Rented a car hauler for a day and couldn’t be more satisfied. Quick efficient service with good equipment. I must have been in and out for the pick up in 15 minutes. Highly recommend.

Very poor customer service the truck we rented is flat and they wont exchange it for another one so Im forced to sit here and wait hours for roadside assistance

Excellent service, I love working with U-Haul.

It was so nice to be able to drop off the u-haul trailer a day earlier, but they couldnt give the deposit back. Due to not have money at this location, but they will mail it to us. Which is still fine.

I spent two hours calling to ask about a product to see of they carry it. I never reached anyone so I decided to go to the location. I arrived to se a sign that said out running errands shouldnt be long sorry for the inconvenience. I sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes. No one showed up. I ended up driving clear across town to get what I needed
