We started out having our homeowners insurance with them, and have since moved other insurance to them, and now have home owners, car, motorcycle and life insurance all through them. What sets them apart is the service and that they really do everything they can to make getting insurance as hassle free as possible.The first time I went to meet with them, I had my son with me who was a few months old. He started getting fussy and I needed to feed him. One of the agents who I wasnt even working with offered me her office so that I could nurse him, and then when I was done, we went back to going over the nuances of the different types of insurance (first time home owner, so I need a lot of explaining).My husband works standard business hours in Staunton, so Brock came by our house one evening to go over our policies with both of us and to have him sign. Similarly, when we needed to get checked out by a nurse for our life insurance, someone came out to our house one evening to do everything.Brock has been very accessible since weve had insurance through them. Whether its been asking to change the date the insurance payment comes out, or having a question about how something we are doing would affect our insurance, I shoot him an email and always hear back within a few hours.Thanks for all you do!

Everyone in this office is absolutely outstanding. Courteous, professional, extremely competent, responsive and they go out of their way to find you discounts without even asking. Claims are handled promptly and generously with no gotchas or unreasonable premium increases. Business can almost always be done (adding cars, processing claims, requesting prices, etc.) via email with no time-consuming requirements of an office visit (we live in Luray so that is so greatly appreciated.) No sneaky surprise visits (strange men lurking in your yard with a clipboard taking photos of your home) with representatives trying to find excuses to raise your premiums and not pay claims (this actually happened to me with another company.) They provide a level of service that just doesnt exist most of the time anymore. I wish they did more than just insurance!!

Horrible experience - do not ever ever ever let them have access to your account for auto pay because they will continue to bill you. Cancelled in November, they are still auto deducting payments as of May. When I call them, I get long stories about how their system works and their computers, no apologies, no remedies, just excuses. I am so completely frustrated with this company that I can barely express it without cursing.
