AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Drew was awesome!! I had a flat tire and I was so scared that it would of cost me at least $100 or more to have it fixed. His prices were reasonable and fair. He was professional and extremely helpful. Not to mention it was almost 10pm, he still came and helped us. He was a lifesaver and just beyond helpful and awesome!

They were absolutely the most helpful. They were honest and kind. Took care of me with no issues. Dropped at my mechanic and even took care of the Bill with my insurance company. I couldn’t imagine using any other towing service in northern Arkansas.

These guys were great, they really came to my rescue for a fleet vehicle that I had stuck in a bad spot. The driver was an exceptionally nice guy and very professional, I owe that guy one. I was from out of state and they showed up quick and treated me fair.

Some of the best people I have ever done business with. I was broke down in the middle of nowhere 3 hours away from home, and when I called Natural State Towing they relieved me of all my anxieties. They brought me into town also. They also have a shop that fixed the issue with my car and gave a really reasonable price. Enough that this college student can pay for. Im from Fayetteville and I wish they were closer so I could have them work on my car if I ever needed!

Absolutely perfect tow and repair experience. Called from out of town and arranged to have my car picked up near Jasper. They towed it to Harrison, fixed it, and had it ready for pick up in just a couple of days. Very reasonably priced and professional service. Would highly recommend if you end up broken down in the Ozarks like I did!

I called from Branson as my daughter broke down 3 miles from her house in Harrison.came right out. Wasnt concerned about getting my credit card number, his concern was for my kids. Everything was handled over the phone. I would use him again. Very professional and polite. Only thing is he couldnt help me find my car keys I misplaced lol. I wouldnt hesitate using them again.

This business will go over and above to help their customers. We broke down in our RV And called multiple towing services, Natural state towing sent a rollback to direct traffic and ensure our safety. He waited for about an hour looking out for us the stayed to help with the wrecker. Once they got us hooked up, they called ahead to set up a hotel that was pet friendly. Took us to the hotel while they repaired our RV. Picked us up the next day and brought us back to our RV. Fantastic service!

Called about a car being broke down that needed to go to a new place cause I was moving. Called, Drew answered the phone said he be there in 20 was here sooner. Didnt have my keys said no problem no one sit up worked my car off a little hill. Followed me to my new place dropped it off, price surprised me for being so affordable. Shook his hand and left in less then 30 minutes it ook everything night satisfied definitely will have my business going forward.

While vacationing in MO, our Honda Goldwing got a flat tire. They were dispatched and got there in a shorter time than we were expecting. We thought we would have to be towed to a location about an hour away but when the drive arrived, he informed us that we were only about 20 miles from a shop that could replace the tire and have us back on the road much faster. We decided to go this route and did not regret it! Our bike was loaded and we only had to go about 20 miles. Our driver was friendly, very efficient and helpful. If I ever need a tow in this area again, this is who I will call!

They screw me, i will not use them anymore. receive on price then got billed am different price. they came in a big truck for a compact car, they had to back three times because the truck is to big, i even made arm waves for the best way to get into and out, and what did they do came in the hard way like he want to charge more. i even gave the truck driver a rust old shot gun for free, and that the thanks i get. screw me once shame on you, screw me twice shame on me. By the way I want my shotgun back

These guys are crooks! They will lie to you and tell you they cannot take your vehicle to the auto body shop of your choice so they can take it to their lot and charge your insurance company more money. Do not trust them. Take your business elsewhere.

Used this company to recover my FILs van from a ditch it had slid into due to mud, and it was only 6 inches from a shed at the bottom of the ditch. The van was still very new and we were worried about damage when getting it out of the ditch due to possibly hitting the shed. Towing company came out and recovered the van without any issue, no damage at all. They were out on the property quickly and worked quickly but carefully. They were also very friendly. Rates seemed reasonable. I would use this company again for any vehicle towing or recovery I needed.
