I bought my car insurance here for almost 2 years. Just bought a home a few months now and decided to get it insure here also, the agent who was working on my policy is very bad doesn’t really care about your need. It take them almost a month with you calling them multiple times to work on your policy. That is just the beginning. Now I need to update my policy, I call them to make a change and they tell me was going to call back, but never did for over two week. I have to call them again and now it is almost another to week. JUST FOR INSURANCE!!! If anything is happen to my house now it wont be insure as my policy did not even update yet. How long does it take to get a home insurance????? Hope before you come here you can read this and aware of this problem with this agency.

I have had this company for 25 years or so and they always go out of their way to make sure I get the best coverage at the best price. I appreciate that. Even after some speeding tickets or an accident I never felt like I would be unprotected Jenkins handles my cars, trucks, utility trailer and my home. All under one roof with great customer service. Thank you for all you do for me and my family.

Whenever we need to update our policy because of buying a new car or some other change Mackenzie has been efficient and even sent me copies of the new policy because it wasnt convenient for me to get them online. Tammy checked our policies (home, auto, and umbrella) and applied a discount so we are paying less per month. Very good agency.

To be honest, we have had the good fortune of little need to file an insurance claim. However, whenever we have a question we never hesitate to ask the friendly staff who seem always to have the answer.

I rarely, if ever, post negative comments, however, I had a very bad experience getting 2 of my vehicles (2006 & 2015) through the state inspection process.The inspector, who apparently is also the Jenkins store manager, was VERY difficult to work with. We were required to replace the wipers and a bulb, which are easy fixes....The managers continual rudeness and dismissive attitude caused us to forgo the the re-inspection process; we decided to take them to another garage. We lost $40 but felt satisfied not having to deal with the managers attitude.We have taken our vehicles to Jenkins in the past without issue; possibly the manager is new??? We will not return. Its $20/car anywhere you go...you might as well go somewhere that will treat you like a customer.
