen than before I broke it. I feel like I have a new laptop!!

The computers for sale are refurbished, but still in good condition and come with a 30-day warranty. The owner is honest, very friendly, and knowledgeable about his products. The repair prices are some of the better ones Ive seen around as well.

This place is phenomenal, Osmand is wonderfully kind and speedy with his repairs and this place is no doubt the best Mac repair spot in the valley. Osmand uses legitimate Apple parts and is honest and concise about cost and repair logistics. Honesty and earnest work is guaranteed here, which is sometimes hard to find in the computer repair world. Would not chance your work or school machine anywhere else, great guy working here.

I have utilized Roz for a couple of years now. Overall my experiences has been great! I never revisit for the same issues on any of my devices (computers, phones, etc.). The longest Ive waited to retrieve my devices is two weeks because parts had to be ordered and shipped. Customer service is awesome and he even takes time to educate me on certain issues. Wonderful place, run by a wonderful man! I first patronized Roz Hi-Tech three years ago for a problem with my old MacBook (handed down from my college-aged daughter), and I have returned repeatedly ever since, buying used Macs from the owner (Osman) for my 16-year-old niece as well as my 92-year-old mother. Osman has been amazing, fixing everything quickly and inexpensively, including the broken screen on my nieces IPhone. He set up a desktop Mac to work as simply as possible for my mother, given her lack of computer experience. Hes extremely honest. I truly consider him a friend after all these opportunities to get to know him better.

I had a Lenovo tablet that essentially just died. I took it to Roz Hi-Tech to see if he could do anything to fix it. Frankly, I didnt think it would work but thought Id give it a shot. He called back and said it was a motherboard issue. He could order a new one or try to fix the current one, fixing it would be cheaper. I had him go ahead and try and to my surprise, when I got it back, it worked perfectly. Very Pleased with my experience and would highly recommend him. Was very forthcoming about what he thought the problem was and gave me choses the cheapest to the most expensive ways to fix the problem. Very pleased with the work.

I have never been here, but ROZ has been posting ads for personal computers in the pc parts section of craigslist and its super annoying.Honestly, I get the need to advertise, but at lease put your stuff in the right section. Even better, put it under for sale by dealer. Its deceptive and easy to filter out. If someone was looking for a pc they would know youre a dealer and not some random person, so it makes sense.
