Most people aren’t willing to answer your phone call at 9:00 PM on a Sunday, but I can tell you she will always pick up your call or return your text right away no matter the day or time! She’s always so friendly and always available to help! She’s very patient and thorough! I’m blessed to have found an insurance agent that I know will take care of me and all of my concerns! I cannot say enough good things about this office!! They have amazing staff who are very helpful and always willing to walk me through the stuff I dont understand. Any time Ive had an issue with anything they have always been able to resolve it. They saved us a TON of money on renters and car insurance, and walked us through the process of homeowners insurance when we bought our first home. I wouldnt trust anyone else!

Awful customer service! Was involved in an accident and I ended up doing all the leg work... then 10 months later, I’m told I’m being dropped because of said accident even though IT WASN’T MY FAULT! I don’t care what a minuscule portion of a policy states, I have to have car insurance and no longer have said job that I had when the accident occurred, yet still being dropped! Now I can’t find insurance coverage ANYWHERE ELSE! So now I’ll be left without insurance! Thanks a whole effing lot! Will NEVER refer ANYONE to you!
